It's been a very long time since I bought a newer truck (2013) newer for me anyway, but I gotta say Rubertis made it pretty easy and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

I bought a s550 amg about 2 years ago from this place and I absolutely would recommend it to anyone and everyone the cars are great and the service is good as well I really recommend u go there the next time it looking for a new vehicle

Rick was fantastic. He helped me find the car I wanted, arranged financing with a reputable local credit union and went above and beyond to get me the vehicle in a timely manner. He was a joy to work with and everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Tried selling me a car without the mechanic even looking at it. Knew I was on a low budget with a family without a car. If my fiance wasn't a good mechanic I would have been sold a car with a bad head gasket. Didn't seem to care about helping us further.

This was the best car buying experience I ever had! I baught a car and had it on the rd in a half hour and was done! He is very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend

Buyer beware. Lemons for sale I bought a BMW June 2021. Has been in the shop for repairs longer than I have had it When you spend thousands of dollars on a car you don't think it.would be in the shop for repairs. Rick the owner is very unprofessional. When I do buy a new car I will be sitting out front of his business with a box of lemons and lemonade with a sign saying lemons for sale lol.

I recently purchased a car at Rick Ruberti's, including a trade in, and the process was easy and seamless from beginning with a test drive, until I drove away in my new car. Rick is very personable, and his staff are amazing. They are knowledgeable and helpful, and make you feel at home! If a car on the lot or the website catches your eye, go for it!

I'm only giving 1 star because you can't give 0. We purchased a vehicle from him 2nd week of December because my husband's truck was having issues. Knowing that a repair had to be made before we take possession of the vehicle. We were told it would be a few days for repair. Which was acceptable. A week later, after no communication and being told, "I'll call you back" numerous times, with no call backs.

My husband, without transportation, starts to get frustrated. Calls them again inquiring about the now purchased and registered vehicle going on 10 days for a 1 day repair job. The young salesman tells him. "If you want it I can have it towed to your house!" Excuse me? That's your response to the customer wondering what's taking so long?

Finally at 12 days we are told it's ready. We get there, it's not there YET. As we sit in the office talking with the office girl. She tells us another guy called yelling and swearing at her about the Same thing. Then another gentleman walked into the office complaining about the SAME thing! Sounds like someone has a history of this. Then Rick Reburti comes in the office telling my husband that HE was the douchebag here and NOT him. Told my husband to take his f#$&en plates and get the F$#^ out of his office! My husband never yelled at him or called him anything at any point in all this. Is THAT his customer service? Horrible, display of a human if you ask me!

Mr. Ruberti and his Staff are very knowledgeable and informative. A place you can trust and feel comfortable with your purchase. Always a genuine and friendly environment. Not to mention the lot is always full of classy, nice rides

Would not recommend and will not do business here again. It started with him losing our paperwork, then my title was sent to the wrong bank. I had to call continuously for over 4 months to get it sorted out and I was told several times it was taken care of when it wasn't. We purchased the car and the date of it getting fixed kept getting pushed back by weeks. The whole process was just a huge headache from beginning to end.

I found the car I was looking for on their Craigslist ad. I got a solid deal on my new car and it was delivered immediately. I had a rewarding car buying experience this time around. Rick and Mauricio are the most diligent customer service men. They have proven to me that they have integrity. If you see the car your looking for at Rick Ruberti no need to look any futher.

From the moment I walked in until I left, Rick made my car buying experience an extremely pleasant one. Never did I feel intimidated or pressured. The process was stress-free and I felt well cared for and heard. Honestly, it felt like family, very welcoming. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new car purchase. You will leave feeling confident that you were well taken care of and NOT taken advantage of. Love this place!

Nice people. Flew out of state to buy a car. The transaction was very smooth and they had everything ready for me.

Needed a last minute, essential break job done on my boyfriends car. Rick took us as new customers and completed the job within the day! The mechanic did a great job and was the nicest individual we have worked with, and we have worked with several. So happy we found this place! We will absolutely be back

I'm fairly new to the area and needed a quick brake job. Chris is was very accommodating and did a great job. There was a little misunderstanding along the way. minor stuff, not mechanics-related. Chris offered to do my next oil change free of charge which he made good on. Nice, honest, reliable folks. Highly recommended.

My Daughter and I visited quite a few car dealers looking for something that would fit what she wanted, and what we could afford. I couldn't believe the condition of some of the vehicles OTHER dealers were trying to sell. Dirty interiors, etc. I'm REALLY Glad we stopped into Rick Ruberti's. All the vehicles were super clean, which I took as a good sign.

We saw one we liked, so we took it for a test drive. After that, we sat with Rick for quite a while and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Super nice guy! We took the weekend to think it over, hoping no one else would grab it. We went back Monday morning to try and get it. Rick was wicked helpful in getting everything done. We basically had to do nothing but "sign on the dotted line".

They handled everything for us, from the Financing to getting the registration and plates. It's been a few months and I noticed Rick out there washing his cars, so figured I owed him a review. I couldn't be happier with how well things went, and my Daughter LOVES her new SUV.

We have purchased 3 family cars from Rick and will go back again for more! He has fixed anything that was wrong before purchase including reupholstered seats due to a cig burn in our truck. We also got new tires. He DOES NOT have an inspection station so that is FALSE! He is an honest man and he remembers us anytime we randomly run into him and his family.

My college kid has owned her Kia for a little over a year now. No issues what's so ever, goes back and forth 1hr away to school and has driven it back and forth to Florida!
