First time getting my car serviced at Honda of Concord. Big kudos and thanks to Stephen Parker! He addressed my vehicle service concerns quickly and professionally-coming up with a great solution! It was a large expense- A/C compressor replacement. I appreciate Stephen's great problem -solving, excellent customer service and quick action! Thank you so much Stephen! -because of this terrific experience, I will get my car serviced there going forward! Awesome service!

I came here with a specific plan in mind. I wanted to trade in my current Civic (and I wanted to get a certain amount for it) and buy a new Civic because I love these cars and I like to stick to what I know is good and reliable. I ended up trading in my Civic and got almost the exact amount that I wanted and I got into a brand new HR-V. in my book, that is a great upgrade!
My sales agent Sean Matanovic was patient, helpful, and worked with me to get a great deal in what is typically a stressful process. I absolutely love my new car! When it came to signing paperwork and going over the finer details, Joy Spencer (Account Manager) was fantastic! She showed me my options, explained everything I had questions about, and worked with me to stay within my budget. I left with the most optimal safety features/add-ons, all while staying within my price range! Thank you both for everything! I appreciate your time and patience!

This will be the 3rd car I buy from Hendrick Honda and 2nd one from Honda of Concord, I had the pleasure of work with Tanisha Hampton and boy does she hustle to get it done, straight shooter and will put you in something you truly need or want, just tell her what you might be looking for, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and look forward to many more with this dealer.

Christian made my overall car buying experience as easy and pleasant as possible! I drove from Georgia and he had all of my paperwork waiting on me when I arrived so I wasn't sitting at the dealership for hours. He was always available for questions and responded within minutes to texts and emails. He really helped me out negotiating a great deal on the car as well! Brian in finance was also incredibly helpful and excellent at his job. Overall, the best car buying experience I've ever had!

This is my second car buying experience with Honda of Concord. I had actually started this process last July, in trying to get out of a lease with another manufacturer. I worked with A.G., who was (& still is!) fantastic to work with & his sales manager. While things didn't work out, I knew in the future I wanted to stick with A.G. I had been in contact with A.G. last week, trying to locate the one vehicle I wanted.
Which of course in this crazy environment of an ongoing pandemic, labor & chip shortage, was becoming frustrating. Fast forward to yesterday morning (2.18.22) & the stars aligned that the car I wanted was actually at the dealership & not spoken for. A.G. got on the task of securing it, getting my paperwork going, having the car detailed, as soon as he got into work at noon.
By my arrival at 5:20, everything was all set. He walked me through the features & everything. I met with Brian Emmerich (finance director) & he had all my "paperwork" ready to go. They're pretty much all digital now, via "docupad" (which that whole process was mind-blowing!). He didn't waste my time or try to pressure me into any additional add-ons or extra warranties.
He got my payments where I needed/wanted to be. My whole experience took about 45 minutes. This was SO welcomed. Both gentlemen are friendly & wonderful to work with. All in all a great experience & I LOVE my new Accord Sport 2.0.

Chris Cook was my salesman. He was very detailed. The approval and financing took only 30 minutes for n me to get an approval. I was shocked how quick it was and I got the car I wanted. I talked with him at 4:30pm and he called me back at 5pm with an approval staying within my payment range. I am so pleased with my purchase. He delivered my Honda Odyssey cleaned, detailed with a full tank of gas. Wow! Is all I say.
Never had that kind of service before. I would most definitely buy from here again and recommend to family and friends. Oh and he followed to make sure everything is okay. WOW! Love the service!

They broke my wheel stud while fixing my car and saying thats not their fault. How come it is not their fault if you break it. they were blaming the previous mechanic who touch my car and didn't want own their mistake. It is simple IF YOU BREAK IT YOU FIX IT. Disgusting, never going to this place overprice and provide service like crap. I went to fix my car and came back with damage stud. I wouldn't trust this place.

Honda of Concord was great! Chris Ross was my salesman, and he went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. Supply chain issues, due to Covid, are making finding the car you want almost impossible, but Chris did everything within his power to make the deal. I would highly recommend the Hendrick Team in Concord for exceptional customer service. T Philips

I went in expecting to have to order what I wanted. However, after talking to Chris and looking at everything they had on the lot- Chris was able to find the perfect car. The finance department was great- very personable and listened to exactly what I wanted. No pressure to add on a lot of extras that I didn't need but just enough rational that go me the best coverage. This is my 2nd car purchase from a Hendricks dealership and both times were great. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dealership that knows how to treat customers!

Although I didn't purchase my new car from you guys. My experience was awesome. Nick was very thorough in educating me on the car features, buying process, etc. Will from finance was very personable with his approach and not the typical car dealership experience. My deciding factor was the negative equity on my previous vehicle, I was able to get more for my trade in elsewhere. Again the advice and knowledge gained here was a lifesaver. Thanks so much!

