We were extremely happy with our whole experience here. We were looking specifically for an older Honda CRV within our price range for the newest driver in our family. We needed a reliable vehicle to take her safely to college in another state and back. After searching for a while and discovering sketchy "cash only" or high priced/low quality dealerships, we finally found what we were looking for at Pacific Auto.

We took a no-pressure test drive and fell in love with our "new" car. Elhum was so friendly and efficient, it didn't take much time to complete the financing and drive off the lot. The next time we are in the market for another vehicle, we will DEFINITELY head to Pacific Auto.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! 74 days after my purchase of a 2018 Chevy Sonic with 63k miles my engine overheat and my car is nothing but a money pit. I purchased the recommended extended warranty and the work is not covered. The dealership said there is nothing they can do. After inspection there was stop leak found on my cooling reservoir. They are CROOKS. Youve been warned

I would leave zero stars if I could. Within the span of 4 months we've had issues with the starter going out, having to get new alignment the second month, the air conditioning blowing out, along with a couple other issues. Pacific Auto were extremely unhelpful and have terrible customer service when trying to deal with these problems.

I would rate this dealer a zero if it were possible. my wife and I purchased a Nissan Sentra, unknown to us, it had a patch/ sealant job done on it to fix a leak in the Transmission. 6 months later after fighting with the dealer we are out $4400.00 for a new Transmission. These people are smooth criminals! STAY AWAY!

Fair prices and willing to negotiate! They have an incredible selection of used cars available. I appreciated how willing Pacific Auto was to provide any information or help that I needed upon request. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and happened to notice a few tears in my driver and passenger seat as well as a few other vanity issues but nothing major.

They immediately called a local upholstery shop and mechanic and had everything looked over and fixed- no charge out of my pocket! They went absolutely above and beyond in their customer service- I could not be happier! :

Had to replace my car after an accident and went in to Pacific Auto to look around. Excellant selection of cars and all very clean. Sergio helped us and even turned the engine on to use the AC to cool off the car before I sat in it as it was a really hot day. We looked at a really nice Mercedes convertible, but I had kind of had my heart set on another BMW.

We told Sergio we wanted to look a little more, but would keep in touch. Ultimately I was able to find the car I wanted from a private seller, but wanted to acknowledge them for their courteous professionalism and friendly demeanor. Definately recommend them.

Bought my car less than a year ago here, despite being advised not to go here. I had been looking over a month and wasn't patient anymore. I love my type of car but my specific car from this dealer has been issue after issue. Before the 30 days the check engine light went on and they replaced a coil. I also, since day 1 felt the car pulling strong to the right.

They sent it in to 2 mechanics who say the alignment is fine but could be a different issue. The mechanic at the dealership told me "NOTHING is wrong with this car". I heard the first place mention it could be the bushings, the dealer mechanic said those were FINE. As a single working mother my time and money are LIMITED. Well now after ONLY 14,000 miles my check engine light went on again and my dad replaced the catalytic converter for me.

During that he checked out the car and said my bushings are COMPLETELY SHOT. So it WAS the bushings from the beginning! now I'm here spending hundreds and being without a car to get this all fixed. On top of that my brakes and tires need replaced. I had to replace the air and cabin filter at first oil change. After 4000 miles my gas gauge went out and says I'm empty all the time.

I would never buy from here again mainly because the car had this bushings problem from the first place and they kept saying it was FINE. Well it's not fine at all and it never was.

Found a camper shell off of my exact truck, great price and extremely friendly service. Not only was the shell a good price but they also helped me to install it onto my truck, can't beat that. If ever I am in the need I know a great auto place for the future!

I just wanted to share our very positive buying experience with Pacific Auto. Sergio was so curteous and helpful while we were browsing and test driving several vehicles.and the best part was that he did not pressure us or hover AT ALL for the entirety of our time there! Every car in the lot was immaculately clean and detailed.super impressive! We really fell in love with a certain Lexus, but wanted to shop around and see what else was out there. Sergio totally respected our decision, and gave us his card "just in case." We went to most of the other used car dealerships in town, and were surprised to find that their inventories couldn't hold a candle to the one at Pacific Auto in terms of cleanlieness and variety.

