Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. My salesman Ben was very patient with me and was extremely helpful in explaining the process and the different features of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle which helped me in my choice. I have already recommended him to a few of my friends. The dealership environment was amazing and I never felt pressured to accept anything at all. I also received top dollar on my trade! Don't forget to ring the gong when you get your new car!

Called about a truck that was posted on their webpage with an advertised MSRP. Called and talked to a salesman and told them I'd take the truck. Got ready to leave a few hours later and called to make sure the truck was still available, at the advertised price. The salesman wasn't sure about the price so he needed to ask his manager. He got back to me and told me that his manager wanted him to let me know that the vehicle I wanted (a pickup truck) was hard to come by, and there would be a premium added of $10-15 thousand over MSRP, but he wasn't sure exactly how much until I came to get it. Needless to say, I told them to shove it! That's the worst case of bait and switch false advertisement I've ever seen. We have a fleet of Ford Trucks, and I've never had anything this deceiving happen at any other dealership. Avoid Westway unless you like being deceived and lied to.

Check the other reviews carefully. MARKET ADJUSTMENT. Advertised 60k sat me down, purchase order was for 80k. Added $3500 to keep the lights on and a $10k market adjustment. Not sure what constitutes false advertising. If that's the cost of the vehicle, fine, list it as that. Then call me later saying what can we do to earn your business? How about honest upfront pricing. I feel sorry for those who agree to the first pencil

I would like to thank Westway Ford for not allowing me to test drive the Mach-E GT. I wanted to compare it to the Tesla Model Y performance that I drove I few weeks back. They told me it is a rare car and could not test drive it. BS.it's just that you don't have enough. Can't wait to get my Model Y performance.

Went to look at the Mach E and maybe get one. Saw "market adjustment" of 20k for all models except the GT, which was 25k. Forget that. For that price, I can get a luxury brand electric vehicle. If this had been posted on their website, I wouldn't have made the trip to their facility.

Hands down the WORST customer service EVER! Of course, this was after they already got my money. All I needed was a simple question answered regarding the extended warranty that they talked me in to. They never answer the phone or even respond in any form or fashion. Aside from the useless online chat. I couldn't be more disappointed.

My wife had an appointment Monday, May 2nd at 8:00am for an oil change and reset the check engine light. We were heading out of town and be back Wednesday morning to pick up. We got there Wednesday and they couldn't find any record of our car. After 30 minutes, the service tech said there's a problem. It's on another lot and won't be ready til tomorrow. We demanded our car, which they miraculously found. Nothing was done so we left. No apologies, just excuses. Never going back

I just purchased a Ford Explorer 2022 brand new 26 miles from this dealership on 4/13/22 two days ago I received a recall on the rear axel and Air bag. I was informed parts will not be available until July, I understand the recall and the waiting on parts, what I am extremely disappointed in is the fact that I am not being offered either another vehicle or a loner until it gets resolved, but was told I had to pay for the new car payment and another rental for several months until the car gets fixed.

Its not safe to drive and no one is answering the phone. But when I was sold the vehicle I received multiple calls to provide a review. I am at a lost and hate posting this but everyone needs to know

0 Stars - Fuck This Place! $170 diagnostic fee that is NOT applied towards the repair, unlike many other establishments including Grapevine Ford. $1,800 repair for an extremely overpriced part and labor. $170 to reflash the computer code unnecessarily for the new part that will perform the same as the old part. Another $2,000 in recommended repairs that are bullshit and completely unnecessary in an attempt at fearing a non-technical customer into spending money they don't need to. Waiting 35 minutes for my car to show up because they said the battery was low.

Which was not shown on the overpriced $170 diagnostic AND wasn't low when I brought it in. Service person would not explain any of the charges, would not offer escalation to management, would not reduce the costs in any fashion or match the prices and services at other dealerships. SCAM ARTISTS! Do not go here to get your car serviced. And they never pick up their phones.

Was told we were approved and ready to go. They pulled credit. We get into financing and they want the "market adjustment" paid up front and try to stick us with a interest rate 3X higher than we were told we would be at. Pretty ridiculous honestly. 3hrs of my life wasted. But it worked out. Another dealer called the next day for a Bronco being sold to me at MSRP. Worked out for the best, but I don't recommend Westway Ford.

Bought a truck last year and was very pleased by the service I had gotten from Gabriel Gonzalez. Went once again last week and got a 2022 F-150 at a VERY great price with 0 down. Another easy and simple process. Gabriel Sanchez is hands down the easiest salesman to work with. Listens to what you want and finds a way to get you into that specific vehicle. We purchased a used Hyundai from Westway Ford. We were sold on a maintenance package that they can not uphold since it is not a Ford! I felt like they sold a product that they had no intention of honoring! On top of that they do NOT answer their phones! Do not do business with this company in Irving Texas

Worst dealearship ever. Do not deal with them at all. I only found out a month after I purchased with them that they took the money from my MPP plan on my trade in and used it towards a down payment. They had no right to do so. On my purchase agreement it shows money there that accounts for it but they never told me where the additional dollars were from.

