BUYERS BEWARE! So i made a appointment (03/12/22) to see the 2016 GMC Denali stock # F14816 priced at $36,990. I get there & speak to the sales man explain to him I'm approved thru my credit union with a 2.8 apr & he sets me up to test drive the truck, i test drive & come back n inspect the truck & find something's that broken & bad tires & a few misc items that i was willing to deal with.
I go inside to talk to the guys about everything n talk numbers, so this is where my issue stems from, truck is priced at $36,990, i understand taxes, dmv fee's, document fee's. So sales man calls the sales manager to sit down with me n negotiate prices so they break it down n they add the above + $3000 for tires & back window repairs not including broken center console & charging area scratched beyond repaired & they tact on another $2000 " No Finance fee " since I'm not using them to finance which i find to be weird but i explained to them I'll take it as is if they drop the $3000 fee & i would finance with them as long as they got me a 3%/3.5% apr n they still said no cause they were up side down on the truck because they paid $47,000 which to me isn't the buyers problem or put it for sale at the price you really wanna sell it for, so basically i tried negotiating in there favor 3 times n both sales managers didn't care & Supposedly GM said there's nothing to go cause there losing.
These guys are scammers & if you gonna buy from them don't be approved outside there banks cause they gonna tact on an extra $5000 in " there fee's ". I'm also taking this up with the better business Bureau cause i don't think this a proper sales tactic.

I am elated with my experience at Liccardi Ford. My daughter was in need of a new car after a terrible car accident, so, my fiance suggested I call a dealership in Virginia because he had had a good experience there 3.5 years ago. After such an awful set of circumstances around the car accident I was hoping for a smooth and pleasant experience dealing with that dealership; however, they quickly fell immensely short of that expectation.
I located a car I wanted to lease and spoke with a salesman; he told me that a car would be coming to their lot soon, although it did not have all the options I was looking for. I decided to consider the car with the lesser options anyway and was transferred to someone in financing. I explained to that man that we wanted our daughter to apply for a loan on her own, but her dad would co-sign for her if needed.
He said my daughter's credit was too low to secure a loan on her own and would need my ex-husband to co-sign. He came back with an outrageous interest rate, an outrageous monthly payment, and relatively low allowable annual mileage on the lease, all despite a large down payment of $8,000. Then, after finding the exact car I wanted, with all the features I wanted, online, I called Liccardi. Rebecca confirmed the car's availability, and off we went.
The car's sticker was several thousand dollars more but came out to $47 LESS per month than the dealership in Virginia quoted me on the car with the lesser options. Additionally, at Liccardi, my daughter qualified for the loan on her own, and we were advised that her credit score was actually 142 points HIGHER than the dealership in Virginia told us it was.
For as bad as our experience was with the dealership in Virginia, it was just as amazing at Liccardi. Pablo our salesman, Sulu, the manager, and Charlie, in finance, were helpful, kind, informative, flexible, knowledgeable, and fun. Why would I give an entire background on a poor experience at one dealership only to give a good review to Liccardi?
So people can understand just how devious some dealerships are. Our experience at Liccardi was phenomenal. We highly recommend them, especially Pablo. Good luck to anyone looking to purchase or lease, but you won't need luck if you go to Liccardi.

Worst car dealership I have ever been to in NJ. Bought a 2014 Raptor with one owner on the CarFax that crapped out less than a month after I drove it off these clowns' lot. Engine is shot, not even 1,000 miles put on it, bought with a little over 92k miles. They did not offer to do anything about the situation because the vehicle was sold as is.
I am now stuck with a brick until I can pay the $10k to replace the engine from my local mechanic btw. They did not offer any type of assistance or help with the situation. To make matters absolutely worse, they call me about a month after the whole fiasco, about 2 months after purchase to let me know that my plates are finally in. Yes, for a whole month after they were informed that the truck was a brick, and a whole month after the temporary registration expired that I can go pick up my plates. If only there was a running motor vehicle to put them on! Do not buy anything here.

Great service everywhere! Everything was smooth and fast from start to finish. My dad and I bought a 2022 Ford F550 dump truck. Pablo was the person who helped us. He was very welcoming and friendly. It was the first time we bought a truck and we had many doubts about it. Pablo went out of his way to accommodate everything and more than we expected. We give Pablo and Liccardi our highest recommendation and will buy from them again. thanks Pablo Keep up the good work!

