So I rent a car with that company and they are totally waste of money, they asked for security deposit and after I return the car they start looking for damages to take your money out of your pocket! Really bad experience

I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use this company. I booked a rental 1 month in advance. The day before collection, I called the company to confirm the delivery to be told the vehicle had been involved in an accident the night before and was no longer available. I heard from other local companies that this is a tactic used when the company runs out of cars. We ended up getting a car from another company which was too small and had a big impact on our driving experience in the Keys. GO ELSEWHERE!

Hands down the WORST rental company I have every experienced or dealt with. Wish I could give it NO stars. Have never been disrespected by any one the way I did by the owner of this company. He yelled at the top of his lungs at me and would not let me even speak. The key of the car slipped into the trunk while I was there and called to find out what I could do.

Instead of him helping me out and explaining my options, I was told that this was "all my fault." When I told him that this was not the way anyone should treat their customers and basic business ethic teaches you that the customer is always right he responded by telling me I was wrong. I did end up getting an apology but not by him but rather by his employee who had to apologize on behalf of his boss.that is a first.

Even though I got an apology still paid $250 and was not compensated for the utter disrespect. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Not only did I not get the car I was promised, a red car and it was yellow instead (the website does not say or equivalent it says that you will get that car, which is FALSE) but the car itself has a lot of malfunctions, the drivers seat didn't even go backwards so I couldn't get it to sit me well and had to drive uncomfortably the whole time I had rented the car. Additionally, if anything was to go wrong with the car, God help you.
