I purchased my 2016 Lincoln MkX from this dealership, which happens to be a considerable drive from where I reside. By and large my experience with the purchasing dealership left me feeling as though that my car and I were inconseqeuential nuisances. For a routine check I was told that I will be in touch to set up a schedule. Here, 6 months later, I've heard nothing. I wll not be back.

I'm very happy with my recent experience at Napa Ford. At the beginning of the year I placed an order for a Mach E GT. They assured me they'd honor MSRP for custom orders. They kept me informed as my order was received and let me know when a VIN was assigned. The car arrived this past Friday and they made the process very easy to come in and complete the paperwork. It didn't take long before I was on my way. Very good experience. I would definitely do business with them again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Napa Ford today. I am having a supercharger put on the ol' Saleen and needed some information off the PCM unit that I did not want to deal with. I went to one place and they told me they would have to pull the computer and this and that. I know, thanks to the internet, that is not the proper procedure.
The information is located right behind a kick panel in the front. I thought I would try the dealership although I have always thought that the dealership always charges more. I was wrong. i went in and they were SUPER busy. Within two minutes the really nice guy at the counter had someone helping me. All he did was punch the VIN into the supercomputer and, Voila!
I was in and out in 15 mins and no charge to boot! I can't say everything is free but that was alot less than the 150 I allotted for. Thank you guys for a very painless visit.

I had a great experience buying my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport, and most of that was Irma who was really wonderful working with us. This was my first time getting to choose and buy a new car, so I wanted to be sure it was something I loved and would serve my family well. We visited a few dealerships that day. Irma never made me feel like it was hard sales push like the others, she listened, was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - she deserves to be recognized for her efforts! I'm so happy with my new vehicle, thank you Irma and Napa Ford.

I recently purchased a Camaro here with my fiance, Francisco helped me with the car and he explained everything perfectly fine, he allowed me to test drive the vehicle before continuing forward and it helped to make sure I want it. Later during the financed part of the process, a gentleman came and gave me advice on what is the best offer, and how It's a really good deal.
At the end A lady named Valerina helped us with the paperwork and signing and she was easy to talk to and kept a good conversation going with my fiance, she explained everything perfect. Overall this is the best experience I ever had during a dealership, definitely worth going far for a car you'd like. I will recommend to my family and friends

I had a wonderful guy to work with at the dealership. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. And not at all pushy and for me that was really important. I did find the sales manager a little bit rigid in his negotiation on price LOL but I get the suspicion that that is what you're supposed to do right? The only downside of my purchase was a few small things on the detailing before I got the car. But these were not really significant.

After having negative experiences with other dealerships I decided to try Napa Ford at the recommendation of a friend. After requesting an appointment online I was immediately contacted by Sean and we arranged a time. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt at ease. I test drove a couple of cars I had in mind but nothing really hit the mark. Sean had been listening very closely to my comments and recommended a vehicle that I hadn't considered.
The moment I saw this car, I loved it! Even more so after driving and I purchased it. The entire process was seamless and more importantly STRESS FREE! Napa Ford has a customer for life.

I had a rough experience and wouldn't recommend this dealership what so ever. Waste of your time. I went online and did their own "trade in your vehicle" and bring in the certificate and they buy your car. I had gotten 3 calls and an email after that. They want your car! But don't honor the price they give you online and then low ball you after sending pictures. Waste of your time.

I have been interested in the new Mach-E, and noted that a premium model had just arrived at this dealership. I made an inquiry online which was promptly followed up both by text and phone call. I made a 10am appointment to test the vehicle and the person scheduling the appointment made sure I had a confirmation number. When I arrived, there was no record of this appointment. Furthermore, I was informed that that the vehicle was not available for test drive- I could just look at the car if I wanted.
I am not going to purchase a 60K car without test driving it- especially a model that is new to the portfolio. This could have been the second car I purchased from the dealership, but no one would know as they never took my name or followed up in any manor. I am still in the market for a mach-e, but it will be from a dealership who has a customer focus and more respect for client's time.

My husband and I went in looking for a used vehicle. Unfortunately, once we found the vehicle that met our needs and was within our price range, we gave them permission to run our credit to find us a good loan. Unfortunately, we could not come to an agreement, so we said we where not interested and left. A couple of days later, my husband received a phone call from Ford stating that there was a new loan that they received that we might be interested in.
My husband got all the details and again, it just didn't work so he said no thank you and we are no longer interested. Well today I received a phone call from Victor who is the manager at the financing department. He said they found a new loan that supposedly was the best deal "a mother who is not working and has no income" will be ever get. He was extremely rude and kept interrupting and talking down to me.
In the end I said we where not interested and hung up. We just completed our 2nd vehicle purchase from Napa Ford and continue to be completely satisfied! We custom ordered a Ford in September and just took delivery. Irma Ramos has been exceptional in communicating status and delivery updates all the way through personally walking us through features, etc. when we took delivery. Victor in finance is great and efficient.
Start to finish, we were out the door with our new Ford in less than an hour. We highly recommend Napa Ford - it's about an hour drive from us and even though we have a local Ford dealer 5 minutes away, well worth the drive to Napa!

