This was the best car buying experienced I've ever had! Their whole team is fantastic! Tristan listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. The manager was helpful and the finance guy went over all of the options and made sure I understood them. Falvey's will be my first step for future purchases!

Brought my $80k RAM to these guys thinking it'd be in good hands. Something felt "off" from the moment I walked in to the service department. Told them I needed a service and it wasn't cheap. Here we are a few weeks later and the check engine light is on. There's also a new noise coming from the engine during acceleration. They didn't put the cover back on over the battery terminal.
There's a dead mouse and nest in the airbox. They inflated the rear tires to 85 and the fronts to 60. Yeah, no. Had an equally disappointing experience at Capitol in Willimantic. It's like, impossible to get a service on this truck from a competent dealer. Kinda trying to maintain my investment. I guess we'll just have to find another dealer and cross our fingers again! The coffee was decent, though. So you get an extra star for that.

Just want to take a moment to write a big thank you to Falvey's for their help in getting me a new vehicle during this shortage. Tristan was personable, patient with my indecisiveness, and continued to be thoughtful and responsive. Took my car for a "a sound" coming from the driver side. My apt was at 8am. I got a call from them at 3pm to tell me what was wrong and to tell me that if I wanted them to go over warranty that I need to do some work with them too as well and were quoting me $705+tax for an alignment and a serpentine belt replacement! If I refused the advisor, Jayson M., said that he would drop the case for my warranty and I could pick up the car.
He also mentioned to me that he was doing me a "favor" by hiding my tires from the warranty because the tires would void it if they knew I had them. Mind you, I triple check with my warranty and they said that it was not true because they tires I had were okay for my car. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service dept at all. All they are looking for it's to rip you off and offer repairs in your car that is not even needed.

I went to get a simple job done And was gouged with up charges all over the place(thousands). I've already been quoted by another mechanic for much less on the same job. I've been stressed for multiple days not to mention they did not give us a rental. They told me I was the first person to walk into the office and refuse service. EVER. They were hiding information about my jeep from the warranty company (35in tires on a jeep) To get me to have the job done still partially covered.
I felt extremely uncomfortable. If my service person is reading this don't ever tell your customer you're hiding something from the warranty company( it made me feel uncomfortable) I spoke to my boss and he says he has gone through the same exact thing at this falvys and so has his son. ABSOLUTELY will NEVER use them again. They did recall work on my jeep which required clock spring replacement which involves removing the steering wheel. Prior to this I had NO sensor warning lights on. After getting the vehicle back it was driven for a VERY limited amount of time before I had sensor lights come on. I took it back to them and they diagnosed it to have a "steering wheel out of balance." Odd seeing as though I never had prior issues with this sensor and they removed the wheel for warranty work.
They REFUSED to cover the cost of repair making numerous excuses as to what may have caused the issue ALL of which could not have been done by myself especially since I drove the thing three times since they did initial repair. They apparently do not stand behind their work, are not professional and apparently could care less about their customers. I should have listened to the other complaints I had heard of them prior. They will NEVER get my business again. Very unfortunate way to run a company.

I bought a new Jeep Wrangler from these people a few years ago. Recently brought it in for service, and they tried to gouge me. They recommended repairs that weren't necessary, and quoted me absurd estimates on the repairs that were needed. I won't be going back there again - for sales or service. If you choose to use their service department, get a COMPLETE estimate- including parts, labor, fees, and tax before committing. Beware.

My experience with Falvey's was out of this world! The test drive was amazing. Tristan took me on the best route possible letting me really see what the Jeep Grand Cherokee was all about! All of the staff helped me out with any question that i needed. Every one was congratulating me on my new purchase. If I could give Falvey's a ZERO I would. We were planning on bringing the van to get fixed at Falvey's. Falvey's has this contract they have you sign prior to doing service on your vehicle. In this contract they say they are not responsible for any damage or loss of your vehicle. We questioned the contract. So, if they back your vehicle up into a building or another vehicle and there is damage there is no liability or if the vehicle gets stolen they are not responsible for damage they caused.
That is crazy. The manager refused to give us a copy of the contract and refused to give his name. We decided not to sign the contract and will take our business elsewhere. This manager cannot honestly think anyone in their right mind would agree to a contract like that.