I was never told or asked for my permission to use the money from the cancellation of my MPP plan from my previous vehicle to purchase this new vehicle. I will never in my life do business with them again or step into that dealership.

I have ALWAYS lived in Collin County but have purchased EVERY Ford that I have driven from Westway Ford. If I am not mistaken, that would be 8 vehicles. So it was a "No Brainer" for me to drive from Anna to Irving. Before I headed that way, I called Westway, the day before and was able to talk to a Travis. He seemed nice enough, so we made plans to meet.

He told me that he would call me on Saturday before I arrived. Well, he didn't call but I called him. He wasn't as nice as he was the day before and when I arrived, he never did materialize. I never got to meet him. Little did he know, I was prepared to purchase a unit THAT DAY and had my pre approval letter with me. MY Westway experience was NOTHING like it has been in the past. Re-downloaded yelp to post this review. This is the worst dealership I've dealt with since living in Dallas. I bought my car from here 3 years ago and it was the worst experience (I had to go back 3 times to re-sign paperwork they missed). They called me back in to trade it in multiple times and I decided it was time, gave 3 different people my information.

I spoke with Chase then Edwin and finally Daniel who tells me "yeah they said you had a mustang or wanted a mustang". No I don't lol. I have a fusion. Then says "I don't know what to tell you". I went to dodge in uptown

Took my car in for a recall. They had the car for 4 months and when my car is ready let me know my battery was dead after they let it sit there for months. They said they'd cover labor, $15, which they then snuck in an extra charge for something else anyways, so I ended up paying the same amount. I also get my car back with no air pressure in the tires, an insane amount of air bubbles on my back windshield that weren't there before, and the rubber part that keeps the passenger side door from slamming ti ripped now, something that wasn't when I brought it in.

You guys had severe negligent care for my car the entire time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they take no responsibility for their mistakes and expect you to pay for it. Go anywhere else

Most deceptive, manipulative, bait and switch, non-ethical car dealership I have come across. Reserved a Bronco during June 2020. They converted my reservation to order without consulting me. Not even ready to take my build. Very rude people. After months of calls with Ford they finally took my build. At the time of delivery, they added 25k as market adjustment and 3500 as addon.

After rejecting their offer, they offered 10k market adjustment. They add markup to a car they got to deliver, by adding them as a dealer during reserving. Whatever way we look into this, it's just unethical business. When I tried to have a rational discussion with their manager Dustin Egbers, this guy just has rhetorical questions for reply. I waited 1.5yrs for my car.

I regret selecting them as dealer for delivery. The news is Ford is going to make custom ordering the way for buying new vehicles. Run away from Westway Ford. These guys don't honor price. When they say they have no nonsense, transparent business practice, those are punch words they use for marketing. Didn't experience when doing business with them. I lost my space in waiting line because of this bad dealership.

No one around to help. Brought my truck in to ask about getting it serviced. Once I did get someone they wanted to run me through buying something new. Wouldn't let me see the vehicle without going through hoops. The sales rep was nice and only following her mandated office rules. But Once that was done (15mins later) the vehicle wasn't even what I asked for. Huge waste of time. No one offers to help unless it's sales. Wouldn't suggest making this your home auto store if wanting to have it serviced in the future.

This dealership charges surprise $20,000 markups on reservations that were submitted over a year ago while telling reservation holders they will be selling at MSRP. Do NOT buy any vehicles from this dealership unless you want to get screwed. It's as simple as that. This should be illegal and this dealership should be shut down.

A fellow Bronco enthusiast and customer was forced by Ford policy to make their reservation with Westway - their local dealer. After months of loyal and patient waiting said customer arrived to find Westway manufactured a more than 20k dealer adjustment. A 50 percent increase over the MSRP of the vehicle. Westway did so because they wanted to sell the car to someone with more money who didn't wait.

As a Ford Bronco enthusiast myself I am frankly repulsed by such a tactic that is in everyway disloyal And exploitive. Westway clearly doesn't care about customer loyalty.

If a Bronco (or any special order vehicle) is abandoned by the buyer or is dealer stock - then no problem with any dealer trying to sell at crazy market price. HOWEVER.receiving someone's special order vehicle and then surprising that person who waited over a year for their Bronco (in this case) is extremely shameful behavior. Westway "Worstway" is doing this to a buyer from our Bronco Forum and holding the buyer hostage to buy at $25K over MSRP price they ordered their Bronco at. Well.we the public are pushing back. PLEASE.LET YOUR MONEY TALK AND WALK AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE DEALER!

