Yesterday we went to Livermore Honda as we had appointment with Sam. Sam was very helpful and polite. We ended up getting a good deal on our suv. Tod the GM and Mike Chavez the finance manager was also amazing. Highly recommend Livermore Honda.

Went in to get a quote on a 2022 Honda Civic EX-L. Everything was great at first, we agreed on a price and they had told us they would contact us once the car was close to arriving. A month and a half later, they contact us with a price that was VERY different from what they had told us initially. It was a difference of $3,000 and they claimed it was a mark up that had accumulated over the last month.

I feel that it is so unprofessional to change the price on a deal that we had already agreed on. The fact that we waited that long for the car just for them to switch everything up was terrible. Go to Mistlin Honda in Modesto, they sell their cars at regular price and provide excellent customer service. Ended up purchasing from them.

Great service, great people and, of course great car. Also, Honda team went extra steps to bring back my old car to my place that is more than 70 miles away. I am really fortunate that I had chance to buy car at Livermore Honda!

Nabi, Aziz, and Sam helped the process of buying my first car relatively easy. I had a few factors that made it more difficult on me but also for everyone that helped me. They helped me work through it every step of the way. Everyone was extremely helpful but especially Sam. He followed me to Modesto to get a signature from my co signer. They went above and beyond. They included a few additional free perks for when I'm in Livermore which was extremely thoughtful. Thanks everyone!

The most fun I've ever had buying a car. Salesman Jim Bautista was a pleasure to work with. He made the process quick and easy. He took the time to explain all the features of my new car to me which I greatly appreciated. Everyone at Livermore Honda was courteous and made me feel comfortable. I was referred to Livermore Honda had a good experience with them. It took well over 4 months for me to finally receive my car but I decided to wait and purchase from them due to their customer service & my referral. My sales rep, Qadeer Nabi, was very helpful through the process. He called me regularly to tell me updates about the status of my vehicle. Aziz also made my purchase go smoothly. To start, I have been a long time lover of all that's Toyota. I have owned two different Camrys, and I purchased both from Livermore Toyota. So that being said, I went to Livermore Toyota to buy my 3rd Toyota. Well, they left a very dissatisfied with my recent visit there, so we decided to try Honda or Livermore. And that's when we met Alec Ortega and Rocky B. They're both Rockstars in my book and they made this normally painful process very easy.

To start, they had a great selection (for the time). They had lots of Honda Pilots (both used and new), along with a bunch of other great cars. When we got to the lot, we were quickly greeted by Rocky. He asked what we were looking for, and walked us around the lot and showed us there inventory. We had told Rocky that we had a car that we wanted to trade-in, and use towards a new car.

He said, "not a problem, let's go test drive one." He grabbed the keys to a used Pilot, that had the miles, features, and color we wanted. We went ahead and test drove it. While we were testing it out, Rocky made us aware of all the safety features at came with the car. He was very knowledgeable about the products he sells and it shows. Once we came back to the lot, he introduce me to Alec Ortega. Alec helped us with the pricing on the car, broke down payment plans, interest rates, and was just great guy to work with.

This whole time, neither myself or my wife felt pressured to buy at all (which I could not say the same about Toyota). After Alec gave us the breakdown, I told him I needed a night to sleep on it, and also bring in our trade-in. One thing I really liked about Livermore Honda that Toyota wouldn't accommodate was, they gave me a serious quote on my trade in and didn't try to low-ball me. Toyota wouldn't even attempt to give me a serious quote on my trade in.

On the following day, we purchased the car and again, they made it easy. I would also like to point out, Alec reached out to me the night we purchased the car and the following day, just to see if we were enjoy the car. That was very, very nice of him. It shows he cares about his customers and their recent purchase.

Sam and Aziz were fantastic! Didn't catch the manager's name, but he was also very nice. Sam was my salesperson, and he was extremely helpful with showing me all of the features of the car and Aziz was very thorough with his explanations of everything in finance. I typically stop by Livermore Honda to grab parts for my Honda Civic. The parts department is always helpful, and very friendly. Only warning is that the parts department closes earlier than the actual dealership. Call ahead to see what time they close it is different the is listed on Yelp.

This is Jordan's dad Doug. I want to thank Sam for his assistance, my wife and I came in to look at a used Toyota Sienna, Sam met us at the car, he was very courteous and professional. We ended up coming back the next day to purchase the vehicle. Sam went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and he helped in getting us the van. All through the process Sam was great, he even made sure the van was detailed to his liking before he let us take it. I highly recommend Sam, he is a breath of fresh air in the used car salesman world. Never did we feel pressured.

About a month ago I bought a new Honda Accord Hybrid from this dealership. And I must say that Livermore Honda is not like dealers of old that I have dealt with over the years, that always seem to try to screw you not only on the purchase price, financing and trade-in price as well. Not only was the sale low pressure, I feel very happy with the price I paid for my new car and what I received for my trade-in.

And to top things off, they offered (yes OFFERED) to repair (for free) a bumper I damaged by shutting my garage door on it, just a few days after I bought it. That is unheard of for a car dealer to do I think. If you get a chance, try to work with Brian (the sales manager) and/or Tony Zita. As their both about as pleasant to work with, as they come, in my viewpoint.

