Phenomenal service & great guys, that go above and beyond! Super organized and extremely quick. I'm a NYER who on the way home blew my tire - made it off an exit, where they came to the rescue! Since I was near the shop, they came, removed, replaced, and brought me back in one piece! Thanks Gentlemen, you were life savors!

Jeff and the Team at All Pro was amazing. I had a serious issue with my 98' Explorer exhaust that was coming into the cabin. They were able to order a part for my older vehicle, it came in a day, and make recommendations from some other fixes that we agreed to. Everything was done very quickly and on budget! I know how difficult it can be working on an older New England vehicle and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and customer care. My Explorer sounds and feels 15 years younger!

I would give them six stars if I could! I am both a single woman and up in years which means I could be taken advantage of easily. In all my visits, Dave has never suggested an upsell even when I did. They are friendly and efficient. Even with my last visit, I asked Dave, when the shop was closed he was still on the phone with me, if my spare tire could be filled, he said just ask the attendant tomorrow because the shop is closed.
The next day I picked up my car New Year's Eve day, forgetting about my spare tire, and on the way home I noticed the tire light was off, He had it done for me. He went out of his way for me and I can feel safe on the road now. I highly recommend them and I am tough to please.

I just wanted to thank the owners of this business for their time, professionalism, and kindness in a stressful situation. They really helped my father and I out in a time of need. My car constantly had something wrong with it as it is an older one. It is an hour away from me but I wouldn't go anywhere else. They worked with my schedule and with money.

My check engine light came on a couple days before a trip I had to make to the Cape for my father's celebration of life. I called panicked and All-Pro scheduled me in and took care of a cylinder repair in the back of my engine. I was off on my trip on time and back on the road safely! I am so grateful I can count on All-Pro to be there for me!

All Pro Automotive is the absolute BEST of the best. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have never not been satisfied with their customer service. The only place I know of in CT with a Roadforce wheel balance machine. Even if I found a another place closer, I'm not sure I'd go. The customer service alone I worth the 1.5 hour commute. In a time where customer service seems to be a fairytale.its extremely comforting to see its very much real. I Highly recommend All Pro Automotive, you will not be disappointed.
