It was great experience. The man who came to me to explain what have been fixed and what needed to be done after seeking my approval. He was well aware of the condition of my care since I did almost all my maintenance over there. Jose was good and someone you can trust on your vehicle.

The service department is the best at this location! They always make me feel like family. They always work with me and if I need a loaner car they have one waiting. I tell all my friends and family to go here. Most of my family got our cars from Girard Nissan. Keep up the good work

Was running late for my scheduled appointment by 20 minutes on a Saturday and they still accommodated me and did the service on my vehicle I really appreciated that and the service was completed in a timely manner. Follow-up to my original statement I am no longer impressed with this service department As a person that drives over 50 minutes to get this dealership and works Monday-Friday it is virtually impossible for me to use their service department unless it is on a Saturday.

I am having problems with a glitch in my radio and was told by the service technician that my radio would need updating and that it would take an hour to do. I was told that because they only work half day's on Saturday and no technicians work on Saturdays. I then asked if I could anything after I get off of work at 3pm and again I was told that there was nothing that they could do to accommodate me.

I am now very sorry that I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. I have purchased numerous vehicles in my life time and this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a negative review. I feel like I was dismissed and that they do not care about you once you have signed the contract and they have your money. I have never dealt with a service department that did not try to accommodate the customer I will NEVER use this Service department again, which is really sad for a vehicle that I have only had for four months.

This is an addendum to my above review First off I want to start off by saying sorry to the entire Service department for taking my anger and frustrations out on the service department for the actions of one individual. After I posted the review above I received a phone call and several text messages from Jose who is the service manager. This young man is a breath of fresh air in this society that we live in.

Not only did Jose reach out to me see why I had written the review? He expressed his sorrow for the way I was dealt with and spoken to and he not only accommodated me and my time frame but throughout the entire time I waited for my vehicle to be serviced he constantly checked on me and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Again Jose thank you so much for your level of professionalism and understanding. I no longer am feeling regret for driving this distance to purchase my vehicle Thank you Jose and keep up the good work.

The team was PHENOMENAL! Bill, in service, and Doug, mechanic, made sure I fully understood what was going on without be condescending. Almost like talking to fathers/uncles. Extra bonuses- they provided a ride home home and back to the dealership when my car was ready. Also had my car ready before the given time. 10/10 will be coming back for future service

My last purchase at Girard Nissan was great. I have had bad experiences there in the past, but will continue to go there before the top service that was provided by George, Carlo and Jose is very hard to come by now a days. George is a great guy! Always went above and beyond in trying to get rate possible for me, and did the same this time around.

It is because of George that I ending returning back to Girard Nissan when my girlfriend was looking to get a new car. Again he went above and beyond and that is why I returned to trade in and get a new Pathfinder. Carlo was very honest and up front (which is hard to come across these days) when we had gone to look for a new car for my girlfriend.

He knew I was very interested in trading in but not once's did he pressure to get it done. Jose is has been great when it comes to making sure that I understood everything when I would take the car for service there. To all three thank you guys very much!

I've been so impressed with Girard Nissan over the years. I've bought 4 vehicles from them, and would do it again if needed. The service department is on their game. I've only ever needed them for routine maintenance and minor repairs since that's how Nissans seem to be. Reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and I have to admit, the vacuum and wash sweetens the deal for me.

Took my car in to get a repair done, I supplied the part, which cost me $88 at Autozone because they quoted me $300 for the part. ok, whatever, I always expect a dealership to be a little more expensive. Told them ahead of time what was wrong with it (ran a diagnostic at Autozone) and got an estimate to repair it. I thought it was a little pricey but I can't do the work myself so I went ahead and told them to do it.

They did the work in less than an hour and charged me a $179. OK whatever its little high but I can deal with that. When I got home I realized that they had added a $13 surcharge. I was a little bit annoyed by this so I called and talked to them about it, the person I talked to said it was a surcharge for "rags and other supplies" and that there was nothing he could do about it.sorry (real snippy I might add) I got the feeling he got this complaint quite often and was tired of hearing it.

I told him that I understood that but that they should have disclosed this at the time of, the estimate. When I looked at the slip, it was obvious that they added it after the fact as a "additional surcharge". I feel that this is a deceptive business practice. I am not happy with this company, I was a little grumpy at being overcharged in the 1st place but this was a ridiculous addition.

