We have been having our Hondas serviced here since Ed and Lassa were young technicians. The service has only gotten better in these almost 30 years. Update: Wiper clip broke on driver side, I bought new wipers and was standing in the parking lot trying to figure out how to install, there were extra parts. Leon walked by with a plate of food, saw me, sat the plate down and installed the wipers. Service like that is what makes them best.

Came here for my second maintenance on my vehicle. Staff is friendly and informative. Received my car back after they washed it and noticed oil splatter on my passenger side. It tells you, they don't care to dry your car or inspect the end result. The first time I took my car here they had a service member do a walk around and explained what services I got.

Every time I bring my car he takes extreme care of me. Even though I'm not his only Customer. So I decided to let hopkins auto group know that they have a great employee amongst them. I recently bought a new car, it only came with one key. I went to the dealership to see if I could get a new key made so I would have a spare. I asked how much it would cost to get a key cut and programmed, the response was "a couple hundred dollars". Then I asked again if they could give me a better figure than "a couple hundred dollars?". I didn't receive a response and then the gentleman looked at the next person in line and asked how they could help them.
I left and went to Kastner Honda dealership in Napa and asked how much for a new key. They gave me an exact quote and I had a new key made in just a few minutes. Paid and went on my merry way. To the Hopkins Auto Group, you can't sell items and services to people if your not willing to help them. So I spent "a couple hundred dollars" elsewhere. Just saying.

A guy was being rude and pushing me out the moment I walked in. I understand that I didn't qualify for a car I was really interested in. He didn't even let me ask all of the questions I had. The first time I went, years ago, their was a good salesman that was nice and really tried to help me to get a car. I can't say the same this time around.

I recently had what should have been a fatal accident, crashing head first 75 feet down a mountain cliff, turning over and over and over. My Honda Odyssey became a mangled mass of steel and glass -- but I and my traveling cat were extricated from the car totally unharmed, I with only two tiny scratches on my wrist. I believe my cat's huge eyes were asking me what the heck had just happened.
All the emergency workers that saw the remains of the vehicle said a car less well made than the Honda would have meant certain death for us both. I let a few days pass to regain my composure, then went to work replacing my Honda Odyssey. I would have to have been brain dead to even entertain the idea of buying anything but the car that had saved our lives.
I called ERIC SHORT at Hopkins Auto Group. I expected the process of replacing my vehicle would be painful and long. How delighted I was to be proven entirely wrong. Within three hours, I selected my perfectly beautiful new van, we agreed on a very equitable price, Eric arranged to have it picked up from a neighboring Honda agency -- and off the lot I drove! Buying a car can be fraught with stress and unpleasantness, but I was fortunate enough to come upon a salesperson that made those three short hours the best time I've ever had purchasing a car. Remember the name: Eric Short. I certainly won't be forgetting it!