I used the online scheduler to bring my car in to Napa Ford. My car's engine light went on the day before Thanksgiving so I scheduled for the first available Friday morning (the day after Thanksgiving). I got a message late Thursday night from the service department saying the scheduler should have been closed and that the service department was not open on Friday.
I decided to take the care in on Friday morning to drop off since I had to leave for Los Angeles on Saturday. When I arrived at the dealer, the service department was open. I was told by the person who assisted me that they had planned to catch up on other work Friday but he got me in and took care of my engine light issue. The communication was good and the car was ready for me to pick up by noon.
I have no complaints about the way I was treated or the service experience. I do have issues (thus the 3 stars) with the consistency of Napa Ford's service department. I have been a long time Ford owner and have used Napa Ford for both purchasing and service. They have improved their service department over the last 2-3 years but I believe they need to do better.

I had a warning light come on saying that one of my brake lights was out. I made an appointment online, went in, and was helped immediately. I also needed an oil change, so got "The Works" along with the new brake light (which wasn't an easy process and thankfully a few techs were able to team up to make it a quicker process than it could have been) all in under two hours.
While I waited in their waiting room with wifi, I was able to work and received constant updates about the status of my vehicle. A great service and I'll be back for regular maintenance in the future.

Extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism offered up by all staff at Napa Ford. Each time I go back, I always greeted by a positive employee who carefully listens to why I'm there. My sales person even showed up on their day off to finalize the deal, willingly! I've bought from Napa Ford in the past. The sales department was helpful. My last purchase was about three years ago. We went in to buy my daughter a new Ford Bronco. The sales department was terrible. Absolutely zero help. Plus, the sales people had friends hanging out at their desk. They didn't even acknowledge our presence in the building.
When we finally tore one sales person away to ask some questions, the person was rude, short and no help at all. We asked to talk to a manager. He was a piece of work. Again no help and very unprofessional. I would tell you to go to over to Ford in Fairfield. Much better service. This place sucks. Don't even waste your energy going here. Worst service ever.

I want to follow up my previous post. I took my car in today for the repair, told Areli at the counter of my frustration with my experience and she said let me see what I can do. She called me later today, letting me know she was able to get the repair covered by Ford, and that she was happy to help, and apologized for me not receiving a return call from my messages. I am very appreciative she made the effort to make it right for me! I will be changing my review to 5 stars!

They have maintained my f-150 from the windshield wipers to a new motor and everything in between with no problems at all, even during covid. After getting my yearly service they replaced part they said were bad, but turned out to be something else. Opened up my dashboard and put it back on damaging it in the process and other problems, to many to list. They don't guarantee there work and chose not to even call me back or make any attempt to contact me. There ya go! Disregard any generic responses under this review

Let's start with the fact that I am a Ford person. I always buy Fords. Usually the experience has been adequate at Napa Ford. My last purchase was three years ago. They had friends hanging out at the their desks and seemed bothered that customers were coming into their hangout session. I will NEVER buy a Ford at Napa Ford again. We went down the street to Kastner Honda and it was like night and day. They were friendly, helpful and professional. If you plan to buy a Ford, go elsewhere. This place sucks.

Jesus did a great job of keeping communication open and frequent through the process. When Jesus wasn't available, Sean A. stepped in to help so we were never left wondering what was going on or any questions unanswered. Everything happened as they said it would and I didn't feel there was any dishonesty at anytime. In fact, when I went to pick up the vehicle and sign papers, the APR and down payment were both less than what I had agreed to over the phone! Amazing. 20yrs and 15 vehicles purchased, and this was the first dealership to find me a lower rate and lower down payment after already finding a good deal for me.