It doesn't require $13 worth of rags to replace an emissions solenoid. I feel ripped off and will not do further business with this company. Which is a shame because I'm probably gonna buy a new car next year and I had a good experience purchasing my car through them. I will no longer purchase a car through them, nor will I recommend them to others as I have in the past.

Great job Gerard Nissan, for $13 you lost a lot more business. Next time I'll take my car to a local garage and get charged $60 to repair it instead of a $180 plus a $13 surcharge

I visited the place for service and cant say enough how well I was treated. Have been struggling with my vehicle for a while. Went to many places with no positive results. At Girard Nissan I was connected with Garrett who went above and beyond to resolve every single issue in my car. And let me say this the car runs so well and I am so happy. Plan on visiting this place for service many more times.

Also interacted with Bill and Darlene who both were extremely welcoming and very helpful. I am a proud owner of Altima 2008 and would highly recommend this establishment for all your service needs. They provided me with a rental vehicle as well as shuttle rides to and from my work. Great work, Thank You to all of the technicians who worked on my vehicle. I am truly grateful and will see you soon.

Not very happy that they don't live up to their commercials of being able to help anyone! I even called ahead of time and was told to come on in that a lease was the best option to get rid of my negative equity, what they didn't tell me was that you need perfect credit for that. So they brought me in and ran my credit for no reason knowing that I would not go into a lease, but were looking for a bank to pick me up to roll more negative equity to roll into another car.

Took a month to ground my vehicle and close my Nissan account. Had to break my lease due to military orders, when we called this dealership they said it couldn't be done but when we asked Nissan corporate they did it without a problem. This dealership is unprofessional, rude, condescending and uneducated on their procedures and laws.

Unbelievable how unprofessional some of these guys are. Went in to return a lease and as soon as I stated I wasn't buying or looking for a new car these guys stop giving me the time of day. They said they couldn't help me because my car wasn't showing in their system. I got the car from them and have been paying them every month and all of a sudden they can't find the car. Called corporate and they were able to see it with no problem.

When I called the dealership back and spoke with the sales manager Mike and he was saying it wasn't his problem. I had to call back the next day because mike wasn't gonna reach out cause of this review (his words not mine). Spoke with the finance manager Joe (who was very professional and respectful from the beginning). He resolve the issue in less then 2 hours and got us out the door. If it wasn't for Joe we would have been going to another dealership. If you have to go here, just ask for Joe or Carlos (avoid Mike and George).

This Nissan dealership is the best. No one is pushy! As a matter of fact, all of them were very helpful in finding the perfect vehicle at a great price. No haggling over anything. In over 40 yrs., I've never had such a smooth experience at a dealership as I've had here at Girard Nissan. At all the other dealerships, I thought everyone was after the all mighty dollar and not being honest with me.

Not here; they'll give you the best price around and make sure you're happy. Start your search with Austin. Thank you Austin, George and Joe! I'll never go anywhere else again.

Had a great experience buying here with Carlo. I walked in not really planning on buying that day but they had what I wanted at a good price and he was helpful without being pushy. I don't live nearby but I highly recommend the dealership and will likely make the effort to return here for service.

This dealership is fabulous! Recently, we (spouse and 4 cats) were traveling across the country in our new Nissan Quest starting from the west coast to our final destination in Massachusetts. Just outside Groton and only 190 miles from home, the tires started to make an awful noise, and it wasn't the highway road surface since that changed. We immediately pulled off at an exit and found Girard Nissan through GPS.and they were only a few blocks away.

Long story made short: they were so helpful, empathetic and concerned with us personally as well as the condition of our vehicle. Keep in mind that the service department was obviously very busy and it was not really convenient to be dealing with strangers having an emergency. They took the time to road test. They put the van on their lift to safety check everything.

The noise was probably from a rock or debris that fell out once we left the highway, so there was no safety issue. They gave us such peace of mind, attention and care.and all at no charge. It doesn't get any better than that! We arrived home safe and sound (and sane) after 3,000 plus miles on the road. I just wish they were on Cape Cod!

A broken down car is never a great experience, but I am so glad it happened near this Nissan dealership! Amanda in the service department is by far the most exceptional rep I've ever worked with in any auto service company! Amanda and her team were diligent and responsive, making this issue with my car a positive experience. I highly recommend this dealership.
