Andy Moshrefi was extremely helpful and is an absolutely hard working Client Adviser for Land Rover Tysons. His company is absolutely lucky to have him. He assisted me in obtaining a Land Rover Defender at such short notice. He was friendly, professional, laid out everything in a clear and concise manner. Very responsive and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. Thank you Rosenthal Jaguar/Land Rover!

I have a 2017 Land rover discovery that had the windshield recalled for leaking. Rosenthal replaced this once, and it has since started leaking again. I brought the car in and they verified that it was in fact leaking but the service agent, Tommy rogeaux, said i was one of over 500 customers waiting for a windshield and he had no idea when it could be repaired.
Meanwhile the car leaks every time it rains, soaking the interior and leaving a damp, musty smell. I then contacted Land Rover corporate and initiated a case to have them repair the windshield since the initial repair was faulty. This was Jan 17th. In addition, I spoke with Steve Miller, the service manager at Rosenthal who proceeded to tell me it was not his problem despite the fact that his service center did the repair.
He also stated that I have only spent $232 for services there. The car just came off warranty, what did he expect? And what did that have to do with anything? He then hung up on me. I am still waiting on corporate to contact me back however Rosenthal is either a very shabbily run service station or they are submitting fraudulent claims to corporate and not doing the work they say they do. Definitely go elsewhere, Chantilly LandRover has been extremely helpful in the meantime!

I came in last Sunday (Feb 6th) at 3:30 PM to test drive a Defender. They didn't have a model to test drive so I left. My interaction while brief made me feel like an unwanted guest. I am not sure if they don't think females can buy a car, but I will not be returning. Usually I don't write negative reviews but this dealership should conduct an audit to see if female customers are treated differently than men.

My husband and I are new to the Land Rover world and had a great experience with this dealership. We worked with KZ and he was fantastic. He was very up front and answered all of my questions. I love my new Defender! If all goes well with the vehicle, we will be back in a couple of years for the Range Rover! Thanks KZ! Amber & Frank

Ask for salesman Hammad Arshad if you're looking for a new or used car. After all the used car buying warnings, I was hesitant about buying another car until I met Hammad. I went to test drive a 2019 Land Rover Evoque SE, but the car was too small. Hammad directed me to a 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE that was bigger, 15,000 less miles, and fully loaded including sporty upgraded wheels, heated steering, and remote start for only $3000 more!

My Landrover had light on for a suspension detection. I left my suv for repair, when I picked it up the lights came back on after few miles, so it took it back right away and left it for proper repair. I got the call from Tom Rougeux saying the that I could drive suv with the warning lights on because they can't make it go away. I told him how does he expect me to drive with the warning lights on? He flat out replied then you may pick your suv when its dead. I was in shock. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will definitely report to business bureau.

I had an appointment at 10 am. After 2 hours- they said the car was probably fine and I'd just get a $180 "labor charge." At 2.15 hours- they said the estimate to repair my car would be over $3,000. They definitely were just taking advantage of a young girl at a car place. The guys name was Tommy. Also the front desk lady was not nice. However, I hear Kevin was great and regret not ensuring my appointment was with him.
