Would not recommend this dealer at all Went in for a oil change on my ram truck watched as the lifted my truck up by the running boards and they bent them up when I went to service coordinator she trued telling me there was blocks under truck. Showed her the picture of the running boards bent up she then had them drop my truck

I have a lease Dodge Ram. The windshield wiper fluid wasn't working. Come to find out the lines froze and it doesn't work because of that. So then they repaired all the recalls on the truck. Came out and told me it's not covered in warranty and said I signed off on repairs. So no matter what If I fix or not they are going to change me the same price.
I could have put a clip in the windshield wiper fluid tube my self. Tried to tell me that no matter what because they looked at it they are going to change me for the service. They were already looking at recalls any way. So it cost me around 200 for a clip. Good luck at this dealer never again.

I'm not one to typically write reviews. I currently have a 39 month lease through them that cost me $435 a month, 2019 Jeep Compass. I had no car credit prior to my car experience so I figured high price for such car was reasonable. I am 5 months from my term ending which means I'm looking for a new car, I was hoping to either be able to trade in for a newer Jeep compass to save money being I assumed my note would be cheaper.
I have car credit now, good history, paid every payment on time, etc. I get quoted for $420, cheapest. When everyone around me I know are paying $300 or less. Mind blowing right? I call a different dealer and quoted, I will approximately be paying roughly about $300 for a Jeep Compass with my current trade in. Makes me wonder, why this location quoted me high prices, on top of me being a valued customer. Moral of my story is, shop around. Don't just run with one option. Explore them all. I will definitely be leaving this location.

Bought a used vehicle from here. Pepi (salesman) basically insulted me on the phone stating my offer was "whole sale", eventually my offer was accepted, and then they added about $1,250 worth of fees (not counting taxes) onto the total. We were told to drive the vehicle down the street, make a Michigan U-Turn, and back to the dealership. I never got the opportunity to drive the vehicle on the expressway.
I did not drive the vehicle until Sunday (my wife drove it home). The 1st time I drove the vehicle I noticed it pulls to the left, the vehicle was a "certified" used car. I messaged the salesman the pictures of the title work he needed, and I told him that the vehicle pulls to the left. He told me there is nothing they can do. I explained that this was the 1st time I got to drive the vehicle, and he said you could've hit a pothole.
I explained that was not good enough, he said he checked with his boss and I can drive it 90 minutes each way for the to "look at it". I was not told that it would be corrected at no charge, just looked at. About 3 days ago I asked for the sales manager to call me, Pepi said ok, but there has been no new communication from them. Find another dealership as they DO NOT stand behind their "certified" vehicles.

Had a terrible experience with the service department. My 21 Ram 1500 had a loose shark fin antenna. They told me via text that it was all scraped up and physically damaged so I needed a new one. I was told it wouldn't be covered by warranty due to this damage. When I picked my truck up and asked for the part that was replaced I see there is no damage or scratches on it.
I feel I was ripped off $500. When speaking to the manager he was only worried that he may not be reimbursed under warranty. Terrible to rip off a customer when it's obvious by looking at the truck how well cared for it is and the part has no damage on it. I'll provide photos. The truck only has 5k miles on it and this was it's 1st service. Also had the oil changed and they didn't reset the dash. Asked for the tires to be rotated and I don't know of it was done it's not on invoice. I would not go here for service. Update: I did receive a refund. Had to involve the SOS. I'll go elsewhere for service in the future.
