Freeman's Stereo Video

This is my first time visiting here the store is clean and they have good stuff. I was taken care by John Williams he is good guy knows his stuff I had to install hardwire on my dash cam it took couple of hours but job was done. The price was reasonable. I am not sure if this location is a t fault but I ordered an AX7000 Sony unit from Amazon and it came from this company, Freeman Car Stereo. In the package from Freeman was a card saying "need assistance?" describing support available from Freeman. I have tried to call them three times now over the last month and no one answered. I left a message each time but nobody called me back.

So there seems to be no support from this company. I recommend a more responsive dealer for this type of unit because installation isn't easy and you need at least dealer telephone support from the supplier.

I came in because my sub stopped working and this place had great reviews. It's no wonder why: Robert greeted me and got my system working in no time! I will definitely be coming back for this shop's professional help. Thank you again

Went in with a specialty car. Robert was at the desk and took a look at my stereo head unit. Was able to pop off the housing and unhook the stereo very quickly and talked through what he was doing. Gave me some options as what I can go with and helped install the head unit within the hour. Very pleasurable experience for my first time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Freeman's did a great job of hooking me up with a stereo for Apple car play! They got my car done so quickly and for a responsible price! Robert was super informative and so great to work with. 10/10 recommend! Side note: they even filled up my tire with air because it had low tire pressure when I dropped it off for the work!

Yes I can buy from Amazon or some other online company cheaper but I am a firm believer of supporting small local businesses and there is just no better feeling knowing you have friendly local resource to bounce ideas off of.that is something you can't get from online resellers not to mention if you are totally unhappy with your purchase the return policy is easy I enjoy the buying experience but don't enjoy being pushed to buy.
