Autogator Nissan Infinite PRTS

WARNING COMPANY IS A SCAM. I recently purchased a motor from them and the motor has a check engine light which is p0019 so I had to take it to a shop to see what was causing the code cost me 250$ extra and they told me it needs a cam phaser and that they can fix it for 2200 $ now after spending 4750$ on the motor from autogator I'm spending over 6,700 on a motor save yourself the headache and the money and go with literally anyone else when I contacted them they tell me it's been to long and just literally come up with any and every excuse so you cannot return it. Poor company I'm stuck with a broken engine for 4750 and no one from this company wants to help.

They scammed me, I bought a transmission from an Audi A4 and it arrived damaged, terrible customer service, they delete the negative comments that they make, that's why they have so many only positive comments. I'm a total scam

Some thieves broke my back window out of my truck. Had to quickly find a window to replace it. Found a window there immediately. No problems and good service.

Good parts. Fast easy to deal with. Pick up was quick. No BS.

Deals are decent ish. They're somewhat against test drives. I've never seen a dealership that tries to convince you to not test drive a car you're considering buying. We came for a specific car that was a good deal listed online, asked if we could see and test drive it, they said "when you're ready to make a deal, we'll talk"

Great prices, and parts, was really profesional, helpful and friendly. The bumper we purchased was in great shape and professionally removed. Looking forward to making more used parts purchases at Auto Gator.

Overall I will give this place a negative Five stars. The service guys that are in front are dushbags they don't have any customer service skills. Prices are ok not to price, but the service is horrible. I waited 3 hours for them to pull a hood of a car. This place is still in business because they give ok prices but I try to avoid as much as I can.

Nope, I am not leaving a good review, because this place is a gold mine and you all will screw it up. A great place to find a repairable car often times at a great price. I have purchased three from them so far over the years. Doug is fantastic. All I can say is I am thankful. Thanks Guys! With you, I can afford a newer car now. Total - Under $8K Repaired and back on the road.

Doug wouldn't let us start a truck without showing him money first. how do you expect to sell a vehicle without starting it.

Great customer service. Placed an order online, it was shipped quickly. Upon arrival I noticed 2 pieces that were missing that should have been included. I called them and the manager Jay was very nice and helpful and apologized for these parts not being sent when they should have. He went out to the yard and got them and texted me a picture assuring to me he had them. He mailed them out same day and I just got them. Would purchase from Auto Gator again if I ever need parts. Thank you!

Don't come here, very rude employees and unhelpful. I called to order parts, they said it will be ready to pick up at 9am, I came at 9:30am, they said not ready until 12pm, then I let my friend to pick up at 2:30pm, they said it's still not ready, and they don't even know when I can pick up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

One of the best places around Autogator has most stuff I call for and the prices are Amazing ( now I'm not saying go ahead a raise them lol). But they have great customer service Jay at the front fest really knows what he is doing and who ever put him in that spot, well they know what they are doing also cause that boy needs a raise. Every time I call he knows exactly what I'm talking about and what I need how much it will be how long till I can pick it up and so on.

Just about everyone I have worked with at AutoGator is friendly and knows their game. So kiddos to the leadership team at this place they really know what they are doing. Great job folks!

I called today and spoke to someone named Daniel, and they were super helpful, super polite, answered my billions of questions. This company was recommended to by a friend of friend and I am very happy with their services so far.

I've been going here for the last 10 years and it has been a great asset to the industry. Jay is the man when it comes to parts and knowing exactly what you're looking for. The turnaround time from finding the part to being able to walk out with the parts in hand is amazing. They have a great group of guys and the pricing is very fair for the quality of parts and the customer service you get. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

Got an air bag for 2013 GMC Sierra, price was $200, everywhere was over $300, I paid over the phone, came there to pick up, part was in a " Will Call" as promised. Great customer service! Thank you guys

I don't think of this place as AutoGator, I know it as Jay's place because he is the only one I would work with here. If I walk in and see the sad reality of him having a day off, I'll come back when his beautiful mustache is behind the desk. I hope he never leaves as I would hate to have to move closer to where his next dismantler job would be. Always friendly, respectful and keeps his word. Go Jay!

