Matt and Melissa were incredible from start to finish. Matt for knowing exactly what we were looking for and going to great lengths to put my husband and I, in our DREAM CAR! He looked for months and exactly what we wanted. the defender 90 V8 in black with tan interior. I'd always recommend going straight to him for any car or SUV needs first! Melissa went above and beyond explaining all the features, helping us get everything organised and setup on the infotainment system! Y'all I had to do was hand her my phone and she took care of everything else! So grateful for the whole team taking care of us! We are LR / Jag family for life

Worst service experience I've ever had! I have wanted a Range Rover for over 20 years. It's been one of my dream cars. I was so excited when I purchased my Velar and couldn't wait to become a loyal Range Rover fan. I was finally able to purchase one in March. Within the first few days I had to call to make a service appointment because of a noise in the door.
There was not an available appointment for about 7 weeks out! By the time I took the car, in the check engine light was coming on and there were also 2 recalls on it. My car sat for almost a week before it was even touched! We had to call multiple times before our advisor would call us back. I even left messages with Tony the service director. He has yet to return my call.
Then we were told it was at the top of the list and next in line. It still took another week before work began on the car. The issues that were wrong should have only taken a few days. But it took almost 2 weeks before my car was ready. It was extremely frustrating and stressful being without my vehicle. It would be more convenient for me to make the appointment 10 weeks out but work on the car instead of letting it sit.
It defeats the purpose of having an appointment. If I make an appointment I expect for my car to get serviced at that time, not wait in a parking lot for weeks. I could have been driving it until they were ready to work on it. We don't make doctors appointments and then sit in the lobby for weeks until the doctor is ready. The appointment is made when they are available to see you.
This was my first experience with Range Rover. But it's not my first luxury car. This is not the service I expect from a luxury brand. If I had known that I would have to let my car sit for weeks to even be diagnosed, I would have thought twice before purchasing this brand. I'm so disappointed.

Land Rover Charlotte serviced my car and went out of their way to ensure it was inspected while scheduled for a regular service. They avoided non-essential charges at the service appointment that were not necessary due to the lower mileage at the time of service. I brought my children with me while I waited and the staff was very gracious as my kids were eager to see the cars in the showroom and have a snack. Tony and Gary have both been great to work with.

Matthew Smith helped me find the perfect Range Rover. He took the time to listen to my needs, wants and budget and provided several recommendations. I loved being able to take my time looking at all the vehicles with no pressure at all. The entire experience took less than 2 hours on a Saturday. My experience at Land Rover Charlotte was much better, easier, and faster than any other car buying experience I have ever had.
I have to shout out Melissa Miller as well. She did an excellent job showing me all the things that my truck did. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything before moving on to the next thing. This was an outstanding experience, every one was so professional and customer service was over the top and I will be sure to refer my family and friends.

My experience at Hendrick Jaguar/Range Rover was excellent. Definitely ask for Mark Smith, he was amazing and even offered us first pick of their OMG donuts that his team had just brought in, so thank you to everyone! Mark and I communicated through phone and text and he really helped narrow in on the few he felt would be best for me After just having a serious accident, I told him my main priority was big and safe and he had a few all ready for me to test drive when I arrived.
He fully walked me through the details and features of each vehicle and helped me make my final choice! Mark's been there 27 years, and if you get the pleasure of meeting him you will see why! Then I got to work with Mike Squire in finance and was equally impressed with the time he took in thoroughly explaining to me everything Hendrick has to offer. Land Rover Charlotte is an excellent place to purchase a new car. Even with the challenges due to COVID, the whole team at LR Charlotte was outstanding to work with over the last few months. Special thanks to Brian Hill who expertly guided us through the whole process from initial interest to ordering our 2022 Defender to the actual purchase. He was especially helpful considering we moved out of state between ordering and the purchase.
He kept us in the loop throughout the process and even took our dog for a walk while we were filling out the final paperwork. Truly went above and beyond to make this a great experience.
