Terrible. Kids were very bad and rude. Not worth the money. Tried to upcharge. Almost a scam. Place has gone severely downhill

The young boys that work at this car wash are extremely lazy and do the bare minimum. I paid $30 for a "super" wash, yet when my car was returned to me there were visible dirty marks on the hood. I wish I saw this before I tipped!

I went in today to get my car cleaned after a long trip. I PAID EXTRA, $28.99, to get what I thought would be a good cleaning. I DIDNOT GET MY $28.99's worth of a car wash. There is still dirt on the back of both side mirrors & front bumper. The car was still wet when they were ready to hand it over to me. Both side mirrors were still dirty and wet.

I had to call one of the employees over to dry the roof.before I drove away and it dripped down the back window. I realize this is not the most important thing going on in the world today. BUT THAT WAS $28.99 I'LL NEVER SEE AGAIN.And AUTOBELL CAR WASH WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!

Good afternoon, I found a car, made a reservation and drove from the south of France to the north of Germany for the car. But the car was sold to another customer.

Took my moms car here today. Paid for the best exterior/interior wash they had. The exterior wash was a joke. Didn't get anywhere near all the dirt off and no one corrected that. The interior wash is what really disappointed. I had to ask them to redo the center console, they didn't wipe down the backs of the front leather seats that were clearly in need of it.

They didn't bother dusting the entire front dash, corners were left covered in dust. Dash was left covered in dust. I had to ask them to vacuum the back of the SUV as they didn't even bother. So basically I paid $46 and still had to come home and wash both the outside and inside of the car. I would highly suggest not wasting your money here.

I've been using this car wash for the last few years for a quick clean and vacuum. The service has been on a steady decline the last year. Today when I went took my minivan to be cleaned and vacuumed the clerk wasn't able to run my card without asking me for my pin. Usually they run it as a CC. I was not allowed to type the pin in myself which seemed unsafe.

They were out of tip cards and the quality was horrible. 10 minutes after my van was out of the car wash they came to me and said they were done. I looked in the car and there was still crumbs and dog hair on the seats and on the floor. I don't think the vacuum was used at all. I asked them to redo it which they did and even after they redid it the quality of work was poor.

The manager told the employee that in the future I needed to pay for a special vacuum for dog hair. This is fine with me but in the years I've been going there this has never been a issue. Take away the dog hair there was still dust, diet and crumbs everywhere. I've been coming here 3x a month for years but it's time to find a new place.

Incredibly slow car wash, waited for 45 minutes for a very subpar job. Spent as much as I could have an a hand wash and waited just as long if not longer.

The folks that detail the car do an okay job; not spectacular, but passable. My main problem was their handling of my payment, which included a prepaid Autobell gift card and a $5 coupon. They first argued that I couldn't use both at the same time. I explained one is a method of payment and the other is a coupon. Then, they tried to argue that I couldn't use the coupon because it had already been used.

I showed them the coupon email on my phone that said "May be used as many times as you want" for the month. They finally acquiesced and accepted both. Just resent having to fight to get the payment accepted. Teach your employees the difference between coupons and methods of payments, as well as the rules for your coupons!

Watching Cameron detail my car put new perspective on life. He worked fast and didn't miss a spot.

Fuck the 1, 2 and even the 3 star bitches reviews they don't know what good service is. This place has great service and an awesome staff. Greatest car wash in the USA.

Autobell Car Wash is by far the superior car wash around here. From their great interior and exterior cleaning services to outstanding employees, Autobell has it all. Every visit is an enjoyable experience thanks to the positive energy put off by the employees. Specifically, Jack F has been a friendly face that welcomes me every time I stop by. In addition, Autobell does an absolutely amazing job with rain repellant and applying really does make a noticeable difference. If you haven't been to this Autobell location before, I highly recommend that you give it a try because it is by far the best car wash I've ever been to.

On of the worst place to get your car wash i paid $54.19 to get my car clean even left my car there for 2:30 when I came back to get the car! They didn't clean inside only spray the nasty fresh air! The outside was even worse! WORSE PLACE don't waste your money!

If I could give this car wash 0 stars I would! $21 and it didn't include tire shine! Well, moving past that, I feel like I paid to get some water thrown at my car as the inside of my car seems as it wasn't touched. Absolute waste of time and money! Never again.

The employees are really nice so I feel bad leaving this review but like another reviewer said my interior was still so dirty after it was cleaned. Aside from it still being dirty there was about an inch of water in the cup holders and puddles in the grooves of the floor mats. I ended up buying interior cleaner and cleaning it myself afterwards. This is the second poor interior cleaning I have had here, won't be returning for a third.

This place deserves more Stars Thank You Tobin for taking your time to truely clean my messy van that was a mess from my 2 kids. These boys did good cleaning my car. I would say $16.99 was a good deal for four people to wipe down my car fresh. I notice nobody here cleans headliners sadly.

Prices are ridiculous. Ya it's great you do a $4 wash but I need the undercarriage cleaned of salt. Your cheapest option with underbody wash was$21.99. Nearly all automatic gas station car washes include underbody wash in their $7-8 options. Even in NYC you get a regular automatic car wash and hand dry for $12 and that includes undercarriage.

I can't justify the $22. I specifically asked the employee who waited on me if there is an add on option for underbody wash and he said no after checking on the computer. It's great that you do and I would update the review had I not asked and been given wrong information on the spot.

Horrible standards. Wish I had seen the "after pictures" of the way they "vacuum" your car on here and I never would have gone here. Absolutely SUBPAR! I was totally dissatisfied. Two stars because my exterior was okay. But won't be back.

Good place for a quick car wash. The $ 4 quick wash seems the best deal. The $ 7.99 hand drying looked good but there seemed a long wait (3 cars with two guys) especially around 2:30 PM on a Wednesday.

Wow this is the worst car wash I've ever been to. Back in NC autobell is awesome and they always do an amazing job so I assumed it would be the same in Alpharetta. I was so wrong. The outside of my car is sort of clean but the inside looks like no one even did anything! And the guy who cleaned the inside of my car took like 15 minutes while I waited outside in the cold. Now I'm going to have to clean it myself when I get home. $16 wasted.
