My experience with Kia Country service department was great due to my service technician Michael Oliveras. I had an issue with my engine that was covered under warranty which required my car to be in the shop for a few weeks and Michael was great to work with. He kept me informed with updates and made sure the entire process went smoothly. Also the mechanics did a great job repairing my car and it is running great now.

David was absolutely amazing in every process of looking for a car and purchasing a car, this is actually my second Kia, I purchased my first Kia with David and tragically got totaled although I was super heart broken and upset David helped get me into a new Sportage that had everything I wanted and even more. He definitely made every step with ease and made sure I was happy.

A great place to look for a new Kia. They are knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. Sam the salesman was able to answer all our questions and gave us privacy when we needed to discuss things. Russ the finance guy was able to answer all financing questions and their boss was great too. We are very happy with our Kia Niro and if you're looking to buy a new car at great prices and are very economical, head to Kia Country and ask for Sam to get things rolling.

We got a Kia Soul Turbo. It's a muscle machine! I admit I was hesitant about the red trims, but now I like them. The engine power is amazing for a small car. Easy for me to drive. Salesman Vincent M. was friendly, no pressure, extremely helpful. He took time to make sure we understood features, and that the Kia App was fully functional. Nice guy. Good dealer--easy location, good selection, on a Saturday morning we parked right in front on Hylan Blvd.

Worst dealership I've ever experienced. My car has a recall and they sent me out the door with no options or remedy. I have a video of the knocking noise associated with the recall, (engine can catch on fire) and there's nothing they can do. I don't even understand how that's possible. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and it's been continuous.

Was not planning on buying a new car because of the mark ups on cars right now, but, I was pleasantly surprised with Kia Manteca. I got in contact with David through True Car and he answered all of my questions and worked out an affordable finance option for me. He kept in contact about the delivery date of my car and made the buying process a breeze.

We had the best car buying experience after 30+ years of buying cars! The guys at Kia Country are so nice and honest and very accommodating. It was late in the day and we came from Fair Oaks. They stuck around well after closing to get the deal done. Sal was our lead guy and is great at what he does.really friendly and showed us everything we needed to know about the car. On top of it, we got an amazing deal on the car! I would definitely go back for my next car.

My husband and I walked in last Saturday afternoon looking for a car. Sal came out to talk to us. No pressure let us look at what we wanted. We picked a car and Sal and the guys really did right by us. They did everything to get us the best deal. We purchased a used vehicle and you would have thought we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot.
They took 3k off the price of the car, low APR and payments under $250.00 a month. I had placed a fraud alert on my credit which makes it a pain in the ass for the finance guys. But without complaint they worked through it with me to make the deal happen. We are thrilled with the car and ecstatic about the payment. Again thank you Sal and all the guys at Kia Country. You really came through for us. Please go see them and help support local businesses. Online dealers will not shake your hand and go the extra mile like Kia Country did.

I give one star simply because giving zero isn't an option. We went into this dealership today to look at a Sorento. To our surprise the car was marked up $4995 due to "supply and demand". They proceeded to tell us it was store policy to add the the mark up but then refused to show me any policy stating such. 3 months ago a drunk driver hit me head on, on the freeway.
I was in a Kia Sorento at the time of the accident so now swear by Kia safety features. Because of that I've had several family members purchase a vehicle from this exact dealership. I'm basically a walking billboard for this dealership, telling people how great they were. But please for love of god go to literally any other dealership but the one here in Manteca.
I was absolutely disgusted at the fact that they wouldn't even budge on $4995 mark up after I'd practically helped them get other sales. These people do not care about you. The ONLY care about the money. We actually ended up at another dealership and buying a Sorento SX Prestige XLine the same day and felt way better about doing so because they were as slimey as the guys in Manteca.
Their behavior about money was gross. I get it's a dealership and they have to make money but doesn't a satisfied customer help bring more business by word of mouth? I couldn't even fathom purchasing the car here and allowing these guys to take the sale.

I brought my car in for an oil change today. Normally I deal with Michael, and he is awesome. Today I dealt with Mikki. He started by trying to get me for my 30k mile service, which I politely declined, then went on to offer a $300 package which included oil change, rotation, and a fuel injector cleaner, which I also declined. I told him I only wanted an oil change and a rotation, I was sure to ask if I was due for a rotation because I couldn't remember.
He told me it was $165 for the package. I was astounded! He said prices went up. I felt like I was being robbed blind. He then proceeded to tell me it would be an hour & a half wait, even though I had an appointment that I was right on time for. I went to the waiting room and decided to check the service board to verify the prices he gave me. I see $89.99 for and oil change and $29.99 for a tire rotation.
That total comes to $119.98, so now I'm really feeling taken advantage of. I go back to him and asked him why he was charging me $45 more than what is advertised on their boards and his response "oh those are old prices, but I'll give it to you for that price." Am I supposed to say thank you!?! After the service I went home to check my past invoices.
I normally pay $87 For a oil change and rotation, so within 6 months the prices have risen by $33! Not only that, but I had just gotten a tire rotation and wasn't even in need of one, so clearly he didn't even check for me, just slapped It on my tab. I bought my optima at this place 6 years ago and I have been going to them for every single service since. I feel completely disrespected and taken advantage of and they have lost a customer in me.

Unusual review. People there are friendly as can be. Service department useless though. Stopped for a car issue while travelling through and they said I would have to leave it there for a couple weeks (knowing I lived nowhere near there). I ended up having to have my vehicle towed almost 50 miles home

Great place to buy a car from. Saw a car on car guru's called in to make an appointment and the gentleman set it up for me and upon arrival the car was pulled out and ready to test drive. Paperwork was done in a timely manner. Cleaned up and filled up with gas when i got out of finance and it has been smooth sailing since. If you are looking for straightforward and easy going customer service this is the place to go.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new 2022 Telluride SX from Kia Country. David Rodriguez and Steve Milligan we're so great -- they made the entire process pain-free. This was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. I cannot say enough positive things about Kia Country, all because of David and Steve. From my first phone call with David, he was upfront, honest and gave me his full attention.
I traveled 1.5 hours to purchase my car here and he really helped make the whole process easy and worth the long drive. Steve was so helpful when it came to showing me all the features of my new car. I also ordered mats from my car and a touch up paint pin and the gentleman Delivered it to Modesto for me so I would not have to drive all the way back to manteca to pick it up!

Spoke to Sam today inquiring about a K5 or telluride. Sam was extremely rude and short. He called me and I returned his call, but he was highly unprofessional. Told me I would need a co signer without looking at my application or asking about my trade in. I will not even bother cuz he's extremely rude and unprofessional!

HUGE WASTE OF TIME. I called ahead of time inquiring on a 2021 Telluride, spoke to Anthony. The vehicle is in high demand so I wanted to make sure they had it in stock. I live almost 2 hours from the dealership so I called three times while I was on my way and they assured me they still had it the one I wanted. When I arrived, not only did they already sell it, they didn't bother calling me either.
To add insult to injury they also let us know that they were adding an ADDITIONAL $6k to the MSRP of the other colors that were left because they were in high demand. This is not reflected on kia's website anywhere. They completely wasted my time, didn't bother to communicate then tried to rip us off! I'll be reaching out to KIA corporate so they know about this as well. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