Do not place your Bronco, Maverick, Or future FORD order with this Stealership. They will pull your order and steal it from under you when your vehicle arrives. They do not honor msrp and are a slimey scumbag crook of a ford dealership. I would do my research and homework before placing any order for a vehicle and find a dealership that cares about the long term relationship with their customers.

A fellow would be Bronco owner got their Bronco stolen from them by this dealership adding additional dealer mark up of over 20k! lol WTF the dealership I got my bronco from honored msrp since it was my personal order and they will continue to have my business. Geezus I hope dealerships like this go extinct. NOBODY will remember you when you go out of business WESTWAY Ford. LOL losers.

Terrible bait and switch practices with customer. Immoral sales team. Had an acquaintance place an order at an agreed upon price that took close to a year to fulfill. Once the dealership received the order from Ford, they unexpectedly tacked on a $24,500k upcharge on the vehicle so they could dissuade the customer from purchasing! This would allow them to sell the vehicle for more profile and void the original contract. STAY AWAY!

They wrecked my truck while it was in for service and still made me pay for the service. They "repaired" it but not nearly to my satisfaction. Paint didn't match, tailgate was crooked.etc. and I still got the full bill. Also, I drove up to dallas from Houston TWICE when they said it was ready only to find I was misinformed. It was not ready. So I made a total of 3 trips from Houston to dallas and back. if I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible dealership and terrible people.

Where is the 0 star option. Sleazy typical car dealer tactics. Bait and switch. List a car for sale for 56k. Set up coming in to finance after an hour drive and they try to mark it up over their listed price by 15k. I walked out steaming. Wasted my time, my gas money. Save yourself the hassle and steer as far away from these guys as possible. This includes the finance manager and the employee of the month Vlad.

Fast forward a week later. No one has reach out about the multiple bad reviews I have left. Then I get this generic response. I already found a truck and will not be paying more than sticker. The tactics used to get me in the door then raise the price is absurd. It cost me money. 3hrs and gas. If you are really apologetic you can send me a check. If not it shows just how your company truly has no plans to make anything right

We drove to Westway Ford from east Texas because we saw an F-350 on their website that matched everything we wanted, when we got there we found the truck and test drove it (window sticker matched exactly what the internet said). Once we went inside to deal with the salesman he informed us that there was a $20,000 market adjustment on the truck. I understand that there are market adjustments on trucks at some places due to the lack of new trucks being produced but that was obnoxious. not to mention the false advertisement not only online but also on their window stickers.

We refused to pay it and the guy came back and said that someone else was coming to look at the truck that was willing to pay the prices (yet another lie, the truck is still on the lot). We got up and left. what a waste of our day driving all the way out there. The very next day we found a truck and bought it at MSRP. This place is the typical sleezy car sales lot. dishonest.

Do NOT do business with them. In reply to the comment left. Customer service was contacted voicemail was left and no response. Again. this dealership is your typical sleezy car sales lot.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Raptor from Westway Ford. I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel Sanchez. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I really enjoyed him taking his time to answer the plethora of questions I had since this was my first time buying a truck. He was very patient and understanding. Due to his personality and measured approach, my experience at Westway was very enjoyable and rewarding.

I felt like I was dealing with a family member and not a sales person. This guy is super awesome! I am extremely happy with my purchase and that is due in no small part to "my man fifty grand"! If you're in the market for a vehicle, give Westway a shot, and please, please ask for "Sanchez", he will not let you down. Tell him Chris sent you! Cheers

Seems like there's plenty of poor reviews for this shop already, but why not add another. Service is rubbish, responses are non-existent, very shady/transactional crew here. I purchased a truck that was advertised as having leather seats. Upon discovering they were seat covers, the sales manager (Gerson Gomal, who I assume no longer works for Westway since he's been radio silent) informed me that the dealership would simply cut a check to cover the cost of having leather seats installed.

After stating this info to me in writing I was no longer able to get ahold of Gerson and reached out to the GM. The GM informed me that he would not honor this agreement, however he did offer to buy-back the truck for what I paid + the cost of leather seat installation. I assume the GM wanted to take advantage of the increased value of used vehicles due to the semi-conductor/shipping shortages and new he could RE-sell my truck for much more than I paid.

If not, he shouldn't have had any problem cutting the check for the leather seats as it's a wash from a cash-outlay stance. To wrap things up I'll just say steer clear of the Westway muppets, not the brightest guys, but have to give them props on their opportunistically deceitful approach to business. Cheers guys.