First, ignore any generic responses under this review. I have called, emailed and texted with zero response. Plus shouldn't they call me? I already lost my money, don't loose your hard earned dollars at Napa Ford. As a large family of Ford stockholders this seems counterproductive. During service Napa Ford has ruined my interior, my door doesn't shut, struggled to replace the torsion bar, left the tags on replacement hoses resting on the exhaust pipe to start a fire, left screws and my cup holder spring on my floor mat, greasy hand prints all over my dashboard and interior had my truck for a month and sent me home in a possibly unsafe truck.
Me and my family are not confident we are safe after Napa Ford service department and inept mechanics ruined my truck. This was quite a surprise! For 10 years Napa Ford has serviced my F150 and except for the transmission has replaced everything including a new motor with no problems, even during covid. Now, not so much. They could have fixed there mistakes in a few hours but chose to loose tens of thousands of dollars in sales and service instead, plus the business they loose from this review.
As generations of Ford stockholders this is very concerning. Our family and friends that we used to always send to Napa Ford will find another dealership who cares about our safety, because Ford is the best. Seeking out a car I saw posted online, I got in touch with Jerrid, who was pleasant, clear, and well-informed on the phone. There were other similar vehicles on the market at competitive prices, and Jerrid was persistent, at one point musing about how he could get the car to my home, many dozens of miles away, so I could test drive it. I made an appointment and made the long journey from my coastal home to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon.
Before the day was out, I had made a purchase I felt good about, as well as a warranty and financing. Danny, the sales manager, worked with Rick in finance to make sure I got competitive financing and a right-fit warranty. I walked in set on a third-party warranty, but after Rick carefully explained the costs and benefits of both approaches, I was able to make an informed decision.
At every stage of my exploration and purchase, I was treated with respect and care by every person at the dealership. There appeared to be an easy synergy to the team here, and it created a casual yet entirely professional vibe that put me at ease. It's been a week that I have had my newish car, and I am genuinely enjoying it. Part of that enjoyment was created by the experiences I had with these people. Many thanks!

My steering went out and & after looking up what it could possibly be, I saw that there was a factory recall on a part in the steering column, and if that was deemed the issue, it would be replaced free of charge. I contacted the service department over a week ago and still haven't heard one word from them. Thanks for nothing Ford.

We called this place because we were interested in getting the Tesla model x. Test drove it and was interested in purchasing it. When we came back from the test drive they "the previous" people looking at the car is coming back to purchase it. Ummmm aren't we supposed to get first dibs because we are currently here looking at the car. Previous people didn't put a down payment or anything. NOT FAIR

I would not recommend ordering a vehicle from this dealership; I can not speak on visiting the dealership in person. I was sold a vehicle that was claimed as brand new condition, but when I received the vehicle at my house it was not in brand new condition. The vehicle came with multiple scratches on the body and wheels. The driver who picked up my vehicle documented all of the damage and had it signed by the sales manager before loading the vehicle on his enclosed trailer.
When I contacted the sales manager who signed off on the car with damages, he told me that the car was in perfect condition before it left the lot. He also told me that I would need to deal directly with the transport company regarding any vehicle damage. Once I told him that the document had his signature on it and that I had my attorney on standby, he immediately changed his attitude and asked me to send photos of the damage.
I sent him photos of the damage, and the following day he told me that his body shop could take care of everything for $450. I told my body shop what he stated, and they laughed at me; they told me just from looking at the vehicle in person that it would cost well over $3,000 to repair the vehicle, I now have the estimate, and it is at $6,900. I live five and a half hours away from the dealership, and the sales manager suggested I bring the vehicle back so that he could fix it for $450.
The sales manager is conveniently on a 10-day vacation now, so I do not have a point of contact; I contacted the CEO and have not heard back from him. Keep in mind that I put down $36,500 on this car. My intention was and is to keep this vehicle long term hence the down payment. I will give them some time to respond to me; if I do not hear back from anyone, I will allow my attorney to handle it.

If there wasn't enough already. I still haven't received my License Plates. No this isn't an issue with the DMV. I purchased on 8/4/2020. Two weeks ago I went in to address the plates. I was told that the DMV called and the amount paid was short to the DMV by $5 and that they sent in the additional $5, and I should receive my plates in a couple days. When they were missing a signature they contacted me nonstop for that signature. They lie.

Took my F-150 in to see if they could retrieve the code for my keyless entry. It hasn't been used in ages and the code card was lost. Due to the age of the truck.2008.there was no record. Steven Archer and crew.(Jarod Young and Carlos Molina) were so nice and helpful.they were able to get me a new code! Gratis! They did this all about 20 minutes before closing time. I'm so impressed with the service I received! I'm from Vacaville, but I will go the extra few miles and go to Napa Ford for my future needs. I suggest you do tge same. Thank you so much guys!

Purchased my F150 back in March the sales woman (pic )who helped me was friendly and helpful made this usually boring and long experience, quick so thank you to her I appreciate it. Fast forward to now: Went in for my first oil change with my newly purchased vehicle not only was the sales staff fantastic but so was the service staff. Paul was the employee who helped me when I came in to get oil change he was so friendly and upbeat he would cheer anyone up.
He was very knowledgeable about my truck and also services. After my trucks short stay to get serviced they took extra precaution to sanitize my truck at the end of service before returning to me. Wow what a great location all around!