We ended up going back to look at the Lexus even though it was almost a thousand dollars more than we could afford. Sergio and his Father-in-law, Bruce, (family business, bonus points!) saw how badly we wanted the car, and were able to work the price down to something we were able to afford. I truly felt like we were cared about not only as customers, but on on a personal level as well during the whole buying experience, and that is a rare find these days! We love our new (to us) car! Bought my 05 F150 about a year ago from Bruce. The truck runs phenomenal and has been an amazing truck so far Bruce was super nice and super helpful. Pacific Auto is a great dealership my dad bought a truck from them in the past and my mom has gotten her last 3 cars from there dealing with Nadar I believe his name is and he's always been kind and helpful. Will definitely continue doing business there!

This is not your usual used car dealership. There are none of pushy tactics. We bought a pick up truck that the transmission went out a week later. They immediately called for tow service off the freeway and offered a loaner car. These are good people and I highly recommend them. Despite the setback we have had a great experience with them.

Pacific Auto is great. We have purchased 5 cars from the over the last 15 years! We keep going back because the cars have been great and the staff is very friendly and not pushy at all. We have paid cash and also financed thru them and both have worked out really well. I totally recommend Pacific Auto!

Terrible dealership. Do not waste your time with these guys. Filled out a form online with my offer, received a call from Bruce. Called him back and he basically didn't even acknowledge my offer. So I go up to check it out and it took forever for him to even come out and acknowledge me as a customer. Kbb had a fair asking price of 13500-15000 and they were asking 16999 for it.

After explaining that fair asking price was 13-15k he decided to go down to 15999. After inspecting the SUV, I noticed a lot of paint chips and scratches that were painted over with a non color matched paint color to try to hide everything. Also the skid plate on the bottom was damaged and he basically dismissed my concern. I sent an email over to him to see if the 4runner was still available and to get a Carfax report since he didn't even offer one when I visited the lot and my email went completely ignored.

So now I made the 35 minute trip to check if it was still here since I STILL planned on buying it tomorrow even after all this, and of course it's been sold and he doesn't have the decency to let me know. Poor poor poor customer service and tactlessness.

We purchased a F150 truck from Nader at Pacific Auto. First off let me say that we have bought lots of cars both new & used and this was the best experience we have ever had with a car dealer. We never felt pressured and there was no hard selling what so ever. It was like buying a car from a family member or friend. We got a great deal and with no drama at all. We live an hour and a half away and it was so worth the drive. If I could give them a higher rating than five stars I would.

We just added another vehicle to our fleet, and Bruce took great care of us from start to finish. He was very professional, and extremely patient and accommodating with the delays caused by our unusual financing. Even though we were buying a 6 year old car, he gave us a short warranty so we could have the car checked by our mechanic.

No Stars if possible. I drove there from the East Bay Area to look at a 4x4 Excursion. Nader (the Owner) met me there and offered to let me test drive. I started it up, needless to say it didn't start or run well. After the diesel engine warmed up, it smoothed out and off I went. I noticed it had a loss of power and when I tested the 4x4 (backing up a dirt incline) the back tires spun.

I returned to the dealer dissatisfied with the vehicles operation. I notified the salesman and he said his mechanic would look at it right away. I returned the following morning to get a cold start of the diesel engine. Nader met me again and said his mechanic checked the 4x4 and engine and everything is working now. I drove it again, tested the 4x4, still broken.

I returned to the dealer and confronted Nader, he said he'll ask his mechanic. I said I didn't appreciate being lied to especially with the long distance drive to buy the vehicle. He said they weren't lying to me and that he's "not going to sell the truck to you". I said I'm sure you'll find some sucker to buy it. I left. Buyer Beware. Used car salesmen say ANYTHING to move inventory.

Without going into the whole dramatic story, I'll just leave my best advice. Have any vehicle you are interested in checked by your own mechanic BEFORE you sign final papers and if you discover the price is too good to be true.there's probably a reason! Be very cautious!

By far THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Other dealerships should take notes from Nader at Pacific Auto Sales on how to make a positive, enjoyable experience out of buying a used car on top of giving me a very FAIR price for an awesome car that I couldn't be happier with. Very highly recommended.
