I called Hendrick Acura late on a Wednesday about a car on their website and Ron was very helpful and provided information on my trade in, even though it wasn't long before closing. After speaking to Ron, I went in person Thursday morning and met with Jim. Jim was friendly, very thorough, and well-informed on the vehicle I was shopping for. He gave me a great price on my trade-in.
All of the staff from the greeting to financing were very friendly and efficient and made my purchase very easy and fast. They detailed and gassed up the vehicle before I left. I also appreciate the vehicle was as described on the web listing and the dealership didn't try to upsell or bait and switch me. Thank you to Hendrick Acura I highly recommend.

Overall, great experience with Hendrick Acura. I've now bought two vehicles here and others from different Hendrick dealerships. One of the things I appreciate the most is the no-pressure experience which is something you cannot say about their main competitor. Jarrod was my sales guys and was great to work with. Highly recommend them.

Hands down the best service from a dealership I have ever received. It is apparent they care about their customers. I initially took my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation and I was immediately greeted along with being provided my own personal advisor - Jeremy Allison that I could reach out to with questions. They recommended additional services and I also received a video of my vehicle explaining the recommendations. They offer loaners if needed and make sure you are aware of all details when it comes to your vehicle. Hendrick Acura gets five stars!

On a Sunday night I was scrolling online looking for a car after being in an accident. By Monday afternoon I was driving my "new" certified pre-owned 2021 Acura home. Eddie made it easy for me to text while working, and they had everything ready when I got there. I had the best time joking around with Padej in the finance office and what I really liked about Padej is that he cut to the chase. Eddie and Padej made it as uncomplicated as possible.
I was secretly dreading buying a new car because the process usually sucks. By the way, this was my 3rd purchase from Hendrick Acura and my 4th Acura purchase. Their service has been stellar since I first became a customer over 10 years ago. I have to say, Padej was the coolest finance guy of them all though!

From the minute we walked into Hendrick Acura, we knew it was going to be a wonderful experience. This was our first time purchasing from Hendrick Acura and we will definitely be back for other purchases. The staff was over the top, EVERYONE was so nice and pleasant and really looked like they enjoyed working there. JB Tilley and Padej Yakamna took super great care of us.
Customer service is my field of business and I cant help but to always critic places I go, and this experience was by far Top Notch Service and On Point, I was majorly impressed. The car we chose was an ILX and I absolutely LOVE IT! Drives phenomenal, great handling, quiet, and you gotta go with the A-Spec package. My Husband surprised me and got me the little red sports car I always wanted! Came right off the showroom floor, I am so happy, thankful, and beyond blessed!

Their level of customer service is unmatched. My RDX & I came in for routine oil change and instead I drove out with a stunningly gorgeous MDX. I was voicing my car woes to Eric Sheet and he turned a complaint into a solution. Eric got me out of a terrible Carvana deal and saved me so much $ with a significantly better interest rate and not to mention unforeseenable car repairs with my previous RDX.
He upgraded me with the latest MDX model with a ton of bells and whistles. Danny Williams, Business Manager, ensured that I had all the necessary packages so that I was riding carefree. He really took care of me for sure. Ironically, I was trying to avoid going to the dealership by taking the gimmicky Carvana route (damn, great marketing) yet ended up right where I belong, face to face with professionals who truly understand the importance of doing right by their people. Again, thank you for making the process effortless, seamless and now luxurious :)

I highly recommend Hendrick Acura. By far the best car buying experience I've had. Jarrod was our sales representative and he went above and beyond to make our experience the best. He took the time to help me become familiar with the cars settings and even synced my phone to the car. I highly recommend him. Danny is so great. He made car buying fun and he gave us the best deal of anywhere and made it possible for me to get the car of my dreams. They treated me with courtesy and respect. I'm so grateful to them.

This was my first time that I considered getting an Acura. From the moment I walked into the dealership my experience was positive. My salesman Jacob Morris was very professional and attentive. He took the time to listen and addressed all my questions. At no time was he aggressive; which was a 1st for me when dealing with a car salesman. I ended up purchasing a 2019 RDX. My first service here was great and Austin was a gem at being my service advisor. Very attentive and addressed all needs and concerns, all covered under my Acura Maintenance plan. I even had some free time to explore the showroom and experienced some 1-on-1 time with the new Type S. You can say that I will never leave Acura!

