My AC unit had no issues until recently when the one year warranty was already over and done with and like I stated before the work was just completed the first time without recommendations or any choice so.go figure. I honestly did not expect it to go out at all again ever. So, what help would they be able to do? It should have been fixed throughly and accurate the first time around.

Made an appointment by phone for simple fox recall. Arrived was not in the system. They went out their way and accommodated and it only took 1.5 hrs. That was great. However exceptional service was when they washed the car at least. So it only met expectations and I was disappointed that they didn't have me scheduled.

Brought my 2015 nissan for service for a defective seatbelt. The vehicle has a 15 year seatbelt warranty. The service advisory said they were going to take the seatbelt receiver apart and if they find it was caused by neglect I would be charged $225 for labor. I purchased the seatbelt for $58 online and replaced it within 5 minutes. Contacted Nissan and was told this specifically was a dealership policy.

Went to the Antioch Nissan dealership to test drive a car I had in mind I wanted to purchase. The sales rep that helped me was Vicky and she was above and beyond everything I needed to make my decision. She had the answer to all of my questions and also would inform me on other vehicle they had or could get for me. She was very knowledgeable and had great patience with me throughout the whole process. I'm so thankful she was able to help me and would definitely go purchase another car from her next time.

This was by far the best interaction at a dealership that I have ever had the staff was the best no pressure took time with me I was so impressed that when I recieved a call and was like I can either uber /lyft it was like nope we will come get you and just like that I was pick up and by the end of everything I was able to drive off with a new car. This service department is so bad in answering phone calls. They never answered calls. I brought my Nissan for recall last October of 2021 and I talked to MIKE. He told me that he ordered the part and call me when it arrives. It's March of 2022 already and never received the call that was promise. I was trying to call them but they never bothered to answer. You can reach their front desk or answering dept, and you will be transferred to the service dept and then you'll stock from there. To bad.

My review is based on my experience after leaving the dealership. I do not believe the release of liability was properly filed for my trade in & I continue to get FasTrak violations for a vehicle that was traded in over 8 months ago. We have made multiple calls to the dealership to get this resolved and have not been helped. They have not paid the fastrak bill and I have wasted so much time on the phone with Fastrak. They dropped the ball on the paper work side of things and create headaches for their customers.

Went to the parts department to order a part. By the time it took to get through the order it was 4:05pm. Bob first said it would be here next day, then oop's if it was 5 min sooner it would now it's Tuesday. Asked if there was someone to call and see if they could arrange for it to be on the truck. "Nope" was his response. Had he tried I would have respected the effort and understood but he didn't care and shouldn't be helping customers. With that I won't go to this dealer ever again and will drive to the next closest one and won't even consider there should I desire another car.

This has turned out to be a disastrous car buying experience. Talk about a car dealership pulling a bait and switch. Antioch Nissan sold me a "certified preowned" vehicle that ended up being a pig with lipstick. Purchased on a Sunday, had to return car on Monday to fix a low tire pressure indication and squeak in dash. Tire fixed, annoying consistent squeak still present.
Day 2 brakes squeaking, had to take in to Les Schwab to deal with brakes apparently that wasn't a part of their "certified preowned" checklist and functioning brakes aren't necessary? I think they just checked everything off the list without caring. Waiting to see what pops up tomorrow. I'll be taking my car to another Nissan dealership for maintenance and service because they obviously aren't interested in providing a positive customer experience, a safe vehicle, nor are they interested in my money for the upcoming years of service needed to maintain my vehicle.
Do yourself a favor and drive past this location. Did I mention that when you call nicely to address issues they hang up on you? There's a reason for the number of 1 star reviews. I should have trusted my gut initially and purchased from a different dealership.

I recently took my vehicle in for regular maintenance (oil change / tire rotation) and while doing the included service inspections the techs found an issue with my transmission and brought it to my attention. I'm so thankful they did, and I'm even more thankful that the repair was covered under the power train warranty! I appreciate that they went the extra mile to keep my car in good condition.

They were awesome I bought a hunk of junk from a family dealer and they took care of me, The sales rep and the finance guy that were both extremely personable. I've had bad experiences with car salesmen where they just try to push you on to the car they want to get off a lot because it's an easy sell, not the case here. This car works a lot better than the one I bought originally from the family dealer haha

I had water running in to my passenger side figured it was possibly bad heater core (I've only just had my car for about a year) but it was AC drain tube clogged they charged me $200 to "flush" with air even though my car is under warranty. Ok fine whatever $200 for air! It was dark when I got my car back so I didn't see the mess that was made til the am parts not put back and someone's beanie in my front seat.

Recently, the service department (Marco) went above and beyond the call to fix an intermittent problem with my car. They were very thorough, and with good communication too, which I really appreciate. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I arrived on time for my 10:30 appointment. They told me they were running behind and the job that would usually take 1 hr would probably take 1.5-2 hrs. I didn't have an alternate way home so i thought I'd just kill time by walking to a coffee shop. I arrived back at the service dept 1 hr 45 mins later to see my car still sitting in the parking lot waiting for service.
When I asked about it they said they were just about to bring it in for service, which should take 20 mins, but with the recall repair it would take an extra 30 mins. (They hadn't mentioned the recall repair when I called to make the appointment nor when I dropped the keys off at 10:30.) I realize that things have been crazy since covid and that extenuating circumstances often cause jobs to take longer; however, what's the point of making an appointment if the car won't be serviced until hours later?
Next time just tell me I'm going to have to drop it off and leave it for a few hours so I can make proper arrangements. If I schedule an appointment I really expect the service dept to honor that time or let me know in advance that they won't be able to.

Yeah they like to yell you everything you want to hear until. You came back and and then they say. No I never or its not us. Nothing against the service department. However, they tell you to call the csm. She doesn't call back or reply. Go to concord or somewhere else. They are a sham. Can't trust anything they say.

I like to support local businesses whenever I can. Last time I had good service here and did end up buying a Nissan but it was just a better deal at another dealer bc they had one special car that was on sale. However, I am looking for another car or trying to decide if I want to buy one ( I have a big family, hence the cars). So I decided to go to Nissan again.
They have some really nice cars in stock right now-like my dream cars that I didn't know I had even until I sat in them lol! Wow! I just wanted to acknowledge Glenn Veasley. If I bought another Nissan ( I really loved their Armada) that would be my go-to person! He has lots of knowledge since he has been in the business a long time. He is good at what he does and is personable and respectful.
My husband has the ultimate decision bc it is his money but I really liked the Armada and if it was me, I would be driving it already! My dh is a cheapie though lol! Anyways, if you go to Nissan tell him Ellen sent you and recommended him! When I find a good person, I let others know esp with a good work ethic so we can support good people!

Dishonest employees there. Be careful if this is your only place to shop. Browsing vehicles and asked if a car had prior damaged and guy said no. Asked him if he was sure and he insisted it wasn't. Showed him where the paint shop left masking tape on the vehicle from being painted and he tried to say that was from the wind that it why it was sticking to the body of the car? Yea right! If he can't admit it was a mistake I rather go find another dealership to work with. Honesty is everything. Poor customer service here.