Brought my van in for repairs. It needed a new body control module. They said they fixed it and brought it home it was having the same problems. I brought it back and they said they accidentally replaced the wrong part and will fix it no cost Five stars for honesty at a dealership. That's amazing right there

I did end up buying the car, but not without many bad experiences. First. While going over the finance options they included the costs of extended warranty without asking me if I wanted it. I caught it and had them remove it. Second. I was unable to take possession of the car. They promised to deliver it to me the next day after cleaning. It was delivered 5 days late with little communication.

Lots of phone tag trying to get info on the delivery. Third. Upon delivery the windshield was chipped. I have sent multiple messages with no response. And it has been 2 weeks since delivery with no response. I am left to incur the cost of repair. Disappointed with the dealer who, throughout the sale told me to let them know if I needed anything, but once the sale went through has not returned my calls.

I bought a 2021 Honda Civic from QADEER NABI on 30 September 2021. On the same day, I paid $1,256 for accessories and installation. QADEER NABI took my money, told me my car was ready to go, and thanked me for my purchase. I discovered my accessories had not been installed and contacted QADEER who told me to ".come to the dealership talk to the manager and he will fixed the issue." On 1 October, I drove 36 miles back to Livermore Honda and asked for the Sales Manager.

No manager ever asked how they could help a customer who bought a $32,683 car from them just a few hours earlier. I met with DEEPIKA K on 1 October and made a 5 October appointment for accessory installation. ***I drove 36 miles back to Livermore Honda on 5 October and again, left without my $1,256 in pre-paid accessories installed.*** During my 5 October appointment, JOE WHITE told me my accessories had not been ordered.

Then JOE assured me my parts would arrive within 2-3 days. JOE called me on 6 October to tell me my parts had arrived. Livermore Honda misinformed me. Livermore Honda misdirected me. I find it impossible trust Livermore Honda: -- TONY ZITA - General Manager -- MIKE CHAVEZ - Manager, Sales -- QADEER NABI - Salesperson -- DEEPIKA K - Service Department -- JOE WHITE - Service Department My service was completed on 13 October, the next day I was available. ***No one from Livermore Honda has followed-up with me either.***

I was very happy with my experience, it did take a little back and forth but overall they heard my requests and gave me what I was looking for. The pricing on the car I purchased was very fair and in great condition. I would like to thank Salesman Ray and Conner and General Manager Mike for staying late and getting me into the car I wanted. Absolutely the worst dealership in Livermore. If you have the choice, go to Dublin Honda. I have literally been waiting to get the windshield on my used vehicle fixed since I purchased it 2 months ago. I have called, left messages, spoken to service managers and it seems that they have no clue how to order a windshield, call somebody to install it and call the customer back to schedule. I won't name names here, but this dealership and its employees are very incompetent at this location. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Where is the rating for less than 1 star when you need it? We walked onto the lot, and into the dealership to purchase an Accord. After letting them know which model we wanted, the sales rep asked us to wait a bit, then walked over and spoke with another sales rep. The 2nd guy came to us, as the 1st guy drove up in an Accord (which wasn't the model we wanted).

As we spoke with him, and walked out the door to the vehicle; I again let him know that it wasn't the model we were looking for. His response "well, come back if you change your mind". They showed absolutely NO interest is seeing if he could get the vehicle, or if they could help us. Nor did they make any suggestions if anything else can be done to find the correct vehicle.

Mind you, we walked in with check in hand, ready to buy.not look. We walked out, went to a different dealership the same day, and paid cash for the one we wanted. Done deal. Save yourself the dissatisfaction of crappy service, and go to a different dealership if you're in the market for a Honda. This dealership is horrible. Period. Poor attitudes, uninterested, and really didn't give a crap.

People in the service department do not comply with mask rule. I saw a few people without masks and the guy at the service desk I talked to seem to be very careless with wearing mask. The guy also is very rude and have a bad attitude. Instead of helping to solve the issue, he's more interested in charging diagnostic fee on a brand new 2021 Honda with 500 miles on it and throughout the conversation, he displayed gotcha smirk and said "you don't have to come here", which I will never.

I was in the market for a car that's reliable. I had gone to a couple of dealerships prior to this one. No one was willing to work with the loan I had. Yes, I did go with my personal credit Union loan. I had a number in mind that I only wanted to spend. Marcos was able to advocate for me with his manager. A few days later I got a call saying that they were willing to work with me and my loan.

All I can say is that Marcos customer service is on point. More dealerships need people like him that don't try to override the customers needs. Side note: they have a industrial coffee machine that has a whole bunch of options that vary. Highly recommend checking it out.

I feel 5 stars is not enough. My son was interested in the Honda Civic Hatchback. LC provided top notch service even when we didn't have a scheduled appointment. LC was polite, friendly and straightforward. I could see LC took more time and care with us knowing it was my sons first car purchase. He was very thorough going over all of the details of the car and helped get him into a payment he was comfortable with. LC provided my son with valuable advice on credit and how to even improve his credit score as if he was talking to his own son.

He went above and beyond what any salesman would normally do. This is not my first child to buy a car from Livermore Honda. Our family will continue to shop here for the great service.