Easily the best car buying experience my husband and I have had, hands down. We were met with warm welcomes the second we got out of the car, never felt pressured, and Glenn and Brian were extremely helpful and transparent. My husband can spend hours haggling the price and additional accessories, but there was no need for that here. We had gotten a slightly better deal on both the price of the car and our trade-in at another local Honda dealership, but decided to do business with the genuine and friendly people at Honda of Concord. Seriously, go see Glenn if you're looking to get a new Honda.

Had the exact vehicle that I wanted and discussed with them prior to arrival. After a little negotiating we reached an agreement by the time I was in the finance office the $500 that was the deal maker popped back up on the paperwork which was supposedly going to be a military discount that I never received. Maybe the dealership gets the discount and the customer gets to cover it! Would not shop here again.

Pathetic! Honda of Concord is just a horrible dealership with the worst service department. At this point, I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me because nobody will take the initiative to do the right thing. I purchased the tire package when I got my Accord brand new. After driving the car for a while, my tire sensor light keeps coming on.
I don't know if its a nail or my tire its running flat or what. I travel a lot and I don't want to be stranded on the side of the road or cause an accident! To make a very long story short, I took my car back to Honda of Concord 10-15 times within a 12 month span and I am still having the same issue. I've had tires replaced, sensor light reset but nobody, not even the service manager will do the right thing. Im so frustrated, that I had to contact Honda the manufacturer directly to see if they can resolve my issue.

I could leave a long drawn out review about this place but I will keep it simple. Brought a 2017 in 2019, found road noise/vibration within the first three days. The took it back to review, the "found" a bent rim, fixed that and said the road noise was due to the "low profile tires". Still road noise. Called left messages, they were Never returned. Took to Honda south Blvd, they found "old" front end damage to subframe and all wheels are bent, except for one!
So let's me know the damage was there prior. Now they tell me it's been "too long" and that the road noise is due to bent rims. Not sub frame. They will not honor anything. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Done with this place. I have only continued to go there because they are one of the only repair shops with weekend hours, but not anymore. The past few times we've needed service, it's taken multiple trips to correct errors. Today we were billed for a belt that wasn't actually replaced (they fixed it once we called them out on it) and there was complete chaos over what should've been a simple tire change-out.
In the past I went there for a car inspection, passed inspection, had the paperwork showing I had passed inspection- but because of an error with them transmitting the results to the DMV, I had to bring it back again. Too many mistakes. I'd rather take time off from work to go someplace else ONE TIME than keep driving back and forth to the dealership.

Honda of Concord is the WORST Honda dealership I have ever experienced in my 20 years of leasing Hondas! They are so deceitful and liars! I went into the dealership to lease a 2021 Passport EXL and was told it would be 12,000 miles a year. I was shown a paper that said 12,000, I have texts back and fourth with my salesman Jim showing 12,000, I told the finance manager right before we signed the paperwork that I wanted 12,000 and he was trying to convince me to do 10,000 miles.
I signed the paper in the finance managers office and once I get home and look through the paperwork I notice he plugged in 10,000 miles. I call him up immediately and he tells me that he never said that. I have to scream and yell on the phone to the finance manager (Ijames) to make him change it and bring me out a new contract to my house. He kept saying "I didn't say that" over and over to me.
When he knew he did and I had paperwork to prove it. When I called the sales manager (Dewayne) to voice my concerns about everything that happened and he just saids oh there must have been a disconnect somewhere. As if it was no big deal what just happened to me. I know tactics like this come from upper management and everyone at this dealership should be ashamed about how they are treating customers and what they are doing.
The people I dealt with at this location are: Jim Doyle (salesman) C. Ijames (finance manager - so deceitful) Dewayne Noble (sales manager) Don't ever step foot inside this dealership! You will be extremely disappointed. Plus who knows what other kind of stuff they are pulling on people when they don't even realize it. Go elsewhere to purchase/lease a car.
I have leased from Hwy 74 in CLT, Indian Trail and also South Blvd locations. Those dealerships have been truthful and run a quality dealership. Elizabeth K. Scott The extremely unsatisfied customer of a new 2021 Honda Passport EXL from Honda of Concord.

