After going to over 6 Honda dealerships in one day I ended up at Honda Lodi. Honda inventory is extremely low and there are not many cars available. After being lured to several dealerships in the hope of finding a car. In tears, I ended up driving from Sacramento to Lodi in traffic after hours in search of a Honda CRV. My friend had called and spoke to Kimberly on the phone to make sure that they actually had the car in stock. Kimberly came back after hours to make it all happen.

She was kind, forthcoming and genuine. I was able to get the right color car with the right interior color. She was professional and I would recommend this Honda dealership over all of the other dealerships in Northern California. Thanks to Kimberly and the entire sales team at the Lodi Honda Location!

Do not give your phone number or make business with JD (Jessie de la Cruz) he has been texting my husband saying they have cars ready to sale on the lot and we live 4 minutes away from the dealership so it's very easy to go down there and see the car. Every single time he's said that we put our shoes on and tell him we're on our way he says the car was sold 2 weeks ago when he just texted not even 5 minutes ago!

This time Around we go there and he starts yelling and trying to show me texts, laughing and being so disrespectful to us. tried to talk to TRAVIS who's got JDs back. Don't waste your time or money here!

We recently needed help in getting some body work done on our Accord, and the GM made a call to the body shop they use, and was able to get our car in for the needed repairs. The customer service was excellent, not only with the body shop, but with the Lodi Honda crew who helped my wife with renting the courtesy car. Just a great all around customer satisfaction!

We worked with RAYMOND throughout our time trying to find a car. On the day the car we were looking for arrived he let us know and did his best to make sure we were able to come in early to see it. My emissions system problem light came on Saturday at 1:00. I called Lodi Honda and spoke to Juan who told me to bring it in right away. I told him we were leaving for vacation on Sunday and I was worried we would have to change our plans. He was able to repair the problem and the car was ready to go by 4:00. Thank you to lodi honda for always taking care of my cars, and my mother in laws cars, I have been coming here for about 5 or 6 years, and I've never had any problems. My mother law has been coming here for years and is always satisfied. You all are great. Gabriel and the service department are absolutely the best. I bought a 2013 Honda Accord from Lexus of Sacramento and bought an extended warranty through Toyota Financial and Gabriel did all leg work for the warranty work. I think will definitely use Lodi Honda for my repair needs.

They make sure to communicate with you pretty quickly through the text message system, if your asking about how quickly your car will be done ext. Great communication.

Always excellent service! Yesterday Gabriel helped me and he was super friendly and genuine. He let me know exactly what my car needed, how much it was going to cost, and how long it was going to take before hand. I never feel as if I'm trying to be up selled or like they're trying to get me to pay for anything other than exactly what my car needs. I will always come to Lodi Honda before any other place to get my Honda serviced!

I am the sole caregiver of my elderly mom, I just moved her to Lodi from Placeeville, it was necessary to find a new dealership and service department, it was time for an oil change and service. I knew her tires were in bad shape just didn't realize how bad they were, like most, I was skeptical due to past experiences at other dealerships however, I was fortunate to have Juan as my technician for many reasons and not just the servicing of my moms car. Unfortunately, in todays atmosphere many companies have either forgotten or never implemented the importance of customer service, Lodi Honda has not forgotten and in fact, went above and beyond what one expects from any dealership. Moms tires were indeed bad, not just bad but dangerously bad, Juan explained with unbelievable patience and detail how the legal wear is measured, I asked Juan to install all four tires.

Now for the degree of patience and professionalism of Juan, I have an older brother that I have to answer to, who would have thought at 64 I would still be doing this, lol. He had many questions about the tires, while I admire his tenacity, I only wish he had asked them all at once! Needless to say, I had to call Juan on five separate occasions, with each call Juan continued to display patience and information, I was a bit embarrassed but Juan did everything to make me feel comfortable and in fact, welcomed the questions because customer satisfaction means a great deal to him! Juan took particular care In describing the new tires I was getting, the warranty, how they are rated and his personal experience in this particular product, way way above and beyond! Lodi Honda, you have one incredible employee in Juan!

