Two of our families dogs have been missing, someone reported to Gallatin PD that they were seen by Vic Jenkins. Animal control picked up one of the dogs but couldn't retrieve the other. While riding around searching for the other dog we stopped in to your building to see if anyone had seen the other dog, to which one of your employees responded "it's not my job to look for dogs.

I sell cars" & walked away. What you don't know is that my husband totaled his car two weeks ago & while we are out looking for the dogs, we are also in the market for a new car. Your rude salesman certainly turned away any of our potential business. I don't think it would've been hard to show a little compassion & say "I'm sorry, I haven't seen the dogs."

All ways let them work on my vehicles. They have some of the most qualified mechanics around. Their repair shop is awesome also.

I recommend taking your vehicle to another place for service, spent around $1,200 to get an air condition fixed for it to still not work properly. and apparently the part of it that worked before they touched it which doesn't work properly now is just a weird coincidence that they had nothing to do with. 100% disappointed.

I was so impressed with them. I took 2 cars for estimates and repair. They were up front and honest with everything. The service manager Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and technicians were polite and respectful.

Had a minor accident with tail light and bumper cover damage. The Collision Center was very fast and very reasonably priced to do the repairs. Did a wonderful job and even cleaned and detailed our SUV Inside and out even though damage was only on the rear of vehicle. Thanks for a great experience.

I brought my truck in for collision repair. Not only was the work done before the anticipated date, the quality of the repair was fantastic. They cleaned my vehicle inside and out, which I did not expect. They also offered to stay a few minutes late in order to accommodate me picking it up, if needed. I will recommend these folks to anyone I know.

These guys know their business. I was lucky enough to get referred to Vic Jenkins in general and Auto Technician Terry specifically. I needed a major repair that required one of two things- pull the motor or pull the cab off the truck. Terry worked his butt off on my truck and eventually saved it from the scrap yard. It was a long process (over two months) but the truck had to literally be disassembled, repaired and reassembled. Terry kept me updated on progress and speed bumps along the way and I feel like I didn't just gain a good mechanic, I gained a friend. Vic Jenkins as a business was awesome and their price was absolutely fair.
