Kerry Nash was the best salesperson ever. I got a great Prius Prime with everything I need, and I was out of the door in under 2 days with a $4000 rebate.

This is a hard time to buy a car, and all the prices are elevated. But at Riverhead, I found a fair price for a used car was allowed to put down a deposit while I thought the deal over. When I ultimately decided on another car, Riverhead swiftly returned my deposit. There are some really questionable deals going down these days, but I was treated fairly at Riverhead.

Great service. Very professional and courteous. I was able to lease the truck that I wanted thanks to my salesperson Ali. Well worth the wait. This is the third vehicle I've purchase/leased from Riverhead Toyota and the second one from Ali. It all went very smoothly. I love my Tacoma!

I bought my 2022 4 runner here, at the end of the deal we're getting ready to leave the salesman Charles tried to start the truck with the remote start and after trying many times he said I guess it doesn't have one! We left disappointed because we were told it had one. Called back next day and they said it would cost us $500 to have remote start put in.

My husband had to stop by after work and talk them into getting it for free especially after paying a $5000 up charge because of Covid. So I call the parts department and ordered running boards, they said we can have them in the next day but aren't able to install them for a little over a week. I go to get them installed, an hour and a half passes and someone comes out and says they don't fit, that they're for TRD's, i said that's what I have, he said oh.

So now I'm leaving here with no running boards. They didn't work with us at all on the up charge which is ridiculous. Should've bought at a Toyota who cares and knows what they're doing. Not coming back here for anything.

Maybe missundersting on my part they are taking the MSRP price and adding $4 or $5 thousand to the price. Never saw that before. I have my two cars serviced there and feel they are an honest outfit was going to get a new car but don't understand what they are doing.

Riverhead Toyota is the best! From the minute we walked in Ali made this transition so helpful. He is absolutely phenomenal and gave us our dream truck! Matt in finance helped us out so much. We couldn't be more grateful for the best service and humor while making a big decision that they made so easy!

This experience was the best because I had the perfect salesperson. I purchased a Toyota Tacoma in 1997 from Dan Gladd. I have had a few Toyota vehicles in between from others but nothing like the trust I have with Dan. I love my new vehicle and he did everything that he could to make it happen.

So I bought my first car yesterday from here and I must say the experience I had was phenomenal. I have heard many horror stories about car dealerships being pushy and trying to scam people and was nervous about getting a dealership car as a result. But the service i got here was better than I could have asked for. The person who sold my my car was the Used Car Manager Craig, he was calm, polite, and patient both yesterday and a moth earlier when my mom and I had gone to look at cars.

The financial person who helped me, Matt, was similarly friendly. The car was high quality, everything was taken care of, the car was filled with gas before I left, and everything went smoother than silk. If you need to get a car, I recommend this dealership.

So happy with my new car! It started with Joel and an email. He and Charles and the whole team worked so hard to locate the car I wanted and get the price I needed. Thank you both for being so patient and helpful Vinny in accessories is the best, and made sure my new car had everything I imagined. This is the second car I've purchased from Riverhead Toyota.