Fake. Just went up here yesterday TWICE to be ran around. They blind you with all the flashy cars then get you do the desk and run ya credit thru 100 banks just to tell you no, call you to come back and talk about a "lease" in the same DAY! Take 1hr just to come back n tell you we will call you tomorrow n call you tomorrow to say "HELL NO" basically. If you wanna be dragged around this is DEFINITELY the place to waste 5hrs of ya day

I came in yesterday with a car that I desperately needed to trade-in. I set an appointment with Tom to look into purchasing a new vehicle. I worked with Tom and Luke and they were a great help. They had my vehicle appraised, were open and honest about my options. We took a look around the lot, test drove a vehicle, and Tom selected 3 vehicles to choose from based on my budget, needs, etc. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.
They made a not so fun process very enjoyable and painless. I can only speak for the sales department at this time, I am hoping my experience with the service department is just as pleasant.

Nothing but excellent experiences here, from the service center to purchasing a new vehicle here with my husband. All the staff has always gone above and beyond to service their customers. I even had the sales manager run me home since I had to work while my husband stayed to fill out paperwork. It was this act of kindness that Honda will always have us as customers.

I'm here at the Honda dealer with my mom who for some strange reason is dead set on getting a Honda HRV. I'm not thrilled that she came to this dealership alone to try to purchase a car and although they offered her a decent deal they did not respect the fact that she wanted to take her time talk it over with her family and decide what she wanted to do.
After calling and speaking with several family members who said we would return with our mother on Saturday (in 4 days) they still continued to attempt to entice our 76-year-old mother at which time I finally had to physically go to the Honda dealership and drag my mother out of the show room and inform them that we would be back in a few days and if the same deals on the table we would strongly consider it.
We kept our word and returned on Saturday, but not before the salesman hell-hacked our mother by calling her in excess of 6 times to find out exactly what time she would be in! Whatever happened to morals and decency? We appreciate the deal but not the tactics used!

I made an appointment to have my oil changed on a Saturday. When I made the appointment I had to wait over a week for this appointment as they were booked. When I arrived, I checked in and told them I was waiting on-site for my care. I mean its just an oil change right? 1 1/2 hours later I went to the desk and asked the service guy how long it would be before my car would be complete.
He went to check. I waited 5 minutes to learn it would be another 10 minutes. Out to the bench, I sit and wait. I finally get the service person approach me to tell me my car is ready. Hallelujah! Almost 2 hours for an oil change! I guess I should consider myself lucky because the guy I was talking to on the bench for the last hour had been there for 2 3/4 hours before he was called. Customer service is vital to business - Honda of Concord really need to figure out how to better serve their customers.

All 5 of these stars are for the service techs at Honda of Concord, including Wesley. Sincere thanks to you guys and gals for finally fixing my car right: it means a lot to me as a newbie car owner to finally drive a car without dripping oil everywhere! And I love my Honda. However, the road to getting the oil leak repair complete and covered was nothing short of absurd.
I bought the car from a private party who had a head gasket oil leak repaired under warranty at another Hendrick Honda dealer (Honda of Newnan) before selling to me. Turns out, not only did those guys not fix the leak, they most likely caused a second leak at a separate seal. I noticed the leaking oil as soon as I rolled into my driveway, less than 500 miles/1 week after the repair "attempt." When I brought the car in to Honda of Concord, I thought it would be simple to have this sister Hendrick Honda dealership redo the incomplete job: boy, was I wrong. Daniel, David, Jasmin, and Isaac were not much help: all they did was make me come in 3 different weekends, insist the car was no longer under any warranties, and finally, told me to contact their sister dealership myself to get them to warrant their own work.
I was unable to contact Honda of Newnan's service manager after 12 phone calls in one day (James Lawson was in an all-day meeting, it seems); I was only contacted back via email a few days after sending a terse email to James and his GM John Hicks. In a word, James replied that they would not warrant their own work since I was not the original owner for which they repaired the (same!) car.
After David at Honda of Concord finally contacted James a week later himself, he told me the same thing and that Hendrick and Honda would do nothing to help me with my issue. Only after I appealed to higher authorities within American Honda did they finally change their tone. After those 4 long weeks, John Hicks at Honda of Newnan finally reached out to me and offered to fix their mistake, covered by American Honda, at Honda of Concord.
Now the leak is finally gone, but I still have emotional baggage. This tirade could absolutely and easily been avoided if Honda/Hendrick had just fixed what was clearly their mistake. Those seeking repairs here beware and buckle down- it will be a long ride.

I only came here to get a recall fixed. I was upsold other services while I was here. Thanks but no thanks. The one odd thing that makes me feel extremely uncomfortable is that they took off my single car key and let the rest of my keyring in the car in plain sight in a cubby in my car. So when I pick up my car, the guy lets me know this when I ask that the rest of my keys are in my car.
I can't understand why they would remove the single key since my keyring is very minimal. I don't get why they would leave it in my car in plain sight- what if someone would've broken in? All someone would've had to do is steal my other keys and pull out my registration and proof of insurance to see where I live. And they didn't even offer to put the key back on the ring with my other keys.
