I purchased a 2015 MINI countryman from Aaron and had the BEST experience. This is only my second vehicle ever; I'm not the most experienced buyer. Aaron was more than knowledgeable and helped me through every step of the process. I'm addition, he was super sweet to my parents and I when we came to see the car in person. I purchased a 2019 X7 from Aaron. I am from out of state and have purchased precious vehicles out of state, but none from TN. Aaron did a great job helping me navigate all the necessary paperwork and get me in touch with Jeremy to get all pricing and paperwork finalized before driving over 6 hours to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, they had the X7 clean and with a full tank of gas.
I took it for a test drive and once I returned, got my copies of all paperwork, and I was on my way back home for the 6 hour return drive. Overall, had a great experience with Aaron and Jeremy at the Brentwood location!

JB took AMAZING care of us when we bought our new car! He got us the best interest rate possible, worked getting the windows tinted into our deal, and made sure that our new car was in tip top shape before we drove it off the lot. At first it was a rocky start due to my past credit experience. But they literally fought for me. Above and beyond. I got to drive the car of my dreams off the lot after hours of trying to find a solution for me. No haggling, no pushing, no pressure, no BS. They did things they didn't need to and I am so grateful. There was no question someone in the next few days would have come in and made it so much easier for them but they REALLY went out of their way and for that, I will be a returning customer and will point to them when anyone else is in need of a vehicle.