Had a motor mount replaced. They left bolts off (which manager Alex admitted) got on the highway and my car was extremely shakey and unstable. Could have caused me to have a wreck and kill me or someone else. When I complained about it they told me I was no longer welcome. Done purchasing cars from there

Someone asked to make a copy of my ID as soon as i got there without asking me much about what i was even looking to do - which was weird and not appreciated. prices there are higher than other places i went. keith helped me and was AWESOME, but finance guy was rude and another guy came over and felt like they were just trynna screw me over didn't make me feel welcomed or appreciated for wanting to do business there. i heard the finance guy yelling from across the room bc i was one of the last people there. they also came back with BS numbers and said 'we're waiting for your credit' but if they didnt have my credit then why did they try to put me at 14% interest? scammers imo.

Not Happy at all. We purchased a car on 08/28/2021 and did not take possession until delivery on 09/10/2021. After taking possession of the car we noticed that the open recall that was promised to be fixed during negotiations was not fixed at all. In addition, there as an immediate obvious rumbling sound when driving the car on the highway (we were directed to drive the car in a specific area that was residential therefore not getting up to highway speeds during the test drive).

After reaching out to the salesperson Shelby and calling the dealership twice and receiving no resolution but now being left with thousands of dollars worth of mechanical damage, before we have even received license plates, I would recommend to never visit or purchase from this dealership. Avoid at all costs.

Had a great experience purchasing a van from DJ at Westway Ford this week. He's a good listener and offered an option other than the one we came in to see and it was just what we needed. It was pouring rain when we left with the van and my phone was almost dead. He took the time to find the adaptor I needed to charge my phone in the van. Saved us!

We were not familiar with the Irving/Dallas area and really needed my phone maps to find our way to 35S. DJ is helpful without being pushy. It was a good buying experience. Check out Westway Ford and ask for DJ.

I purchased a truck from West Way Ford on the 29th of July 2021 from "Top Sales Man". He told me he would deliver it the following day. Today is now the 5th of August and I still have to truck. I am upset because if I would have known I would have purchased another vehicle as I really did need it immediately. I have tried to get in touch with someone to see how long it will take to receive but it seems as if my truck hasn't even been worked on.

I was also told over the phone the tinting is being removed without my consent. The muffler has also been removed and I did not ask for this service. I don't understand why it is taking so long and why features from the truck I purchased are being taken away. I am very upset and need a solution quickly. I was told the bed liner was going to be added for the inconvenience and service has no record of this. So, i purchased a vehicle I do not have and features are being removed.

I saw the perfect F150 online - began chatting and 15 minutes later was sitting in front of Shelby Luce. She asked me more questions to better understand what I was actually looking for and in 1 shot, she pulled around the truck I took home that night! I was also able to trade in my current vehicle and received an amazing offer, which I used as a down payment on the truck.

I highly recommend Westway Ford! They worked with me on my credit application and I walked away with a very competitive interest rate and a nice down payment on THE perfect truck! Unfortunately, all the bad reviews are true. They started the markup with a price over $1,000 more than even the MSRP window sticker price, and $2,000 more than internet advertised price for that vehicle. Not only did they start with a price over MSRP and internet, they marked it up an additional $9,200 for options (excluding tag, title and tax). This vehicle (matching stock # and VIN) was advertised with these options at the lesser amount but they presented the increased price at the dealership charging for these options again.

In summary, they first presented the out the door price of $42,000 when the internet price was $29,815 before tag, title and tax. I expected to pay a little more for fees but not $12,185 more. I also don't care if there is demand (which they attempted a $5,000 up fee for demand is what they told me). Let another leave the lot underwater on that vehicle. I'm happy to stay with mine or go to another dealer.

No additional negotiation was needed at that point, I walked at $42,000+. Go to a dealer that wants your business, and that is legally transparent. I guarantee you will have the same experience as I and others did if you go to Westway Ford.

Where do I start? Your dealership is a joke and a true scam. We went to Westway Ford last week to purchase a new 2020 Ford Escape. Found the exact one we wanted on your website, saw the internet price YOUR DEALERSHIP provided and headed that way. Paris showed us the car, took it for a drive and then went inside to talk numbers.before I get to that debacle, let me first say how unprofessional looking your staff was.

About a dozen or so men and women standing around a bank of computers with loud music playing, themselves being extremely loud, many of them not wearing masks with take out food all over the tables. Your internet price for the car we wanted was $24,500 before TTL. Paris comes back wanting $31,000.we were outraged! There was an up charge of $4,800 for "tinted windows and some paint protection" We said no way we were paying that price, we want the internet price that was ON YOUR WEBSITE!

We drove directly to Grapevine Ford and 2 hours and 15 minutes later, we were driving our brand new Ford Escape SEL home.paying the exact price we wanted, which was $5,000 LESS then your sham of a dealership wanted. I have since then, read many reviews of your dealership with people saying the exact same thing about this ridiculous "up charge" you try to tack on! I will continue to tell anyone I know to stay FAR AWAY from Westway Ford!
