I have always heard horror stories about service at dealerships, but I've been using Ourisman for years now and am very happy with them. I recently had a problem with my van that was fully covered under warranty, but the part was back ordered for weeks. I so appreciate that they were able to give me a loaner for that whole time - they even found a van so that I had room for all the kids and car seats! The people are attentive and explain everything well, often with photos, so you can make informed decisions about repairs. I will keep coming back.

This is my 1st service At Chantilly Toyota. Had a recall on my truck. They gave me same day service. It was quick and easy. Everyone was extremely polite and courteous. It's very important to me because I own a automotive repair garage in New England for over 30 plus years that is still in operation today. It was nice to be treated the way I treat my customers. ( I've always repaired my own cars or trucks. Felt different being a customer for a change ) Thank you for your great service!

I've purchased three Toyotas from Ourisman Toyota and this review is about their recent service. I receive email coupons on offers for 10% discounts on service over 100,000 miles and my Toyota had 120,000. When I dropped it off, they quoted $650 for the work. The next day I received text messages for other needed work and I politely declined and left the regular service we agreed on the invoice.

When I began to pay at the cashiers desk, I was presented a $790 invoice for a 100,000 mile service. I asked about the 10% discount and they said they normally don't honor those emails unless you present them with that email coupon before the service is done. Why? So they can adjust the bill to accommodate what they will lose in discounts? They brought in a manager who wanted to physically see my email sent to me with the discount.

As if they didn't trust me. I've spent thousands of dollars at that dealership and they treat me like a con artist. I'm having my Toyota worked on elsewhere from now on. They've lost a loyal customer forever.

Easy to park car inside the service building and easy check-in. Waiting room was fine. Many comfortable chairs and free coffee. Told me service would take between 1 to 2 hours. It took 1 hour and 5 minutes. Finally, the attendant notified me the car would be brought to the front. It was. Service was much more pleasant than i expected.

Bought a relatively inexpensive used vehicle from here. Despite this, my service representative, Jordan Huckleberry, was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a vehicle in the NOVA area, I would highly recommend this place, and I would recommend asking specifically for Jordan. He acts with great integrity, and will help you find a car to fit your needs. I shopped around the NOVA area extensively, and Jordan provided the best service by far.

I have visited all Toyota dealerships in the area and had the most amazing service here. Excellent kind and honest people from salesperson to finance manager, I very happily bought my 2022 toyota camry se from here. I have worked with sales manager JT Arscott and consultant Mohammed Almetwally and they are both extremely helpful gentlemen.

This dealership has customer service down to a science. Everyone there is helpful, friendly, welcoming.its refreshing in this world these days. They continually keep you updated, answer calls, texts, etc. They even go out of their way to find a coupon or discount where they can to help you out. I have tried stand alone mechanics and they can't compare.

A big thank you to Patrick and Victor who've I've dealt with the most. You guys rock! The gentleman who takes you to your car when you pick up. I've never gotten your name but your kindness and warmness is refreshing. Thank you Toyota Team.

Patrick and the whole service team do an amazing job. We have purchased several vehicles from Ourisman Chantilly Toyato and have always been very happy with their services and close attention to customer satisfaction. I am always able to get a loaner car and they have always been very honest and ethical in their dealing and quoted work. I really only plan to purchase new vehicles from this favorite dealership.
