My wife and I purchased a new 2022 Audi Q5e from Audi Nashville and had a fantastic purchasing experience. The car was purchased from out of state and the sales manager did a great job guiding us through the sales process. The car was also delivered quickly and safely to us. The sales manager treated us just like family. Additionally, the staff at Audi Nashville was very helpful after the delivery with walking us through the car's features.

I went there looking to possibly purchase a vehicle which would be my first purchase of a electric car. I must say that I was very impressed on a lot of the things that the electric vehicle offers and am definitely shopping around and doing more research because this is something that I might look into purchasing. If you've never had an electric car I suggest you give this place or similar place a chance to explain to you the benefits of electric vehicle trust me from a person who drives a high-octane car it will definitely save you in the long run when it comes to gas. I had my Audi towed in for service because it had lost a lot of power and was having some significant engine issue. Service accepted it without me having to come to the shop. The quote for repairs was more than I wanted to spend, so I asked if they'd buy it from me. They offered a little bit, but I was able to find another buyer within the day. CJ was super helpful and went above and beyond not to charge me for the diagnostic fee considering my situation. 7 years with Audi across 4 different states and I never had a bad experience with an Audi service team.

I had a wonderful experience here.while traveling on the 40 highway across country; I pulled over to add oil to my Audi suv. After putting too much oil in my car; I had white smoke coming out of the back. That was a on a Saturday night.the dealership was closed on Sunday.so I had to wait a day to have the whatever drained. First thing monday morning; I met with the service agent "Rodney"; and I told him my situation.

I was nervous because I was far from my destination.also my car was full of items that I was moving. Rodney was so kind and awesome! he told me that all they needed to do was drain the whatever.all of the staff at this location were helpful and happy! My car was fixed within an hour and a half.and I made it to my destination the next day without any problems! Thank you service department! This place is awesome!

Always have a good experience at the Sonic dealerships-quick, easy, and painless process. Went in Friday afternoon to drive a car I was interested in-and 2 hours later drove away with it as my own! Great value on trade in, and no hesitation ever working with them in the future. Wouldn't think twice about trading in or buying another car!

He worked tirelessly to locate an appropriate vehicle for me, keeping me updated throughout the process. And he delivered! My tire pressure sensor lights came on and I figured it was due to the cold weather temps. However, there was a nail in my tire. Tim ordered a new tire for me and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I am so happy that I purchased the Tires and Rims package because it made the process of replacing my tire very seamless and it was not costly at all. Absolutely love my new Q3 and Jeff my sales rep was the best to work with. Jeff took the time to work with me over the course of a few weeks and never pressured me whatsoever.
