Worst place to deal with Terrible management team. The only people are worth compliment are David Dykstra sales and Tony from Service department. This place has not harmony and always argue between them self. However, I can NOT say enough how MR. ANTHONY WADE unprofessional and disrespectful person he is. He is a shame for the whole Mercedes brand. This gentlemen ( if I can call him that ) does not deserve to work and represent Mercedes brand. He is the most arrogantly and ignorant person He has awful personality.

My car is running perfectly after a pothole fiasco that damaged my wheel and tires. Ask for Tony Griffin if you have any service issues. If there was an issue he resolved it and if something needed clarity he was happy to take the time and make it right. Always professional, courteous and confident, he was really great to work with.

This was an exceptional buying experience. First, selection available at Mercedes-Benz of St Clair Shores (MB-SCS). I have been looking for a replacement for my extraordinary 2002 E320 online and in person for the past 2 years that, understandably, coincided with pandemic challenges. MB-SCS had the first model+package that I really wanted to buy. From what my Sales Associate Blake Galli said, much of the credit must go to MB-SCS management (Sales Manager Michael Sadowski) who is apparently very active in locating vehicles.
My sales experience with Sales Associate Blake Galli was excellent. He returned my initial internet contact on 23 May 22 within hours and arranged the test drive at my best available time on the 24th. It was a pleasure discussing technical information with him (and he let that sell the car). He completely honored my buying preference to decide within 24-48 h and get back to him, which I did.
My next experience with Finance Manager Charles Biggs was equally outstanding. He really understands the financial obligations to and of all parties: self, Mercedes-Benz and the State of MI and I developed complete confidence that he is an excellent person to trust when making a large purchase. He too honored my preference to allow time for thought in choosing any of the service options presented.
When I arrived on 01 June 22 to take possession, Sales Associates Sterling Yowell and Blake Galli had arranged a surprise: my new car occupied pride of place in the showroom rotunda window! We took great pictures before they drove the car onto the lot. Last and definitely not least, Sales Associate Timothy Kopec sat down in the car with myself and my husband for a hand-on demonstration of its many cool technical features.
Once again, he showed that he really knows (and loves) his technical material and the three of us had a great time, as well an an informative one. Mercedes-Benz has an extraordinary team at St. Clair Shores, MI and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them. I wish every one of them the best. First time here, but the service and courtesy lounge and waiting areas are sublime. Snacks and chilled water while you wait. Televisions and a business center for emergent work affairs. Then there's the Mercedes wear so you can shop while you wait also. So far so good and it is not a far drive for me either and that's a plus!
