Jordan Soto reached out to me literally less than 24 hours from my online inquiry and made this transaction as simple as possible. He was EXTREMELY responsive and was able to answer all my questions and had the paperwork ready for me by the time I went into the dealership. By the time i got into the center, he made it as efficient as possible to get my questions answered and avoid the haggling. Joseph Minister is a class act! The entire team that helped us a Lexus of Pleasanton is top notch. I called in the morning and spoke with the sales manager, who never introduced himself with his title only gave me his name, Greg. I let him know that I was interested in the ES300H but only in the pearl white and asked if he had any in stock or on their way into his store.

I said would be there in a few hours. When we arrived Joseph was outside and welcomed us as we walked up and opened the doors for us, I let him know I had spoken with Greg earlier and he said he would have a car for us to check out. Greg came over and greeted us and warmly handed us off to Joseph. The car was pulled out off to the side, still had the plastic around many areas and throughout the inside of the car.

It was exactly what I was looking for! Joseph explained step by step details, the transaction of the sale, and future benefits. His professional demeanor and the whole team we interacted with was nothing less than I would have expected at a luxury car dealer. My car was presented to me with a giant red bow in their side room, great photo opportunity, and detailed instructions on the basic functions.

My car was cleaned and detailed and I drove home in my brand new 2022 ES300H, pearl white with Palomino interior! I plan to come back to this place for my car maintenance and service needs. I was made to feel like a VIP in this place by Greg, Joseph, and the entire team we interacted with at Lexis of Pleasanton.

I recently purchased a new NX350h here at the end of March. Everyone was friendly and did their best to expedite the process, even when the payment process ended up being a bit longer than expected. Gavin Lam went over and beyond to keep us posted regarding updates on new hybrids coming in-as well as accommodating my entire family being there, so this review is really for him.

I always have had excellent service at Lexus of Pleasanton. I have had a number of service managers and they are all professional. They do all they can to get me in and out in a most timely manner. The service is unbeatable. They now offer their customers a video of the mechanic servicing your car and talking through each item he is looking at. I highly recommend Lexus of Pleasanton for purchasing a vehicle or for service.
