I bought my Volvo from these guys, my dad bought his Volvo from these guys, and I bought my wife's Volvo from these guys. These guys are always helpful with any questions related to Volvo or BMW you may have they have fair prices on their parts compared to the dealerships and above all else when my wife's car blew the engine they went above and beyond to help me find a good quality motor for a great price so I didn't have to overpay for an engine or waste money on buying a whole new car. I highly advise the vory and motors to anybody looking for Reliable BMW or Volvo

These guys went above and beyond for me and my Volvo S60. I had a complicated situation going on, and they were pleasant, fair, and accommodating all the way through. They even waited late for me to pick the car up when it was finished. I am so appreciative of their help. I also really appreciated how when I called, someone answered right away and always knew exactly what was going on. I would go back there if I were local. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially with a Volvo, and liked supporting a local business with good owners and workers.

Had my car in there for a simple issue. They held onto my car for 6 days, kept blaming UPS for not delivering parts on time. When I finally demanded I get my car back they went into a tirade with me on the phone saying I had unreasonable expectations of a repair shop to complete a basic repair in less than a week. Upon getting my car back the rear quarter panel had significant damage and the paint was destroyed where they made a poor attempt to buff it to cover up the damage they caused while at their shop. The owners played dumb and refused to take responsibility. Awful management - dishonest shop.

Happy I was referred to these guys. Took my 91 Volvo 240DL with intermittent start problem. When I saw all the Volvos from early models on, I knew this was the right place. Of course, it cranked the first visit, with no codes showing. Finally had it towed in. They replaced relay & sensor and was good to go. Picked up the car, and the replaced parts were boxed in the new part boxes on the passenger seat, without me having to ask. Appreciate their honesty, business ethics, and getting the job diagnosed and completed in a timely manner. Thanks Bavarian Motors! Worth the drive.

Great shop! We were so happy to find Bavarian Motors for our Volvo repairs! They are very knowledgeable about Volvos and their services are very fairly priced. We had been ripped off more times than we would like to admit in the past by the Volvo dealership in both Winston Salem and in Charlotte. From now on, all our Volvo work will be done at Bavarian Motors! They've earned a customer for life!