We had some car issues in the family and I knew exactly who to call. Hendrick Acura and my guy Eddie Roseman, I located a SUV on their website on Saturday around 11 am and had it reserved for purchase by 1pm. Eddie made the process easy and I was able to put down a deposit after a test drive and inspection and picked up the vehicle on the following Monday morning. Highly recommend Hendrick Acura and Eddie. BTW this is the 3rd preowned purchase in 2021 from Eddie.

I took my car for service recently to Hendrick Acura and had an outstanding experience. I could tell this dealership and service center definitely cares about customer service as I received the best from Keith. I normally feel like service centers try to recommend services I don't really need, but I was pleasantly surprised that that was not the case at Hendrick Acura.
My car was serviced quicker than the wait time I was told (less than 90 minutes) and was shining when I picked it up, as they gave it a wash at the end of service. I will definitely be returning for future services.

Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful and time consuming. I have purchased several vehicles, but my experience at Hendricks Acura has by far been the best. Mark Bridges was our sales consultant. He answered our every question and concern. He did everything within his power to make us happy. Padej was our finance manager. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of the details in an easy to understand way, and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

Had a great experience with JB. Went to numerous car dealers thru the day and ended back at Hendrick due to the car quality and price along with JB being a professional sales person. This was my sons first car buying experience and he was able to see a wide range of cars sales people and kept referring back to JB at Hendrick on how professional he was compared to the high pressure sales rep we encountered ( and lack of quality cars) Thanks JB at Hendrick

Service department is great however I can't say the same about the sales department. Personally I'd shop elsewhere many other Acura's around just because they're the only Acura in the metro doesn't mean you can't shop around. I wouldn't recommend shopping here but do advise you to check out their service for quick turnaround. I don't want to mention names but I hope they use this critique to be better.

Exceptional customer service! Nowadays, I feel as though businesses fail to value their customers but Acura has proven that statement to be wrong. I received services today with Alex. From the time I walked in, to me waiting, until the end, Alex was pleasant, kept me updated, patient, explained info to my husband on the phone, and knowledgeable. He was everything I could have asked for during my visit to Acura today. Management, please recognize Alexes for his customer service! It is evident he values customers and the company.

Made an appointment for an oil change. I didn't have time to get anything else done so I told the service representative, Bryan Baum, that's all I needed done. I asked for the complimentary Uber service he told me my Uber drive will cost more than my service. I was taken back after coming here for years that he would say that to me. Once I received my car back it was making a loud noise that it wasn't before I left.
I called the dealership and left a message since they were closed. The next day he told me to come in and said that my alternator now has a problem. I have been going to this dealership for 5 years to find out when they want you to pay for something they will find away. CROOKS

After owning my SUV for 8 years from another manufacturer, it was time to look at other cars. I decided visit Hendrick's Acura in which I had the pleasure of having Mark Bridges as my sales consultant. He was awesome! What I liked the most about Mark Bridges, is he is an excellent listener and allowed me to drive the RDX and MDX without feeling that I would be pushed into a decision I would regret.
From negotiating the price through picking up the RDX, I was in excellent hands. Mark has been extremely helpful. When I noticed the windows that were tinted had an issues, I reached out to Mark Bridges, who immediately coordinated with Acura service have a loaner car while the defect was corrected! If you're interested purchasing or leasing an Acura, your go to person is Mark Bridges! Thanks Mark!

Honestly, my experience trying to establish communication with this dealership was a pure nightmare. The back and forth was utterly frustrating and disheartening for someone to get me in contact with the Parts Department via email. Long story short I was able to hear back from Freddie in parts. He was able communicate with me and confirm what I was looking for.
Some days later Paul, who I believe is the manager, called to apologize for the previous situation. I'm assuming my unhappy experience finally made it to him. He told me to come in and they would make the situation right for me as the customer. I arrived on a Wednesday after work and got to meet and speak with Freddie in person. He was very welcoming, friendly, and informative. My trust was restored based on how I was treated. And I hope to use this establishment in the future for any additional parts needs.

There is a bit arrogance at this dealership. Remember they are the only Acura dealership in all of Charlotte. Service prices are way too high. Although service technicians are great. Waiting room is not up to Acura standards or for any luxury brand. The Mazda my daughter owns has a much nicer waiting area for service.

The team at Hendrick is very helpful, honest, and want to make sure you leave content with your purchase decision. Matt is a solid sales manager who diligently followed up. We worked with Andrew for our new TLX. He was patient answering all of our questions, offered to teach us all of the new tech, and made sure we were getting the best possible price. We are very satisfied with the car and experience. This was our second purchase here and we'll be back again in 36 months.