Beware this dealership and their BAIT AND SWITCH tactics if you value your time, honesty and transparency. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Before I drove out to see a specific new 2022 Lincoln Nautilus, I called to confirm that this exact car I found on the website was on the lot. I gave the salesperson, Brandon, a stock number and he checked and said that vehicle was indeed on the lot and available for me to see.
When I arrived, Brandon was not there and instead, I was helped by Danny. Danny showed me a vehicle in the showroom and identified it as the one I called about. It was about 40 minutes later when we sat down to discuss numbers that I discovered I was not being shown the new 2022 I came to look at when the numbers didn't match what I expected at all. Instead, I was shown a USED 2021 demo car that was thousands of dollars MORE expensive than the new 2022 I came to see. Danny never bothered at any point during my 40 minutes there to tell me that the car I specifically drove all the way to see was no longer available.
He only admitted I was looking at a different car after I called him out on it. At any point Danny could have been upfront with me from the minute I walked in the door. He chose the less honest approach and wasted my time. This cost the dealership a customer.

Coming in here was an amazing experience. I highly recommend Pablo we had purchased a van for a family business and I brought up how I was in the market for a car. He found my dream car and worked within my budget. He made the process quick and easy. We had clear communication through it all and I've never felt rushed. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to all my friends!

Buyer Beware! If I could post zero stars I would. I saw a car I was interested in posted online for what I felt was a good price. I drove an hour to test drive it and was interested in purchasing it. The salesperson went in to speak to the Finance Manager and came out with a piece of paper listing final price to take it off the lot. It was a lot higher than their advertised price.
It showed how they came up with this price. They added a $1600 reconditioning fee, and $995.00 for me to pay their internet advertising fee. There may have been other charges, but I lost interest after seeing this rip-off. I don't even know what the reconditioning fee is for because all four tires were about 80% worn and one tire had very low pressure, as shown on the dash. Also, the brake assist light was on indicating it needed service.
The cherry on top was the insultingly low price they offered for my trade-in. This isn't a matter of me thinking my car is worth more than it is, because two other dealerships offered me three times the trade-in value Licardi would pay. You may ask why I didn't buy the car at one of the other dealerships. The cars were fine, the price was a little higher than I expected, but not terrible, it's just that they weren't the right car for me. Since I'm not under pressure to purchase a car, I will continue to search for the right one. I can tell you with certainty it will NOT be purchased from Licardi Ford.

We attempted to purchase a 66k expedition max. The call takers said "yup the truck is here and quoted the msrp as the sales price." When pressed to send a contract the dealership proceeded to add a 3k market adjusted price for low inventory. The manager Mike said wouldn't you sell your house for the most the market will pay? I wished Mike a Merry Christmas and simply declined to pay above MSRP on a new car. Mike wished us a happy holiday by hanging up abruptly.
Clearly Licardi has forgotten it's important to value their customers. My wife and I went to another Ford dealership in Essex County. Got $1,500 off MSRP, $200 floor mats added in for free, and treated with respect. The other dealership said it's simply wrong to upcharge people of new cars.

The listed price of the truck on car gurus is 88999 while the actual price of the vehicle was 98k. So from the beginning I was turned off but tried to work a deal. After they came back with the first offer I asked to leave but since they had my keys from assessing my trade in they wouldn't let me leave. I went 40 mins out of my way to go look at the car and was trying to beat traffic but they didn't want to give me my keys back.
They wouldn't get close to the listed price so I decided to pass and finally was able to leave. I tired again to work a deal out with the salesman via text and asked to get closer to the listed prices as in the ad but they wouldn't do it so I told him no thank you. Then the salesman became a keyboard warrior and decides he wants to start making comments as if I don't have the money to buy the car.
This place is all around shady and just looking to make a quick buck. So glad I didn't get this truck from them. I understand the current market but these are shady tactics. Stay away.

My wife and I were pleased at our experience and outcome at Liccardi Ford. We dealt with a polite sales team, and the point man, Luis, was a pleasure to deal with. He showed my wife multiple vehicles and took time to point out the technology(s) and features that each vehicle was equipped with. On a Saturday afternoon and after my insurance agent's office had closed for the weekend, Luis to the lead in contacting my Insurance Company in order to get the insurance coverage transferred.
The financial evaluation process was performed and decision provided within minutes. Liccardi Ford provides a quality product by way of their quality people and that made our decision an easy one

Terrible experience from start to finish. LIARS. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH With. They give you the run around. They have to talk to 5 different people to get one answer. Very rude. When they hire someone they must have a requirement to just be rude to customers. I will not come back nor will I ever send someone there. Bad experience