Please read! **** terrible service*** it will save you trouble and an ongoing headache and stress. I bought a car from them, I was over an hour and a half away and had to get it towed to the nearest Jeep dealer. The car broke down due to electrical issues. I have only had the car 3 weeks. They refuse to give me reimbursement for the work done with my 90 day warranty because I was so far away that I couldn't get towed to the specific location.
Terrible customer service. On top of that a few days later my reverse the camera stopped working. The car clearly has electrical issues and stopped working again, I got it towed to their location. I tried to return the car but they would not let me give the car back. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that has electrical problems for six years with a 30,000 car loan and I cannot afford to buy another car. Brought the car in to get worked on and going on 3 weeks that I don't have my car.
Terrible terrible terrible place to go do not go here. I will never buy a Jeep here again and will never bring any or my cars here to get worked on. They got my money, that's all they care about. The owner reached out to me on my review to contact him and did nothing for me. I'm quite confused why he told me to. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The receptionist was rude and argumentative from the minute I walked in the door. Told me she wasn't going to stand there and argue with me and walked away after telling me I didn't confirm an order for parts. I had a conversation with Tedd on the phone and told him to go ahead and do it a month ago when I called to make the appointment.
He told me that if I changed my mind to let him know two days before the appointment. The parts apparently never ended up getting ordered and he tried to backtrack and say I never called back to confirm even though I had already told him it was okay when I made the appointment over the phone. The receptionist claimed I never called to confirm my appointment, I let her know I had called and left a message with someone else there confirming it weeks ago.
She told me to take my car somewhere else and hung up. Regardless of the fact that the one day appointment I was told about somehow turned into two which I wasn't even making an issue about, this was a nightmare.

Buyer beware. I just bought a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 24,500 miles. I've had it for three weeks and the backup camera is not working. I bought the Jeep under the impression it had a full factory warrantee. That was part of he selling point. The manager said that's just hearsay. I've owned the Jeep for 3 weeks now. I said you must at least have a 30 day policy.
The manager said they will cover safety items for 3 months and a backup camera is not one of them. Keep in mind I also paid for the Jeep in full for 27,500 the day of purchase plus the other fees so 30,000 even dollars of my hard earned money. Seriously don't buy from this place it was a horrible experience. My friend used to work there and was he reason we bought from them. They called him to give him a thank you gift and asked for his social security number. He told them he didn't need there gift that bad. What a joke.

I bought my car 2 weeks ago today I call because I'm having transmission problems they told me to drop it off but they don't give loaner car. You would think selling a $11,000 that they would try and make it right not them very very uncaring I was told if you didn't buy a extended warranty to bad. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to buy a car.

Oil change service. should be changed to oil change with out service. Bring it back and we'll correct what we screwed up. An oil service with labor.$185. Comes with recall service and a guarantee you will have to go get something corrected after you pay. Last visit.tire pressure and computer reset.this visit.traction control light. "Oh thats from the recall".customer service note::: clear the light before you return it to the customer.

Not any more. Went in with a locked in internet price from them. It was exactly what I needed at the price I wanted. The sales person was awesome, explained everything to me. I informed them of the price I was given online and they were like "yes, we understand. We were informed about this." Awesome. Test drove it, and said lets do some paperwork.
If it wasn't for me really looking over the bill of sale, they would have charged me an extra $4,000 dollars. I brought this up with the sales manager and he started floundering. No good answer. When he tried explaining, he said that if he had to change the price of new car, he would have to change the price he bought my car for. How Does That Make Any Sense?
I showed him the email I received from FALVEYS.com. I showed him the where he offered $12,000 for my car. I said This is what I want, make it happen. Believe it or not, lost power at that exact time. After severe negotiations, and his manager getting into it, I got what I wanted. No One should ever have to go through the BS of paying more so that someone can get a little more of a commission. Done with Falveys.

ZERO stars! I sure hope there's a new set of managers running this place. Years ago, I purchased a truck here. The panel in the door was rattling so they sunk 6 huge bolts through the panel. It looked terrible and when I asked them to fix it, the service manager lost his cool and threatened to beat up my husband. Who does that?! Years later, we went back as there was new management and we had hopes of a good interaction.
Big mistake. We were wooed by sales, put up with the manager and ended up purchasing a car that one month later was almost considered a lemon. One issue after another and it was in the shop more than on the road. thankfully it was under warranty but otherwise, Falvey's refused to help us. Don't become a victim like we did (twice). I do not recommend even stepping on their lot. I will NEVER go back, guaranteed.

I thought that the salesman was very nice. The sales manager is a complete jerk. He is one of the most cocky people I have ever met. After my test drive I said I like the vehicle. He writes up the sale order without even discussing price. Furthermore, I had a pre approval from Navy Federal Credit Union and they STILL ran my information through Chrysler Credit without my permission. I went to a different dealer when they would not lower the price of the car 500.00. Glad I did! The other dealer was over 1500.00 cheaper!

I know all businesses have to make money to stay in business, but this place takes it to the max with screwing people over by NOT giving them what their cars are worth and then trying to make you overpay for their crap cars they sell. Did not honor price quote they gave me in person 2 days earlier. i called to tell them i was driving 1 hour to buy the car. when i arrived they insisted that we walk around the parking lot and kept stoping to point out nice deals on used cars (i was buying a new car). after 20 minutes, sales person finally told me price on my car was now 10k more b/c chrysler special had expired. i check with chyrsler they said that was a lie. was able to buy same car at another dealer for 10k less.