I live in a deluxe 55 and older community, I will joyfully pass out Juan's card with the knowledge that I am giving out excellent advise to use your dealership for all of those that live here! I can't thank you enough for such an excellent experience, one that not only will keep my mom safe on the road but an experience that educated me and one that was so easy, for me at least! Lol! So grateful

Walked in alone, nervous, told Marvin Poggio my story. He listened, told me he would, "do his best to give me a great deal." I saw sincerity in his eyes over the mask, but I was still nervous. Since there's no new available cars in Stockton and there parking lot is almost empty. Not that much selection. So we decided to go check out Lodi Honda. As soon as we get there, we saw this 2022 Honda Civic that we are looking for and it's the last one in the lot. Most of the cars in the lot are sold already. And JD greet us and very welcoming. My husband and I were very pleased with the exceptional service that Juan provided with our Honda Accord. My Honda's dash board lit up and went in limp mode. As I initially thought that this was going to be a disaster Juan made the situation hassle free as he communicated as the tests were ran and explained each step that was going to be taken until he got a diagnosis.

The issue ended up being a fuel injector that was replaced in a day and now our Honda is back to normal running smoothly. We will now only be going to Lodi Honda for our service needs, asking for Juan!

Recently bought a certified pre-owned Accord here. The buying process was straightforward and hassle-free. However, I was told the driver's side mirror would be replaced as it is fogged out, which makes it difficult to see. I was told I'd hear from service in a couple days. Sales followed up 3 days later and said I'd be hearing from service.nothing. Spoke to them again the following Monday.nothing. Here I am almost two weeks post-purchase.nothing. I'd have to say that overall I'm disappointed and wish I would have purchased from a different dealer.

I couldn't find a place that had an oil change appointment the week I needed the change. Went to Lodi Honda since they had an appointment the following day. A couple hours past while I was waiting for the oil change and a worker came up to me saying that my TPMS broke. I was confused and told him how was that possible? He mentioned that one of the mechanics broke it and they were willing to replace it but I would be charged.

I went to another worker to mention to them about the incident and they said they wouldn't replace it for free since it was broken before I brought it to the dealership. I decided to contact the manager and he said they weren't going to help me since I "planned" this. Pretty disappointing.

I'm genuinely torn on how to review Lodi Honda. I bought a car here and was able to negotiate an amazing deal. So good, in fact, that a salesperson from Mel Rapton Honda in Sacramento told me I was a liar when I quoted him the price. On the other hand, I recently brought my Honda here for service (different car from the one I purchased). A red battery symbol was flashing on the dash.

I was actually on the phone with a service guy from Folsom Honda. He told me it was my alternator, but he doubted my car would make it. Sure enough, it literally started to die as I was driving by Lodi Honda. I take it in. They run a diagnostic. Per the diagnostic, there's some issue with the starter. I question this based on what the mechanic from Folsom told me. I'm told that diagnostic indicates the starter may be drawing on the battery.

I don't know the first thing about cars so I take their word. Repairs take two days because they need to wait for a new starter. Two or three days after pickup, the exact same warning light comes on. I call Lodi Honda. I'm told they will look at it. in a week. I explain the history and the response is pretty much "tough luck." They won't offer any sort of discount or consideration for the misdiagnosis. So, this time I do it right and take it to Folsom Honda.

The mechanic literally laughs out loud when I tell him they replaced the starter, and he says "why? The problem wasn't with starting the vehicle. The problem presented while the vehicle was running." Folsom Honda fixed the problem and it hasn't been an issue since. I'm torn on what rating to give Lodi because -- like I said, I don't know the first thing about cars -- so maybe the diagnostic did show some sort of issue with the starter.

But that clearly wasn't the cause of the issue with my vehicle. What irritates me is that Folsom was able to diagnosis it correctly over the phone because they listened to me. Lodi ignored me and missed it. And it did cause me a massive headache because I wasn't able to use my car for several more days. The staff was helpful and friendly when I first brought my car in, but clearly did not give a $&!? when I called the second time. I'm torn. Somewhere between two and three stars.