I have been searching for a 2020 Explorer ST leftover for some time now. I found it on their website and decided to drive up and look at it. I see it in the lot but can't get anyone to talk to me. I see a sales guy ad let him know I am interested. He says I'm with another customer and I said take your time, I showed up unannounced and understand.
I decided to wait and an hour later nothing. I went home and looked it up again online and scheduled a test drive. I went back and the sales guy looked at me and said I can't believe you waited this long. I told him what vehicle I was interested in because at this point I am dead set on buying it. I test drive the vehicle and return to the dealership and shared some concerns.
The vehicle is listed as new and it is not, 5k miles and the wheels are scratched and the exhaust is bent for some reason. I'm willing to buy it if they take care of those things but I never get that far. I sit down with the salesman but I never really have his attention. He's running around etc. Finally, after waiting several minutes more, he sits down with the sheet of paper. Now, this is where I probably made a mistake but my intentions were to save everyone time.
I advised him of the sale price I found online, He wrote it down, and asked the basic questions, Trade-in, Down payment, etc. I tell him I Have X-Plan and his attitude changed, said he can do better than X-Plan, etc. Came back and said the actual price of the vehicle was higher than advertised because the incentives were for first responder etc. but he admitted it never said that on the site.
Then he came with a crazy payment request for a $50,000 truck of $902 for 72 months. I told him we were too far apart and he said I know. you should lease a new truck blah blah. never acknowledged the X-Plan or the internet price and frankly, I feel he never wanted to sell the truck to me once I told him I had X-Plan.never even asked me my credit score of anything. waste of time for sure.

Be very cautious! My husband purchased a new SUV and the finance department "screwed" the numbers up on the bill of sale THREE times. If you're not sure what you're looking at, they will take advantage. The finance guy told me when I called him out on the second set of numbers that he was told to "change the bottom number by $1,000", but didn't appropriately give my husband credit elsewhere. Completely fudging the numbers. We were given three free oil changes for all the hassle, I'd rather go elsewhere and pay. Not stepping foot back at that dealership.

Agreed with online sales rep verbally and in writing through email on purchase price of a new Ford. Day of pick up I was called by jesse and mike liccardi and told "unless I finance through them the deal was off" I did not want to finance so they would not sell me the vehicle. I felt as if I was scammed. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE WITH THEM

The worst dealer ever they took my car on August 31 they still have my car and told me the is not going to be checked for another 3 to 4 weeks more because they only have two transmission tech. The best part is the supervisor said by the way I will be going to charge you too because it not under warranty anymore. Great service department. Every.

We were in touch on a Thursday for a specific vehicle for sale. Friday the sales person, Lisa, confirmed our appointment. We texted her and she replied ok that she would see us on Saturday at 11 am. We drove 70 miles to the dealership. Arrived and were told that someone put a deposit on that vehicle yesterday. I was absolutely angry. I tried to talk to the "manager".
He never stood up, introduced himself or anything. He spoke down to me because I was upset and told us to leave. I am contacting the Ford Corporation and filing a formal complaint for bait and switch techniques, as well as the usual attitude I get for most managers at any Ford dealership. I will never walk into this dealership again. All customers deserve more respect than that. stay away! Amazing how all of their reviews, even on their own website, are terrible. How does Ford keep this dealership in business?

I tried to deal with Earl at this dealership on a used car. They listed one price on carfax and then raised it $1000 on the lot after I showed up, saying it was their advertising fee. They also tried to add in window etching and other fees and wouldnt negotiate these BS fees at all. In fact, it took them over 6 hours to get back to me and even tell me they wouldnt negotiate. I dont appreciate a bait and switch. I dont appreciate a lack of follow up. Stay away from these jokers! They are not on the level!

After reviewing the used inventory on their website, I found my daughter a white 2016 Honda Civic EXT. Made our way down, my daughter was already pre-approved thru her credit union so no need to have the dealership run her credit. Met Tony the sales guy, nice enough guy. Test drove the car, my daughter was fine with it. Then the sit down begins. Where the sheet comes out with the 4 squares (biggest dealer scam of all) where they break up the price of the car (price on the lot, not online) your financing, trade if any and so on.
Price on the car is 17,500, online 13,990. Mind you the price online has fluctuated 15,559 in Jan to now 13,990. Tony writes down the 13,990, the online dept's 995.and prep 495. Apparently the online dept doesn't get paid unless a car is sold was my response, nor would they prep the used cars unless you pay for it. We went back and forward until Mike was brought in to close the deal.
Now we offered 13,000 for the car, tax we understand, Motor Vehicle ok, but when a "doc fee" of 498, window etching 298 and so on comes on. We understand we're dealing with a sleazy practice that has no place in this business. I thought window etching went out in the 90s or are we still paying for undercoating too or hows about the gas in the tank?
We reached the point where we got very close to my daughter number, but we asked for a minute and my daughter said, "I'm not buying a car from these people, they're douchebags" I wasn't arguing her point she had every right. Buyer beware, watch those fees, doc fee shouldn't go beyond $75 consult a lawyer on that if I'm mistaken.
If you're a woman, I feel for you. They'll take advantage is my opinion. My daughter bought a car that day, the experience was much better and the bullshit was at a minimum. Hope this helps someone out there.