I came early one day at 9am to get a bumper they had available. I payed and they told me it'll be an hour to hour and half tops. So I leave run around town and kill some time. I came back two hours later and they said it'll be another hour. So three total. I left again and then came back at 2pm. Thinking it'll be took off already. So I ask the person in the front counter.

Now it was someone else and they radio to the back and I hear the parts puller say that no one had asked to take the bumper off. So after five hours they had not done anything. I found this very unprofessional. I came in early so I wouldn't be here that long and it was worse. The service is horrible and some of the employs at the front counter have an attitude.

I would rather pay more for a part next time and have better service than ever go through this again. I came again a few months later to get a part they said was still available. I walk in and stand in the counter and the person asks me if I need help with someone. Well of course I'm not going to stand there just to stand. I come in and they don't have it anymore. They have others but are $50 more expensive.

I've been buying parts and cars from autogator for years it's a reputable honest place the owner Ron is hella cool the other buyers Casey and Dan Doug and Jeff are really nice. Good place to buy a good used car and or parts staff is very helpful.

Ordered from their website was easy to search. Found the seat I was looking for that was $900 cheaper than from dealership. Made contact with the company and picked it up a few days after it was ready. They loaded it into the truck and all employees I dealt with were friendly. Great experience.

THE MANAGER KICKED ME OUT OF A CAR I WAS TEST DRIVING. I realize I showed up close to closing but you'd think a business that sells cars would be willing to hangout for 10-15 minutes to let a person make their own decision on how a car is running. I like the car but I'm not going to start it with a jump box and then say looks good and drive away without at least getting what I came to see.

Basically wanted me to buy it or get out. That does not feel very inviting as a customer. Maybe the owner will read this and look at his teams customer service. I guess my money isn't wanted at this place of business.

Just got a 2000 Dodge Stratus here and was able to get it a a fordable prices with quick service to answer all my questions.

Came here for a running board for my SUV.They gave me the wrong Runningboard didn't find out till I got to my shop have to come back again and buy the matching ones they sold me. Once I came to buy the second one they gave me a different style again I told the guy working upfront by the way his name is Will very unprofessional with trying to up the price after he gave me the wrong piece never coming back here again horrible experience and if you do come here make sure will doesn't help you. Save yourself the headache just go to Rancho Cordova reason why I came here it's more closer rather take the drive now.

For a business that has been around since 1981 they're customer service is horrible. I called about a motor for my 2009 Toyota Corolla (2zrfe) asked them if they had one. I saw there motor on eBay for a 2013 Toyota Corolla (2zrfe) and asked about it the so called customer service representative just laughed at me saying it's not compatible.

But if I want to still buy it no warranty. Funny thing is I ended up buying a motor from another dismantler that knew what he was selling and sold me a 2013 motor and vehicle is up and running. Oh and the motor was $200 cheaper. Thanks for the horrible service

I needed a certain part and this place had it for a reasonable price. I also went online to their website to look at the part in the car too. The thing here is that they pull the part for you and bring it to you at the counter. This is a big convenience factor who those who don't want to go digging around with tools they might not have. I can see how it also protects the business from unscrupulous customers.

Go to any Pick N Pull and see what he mean. My complaints are how small the parking lot is especially since they park their junkers for sale in many of the spots leaving few left for customers. Also the previous reviews here about the counter guy "Jay" I think is his name are somewhat correct. He is a straight talker and shooter (no filter) which many people in today's PC society are not used to so they may get offended by. Can you say Trump?

Yesterday my Boyfriend and I bought there Jaguar At first I was upset because we couldn't test drive the car on he open road but considering the condition of some of the vehicles and the title the liability and issues that could happen make sense. After me being a jerk the gentleman was still very respectful and calm through the entire ordeal they let us know as much as they knew about the car let us feel it out on there property only 5MPH but atleast it gave us an idea on the car and honestly we will be back I have already recommended this place to several friends and I have an awsome and affordable body guy so the small dents on the Jag are already out and the car is like new already.
