I recently purchased a 2011 Lexus IS250C from Cox Motor Co. In Nashville. The transaction was smooth and flawless. Unfortunately on my way home, after owning the car for 3 hours, I was in an accident. I was heartbroken to say the least. I called Mark at Cox Motor Co. and asked him if I could have the car towed there, till I could make arrangements to get it home, 240 miles away.

Me & my dad walked in looking for a car and Mark was so welcoming. We got there on a friday afternoon and i was really interested in this BMW so we came back saturday to test drive and everything but it was close to closing time so we came back monday and got my dream car! I was hesitant to buy a used German vehicle with all the nightmares I've heard. After meeting the owner of Cox and the guy in financing they had me feeling like they were honest folks. The owner talked to me about being a prior lawyer and always having a passion for cars. He continued with saying he he took a chance and got in the biz. He contunued to say he specialized in BMW lease returns.

I initially went in to test drive a white Mercedes E Series. While nice, very nice; I didn't fall in love with it. While it had get up; the steering felt numb. So I decided to give a 2013 BMW x5 50i with a 110k miles on it a try. Instant love. v8 twin turbo.beautiful and unmolested. everything worked. > deep breath< I had to have it. I'm telling ya. if you ever drive one you will know why BMW is known as a drivers car.

The owner told me he gets his cars thoroughly inspected and "Would drive that specific one to California and back, if ya askt me to!" So I took the man's word for it and bought it! That was. at least 8 months ago. Nothing but pure enjoyment! Not a single problem, and I've put 5 thousand miles on it. Granted. the headlight bulb went out and it was a 100 bucks for the bulb and I think that's why people complain about German cars being expensive to maintain; but I digress.

This is all besides the point. This guy is trustworthy, honest, and very relaxing and welcoming to chat with. I'm moving back to N Wisconsin but plan to return many more times to buy used BMW's from him. Seriously. Good prices and good quality of vehicles. My SUV was 85 grand new and I scooped it up for a cheap price of 17 grand!

Mark has developed a dealership that allows anyone to enjoy the car buying process. Easy, no pressure, no nonsense. Just great folks with nice vehicles at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Great car buying experience. No deal fees and all those crazy fees dealers add to ypu invoice. All you pay is the car price and state tax.

Working w/ Cox Motors was as advertised, I roamed their showroom at my liesure, found what I was looking for, test drove it and purchased w/ ease. Mark and Brandon were always available and easy to work with. I live 30 miles away but it was worth the drive. I would gladly purchase from them again.

AMAZING experience! I can NOT express enough the excellent customer service I received from Mark and his team at the Nashville location. I bought my Infiniti QX56 site unseen based off of pictures and after talking with Mark about the history and condition. I traveled 5 hours from Ohio and immediately fell in love with the vehicle as soon as I saw it in person and after I drove it. They were even able to get me pre approved for financing at a great rate. Mark was such a gem to work with and made my experience so EASY and pleasurable.

What a pleasurable purchase experience.both Brandon and Mark were great. There wasn't a question I had or request that Cox & Co. didn't fulfill during the purchase process. I have had a few opportunities to do business with Mark over the past few years. I have purchased through him on three occasions and I look forward to many more. If you search on CAR GURU for a used Benz and sort by best deals, Marks company is always on the top. Paperwork is done before i arrive and most importantly NO HIDDEN FEES. I have purchased probably 20 cars in my life. I like to swap them out every couple of years. Along the way I have had experiences ranging from very good to not so good. My recent interaction with Cox & Company Motorcars was almost mind-numbingly good. I literally cannot think of anything that could have gone better. I knew I wanted a used Mercedes SL550 and there is no shortage of them out there.

I saw one listed on the Cox site, sent an inquiry, including the VIN of my trade. Got a response with a more than fair offer on my car, talked with Mark on the phone about the mechanics of swapping cars, give him a deposit, drove 4 1/2 hours to Nashville a few days later and after less than 30 minutes was on my way home in my new ride. You can tell they hand pick their vehicles.

You can also tell they enjoy what they do. The best compliment I can give is to say that THIS is where car lovers go to buy cars. I've already recommended Mark to my friends, I know I'll be back.

Mark and Brandon run a stellar used car business. The facility is awesome, all vehicles are stored in their warehouse away from the elements and all are in impeccable condition. There is absolutely no pressure, no-price haggling, and the prices are competitive. If you're looking for a used Mercedes Benz, BMW, Jaguar etc. there's no reason to shop anywhere else.

If you are looking for a low mileage Mercedes Benz, this is the place to go! Did lots of research and their cars and prices are as good as you are going to get. They also sell Audi and BMW. No pressure, no dicker stickers, no hidden costs - class act (don't let their location put you off!). Check their web-site for inventory and prices and you will agree with me. Can buy a 2014 MB E350 for the same price as many new mundane cars cost!
