Awesome experience! I just walked in for a test drive and walked out with a brand new SUV. Steven and Chris are wonderful people. They went an extra mile to cut the deal through. I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had in Darcars Infinity of Greenwich even in this crazy times where buying a car is a nightmare otherwise. Steve Wes was great! Best car buying experience I've ever had and that's saying a lot during these times. Not only did he get me a great deal financially but he was first class all the way with service. There was a minor problem with my new cars tire I noticed a few days after I bought it. Steve came to my house, picked the car up and got it back to me before I finished work. Amazing!

I was looking for newer Vehicle; And I have just found it at Infiniti Darcars Greenwich. Was there since they open Steven Wesley was there since the beginning I wanted to push his limits on how long they can keep a good Attitude but to my surprise he was very helpful brought us food water treat me as one if he was helping a family member. After dealing with him to my surprise one of the Darcars Manager Chris Frey was also helpful and if we didn't find an agreement he was gonna accommodate me to make sure I take the vehicle I wanted! My best advice to everyone is do your research call talk numbers all that but I can't thank them enough because I'm now riding in a Q50!

I've been to a lot of dealerships, but from an aesthetics point of view, this one is top notch. From the nicely designed offices to the very hospitable staff, I was impressed all around. Even the high quality indoor sound system and their choice of music was perfect. My only disappointment was that that the sellers commission was added ON TOP of the sticker price.

This dealership helped me every step of the way from trading my old vehicle and driving off in a brand new car! Chris did an amazing job at helping me with financing and giving me all the information I needed. I know where to come back when it time for change! Highly recommend.

Quite impressed with this dealership to be honest. I do not live in the area, made two phone calls. the first was a closer dealer that their service dept would not answer the phone, the second was this one. They were easy to talk to, easy to schedule a service with and reasonable on price. Their workshop was clean, mechanics friendly and they didn't look down on me for having a 30 y/o Infiniti like other dealerships have in the past.

In all I was quite impressed from the initial call to the offer of a loan car (I turned it down and went for a walk) to paying the final bill. they even washed the car for me!
