This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. The entire team who worked on my trade and purchase were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly service oriented. Dave and Marat in sales both helped me on different days depending one who was on the floor. Brian their finance manager did such an excellent job identifying several outstanding options that I financed with them vs my own bank which I was pre approved.
I was greeted by their sales manager Ryan as a last step and the entire experience was stress free and quite honestly enjoyable. No hidden fees, pushy sales tactics, fake negotiations etc. We will buy from this team again. Thanks Saratoga Honda.

We worked with Taylor Clark to get a new to us Passport, it was a fantastic experience. He was super easy to work with, helpful, not pushy at all. He was also super kind and patient as we had our 3yo with us. He took the time to be sure we got the information we wanted/needed, understood everything and made for a seamless process. George in fiance was also great and helpful.
The detail and glass coat were done very well and efficiently. Overall great experience, never had to wait around for anything and great communication from start to finish. Everyone we encountered at Saratoga Honda was kind, knowledgeable and down to earth.

After car shopping off and on for months, we decided to head to Saratoga Honda. Hands down the best experience we've had since we started looking. Everyone was very welcoming. My family is tall so it was frustrating going to other dealerships and not being able to sit in or drive the actual vehicles we were looking at. At Saratoga Honda they had all models on hand. Matt helped us find our new Passport.

Buying a vehicle from Saratoga Honda via salesman - David Minor - was a great experience. I requested a hold on a used Honda Clarity the day after it arrived, was able to drive it and purchase within a couple of hours. It was ready for pick up before needed and the entire process was simple and quick. I just got my 2022 Honda civic sport and I couldn't be more happy with not only the vehicle but my entire experience at Saratoga Honda. Chase was extremely friendly and responsive throughout my whole experience! He made sure I was able to leave with exactly what I wanted. This is my first time leasing a vehicle and he was able to answer all of my questions and make sure the entire process was quick and easy while still being patient!

Saratoga Honda decides to pull out of the purchase deal after I placed a $500 deposit and provided all the necessary documents for a 2021 Honda CRV EX. Why? Ryan, the general manager, stated the vehicle I purchased is not coming in and Honda will not fulfill the order. Next day, I called my salesman, David, and came to learn that the vehicle will be sold to someone locally.
Since I don't live in the immediate area, the dealership would not be able to make money off me on possible servicing and future purchases. I am appalled at the way Saratoga Honda handles their business and blatantly lies to the customers on the phone. If you do not want to sell me the vehicle, just be honest. Bad taste in my mouth with this dealership.

We visited Saratoga Honda while on a trip to the area. We met with Fredi Alao who was excellent. Ultimately, we decided on another car brand but I am leaving this review because Fredi was the best car salesman we met throughout our entire car search process (and we met quite a few). I would highly, highly recommend dealing with Fredi if anyone is in the market for a Honda. Thank you for the wonderful service.

BUYERS BEWARE! If I could give this dealership less than one star I would have. Bought a beautiful used Hyundai (cash) from them on 7/24 and as of this post I have only had it in my possession for 1 day! To start with they fraudulently sold me a vehicle with a valid inspection sticker, only to find out that it had a broken steel belt in one of the tires - should not have passed inspection!
Totally against the law. Next, they fraudulently misrepresented the the odometer reading (increasing it) on not just one, but every document they gave us, including the title! When we asked for an additional warranty coverage due to these issues, we were told that we were given a loaner that was better than our vehicle and we were being UNREASONABLE! Ridiculous!
I wouldn't buy that Honda piece of crap for any amount of money! My husband is a master auto technician, and in his 43 years in the business, working for many dealers in the capital region, he has never seen a customer treated this way, when it is clear the dealership is totally in the wrong! This dealership is fraudulent from the get go and interested in nothing but making a quick buck.
If you are looking for a vehicle, trust me, go elsewhere. You will only get ripped off. Pay attention to whatever documents they give you. Will definitely be contacting both the State Attorney General and the DMV!

Such a stressful Thursday morning for me didn't even have an appointment for service, still came in with a flat tire and as I entered the service garage doors. I was greeted by 2 of the most professional driver guys I've ever dealt with in a while as they gathered my information off the vehicle they wore a prepared amount of protection such as gloves and masks, which made me felt very comfortable with dealing with the services they provided to offer after I was dealt on the phone by a service advisor and then, after I was done talking to the service advisor about all the info the greeters let me go out through the garage doors I entered, with simple instructions and great information the drive guys informed me they would give me a call, when my vehicle was finished I appreciate these services during these hard times.

During this COVID-19 scare, I called and set up an appointment for an oil change at this Honda dealer. I was told that they would be wearing masks and gloves. I only saw one guy with gloves on no mask I dealt with four different people who had no gloves or masks on. After walking around for an hour and 10 minutes my car was still not driven out. I walked the building and noticed that my car was parked outside and was not even touched.
I asked for my keys and my $50 back. A man came out and said " we are doing the best we can". Mind you he was rude. I told him I understood however there is no place to sit outside and there are other people standing out there putting me at risk. He then stated " we're not putting you at risk you're putting you at risk". Never will I go to this Honda again.
The saddest part is it was a very old man standing out there when I first arrived and he was still standing there when I left. And you can tell his feet were hurting him he kept picking one leg up at a time and leaning it on the building. There are no chairs outside for the elderly. Did I mention that they were trying to upsell me a transmission oil flush as well?

I recently had my Fit serviced at this location. I called when they opened with concerns about a loud rattling that was occurring (with a sense of urgency as I needed to travel the following day). The customer service representative got me in immediately and Melissa, the service associate I worked with, patiently took my many concerns/ confusion about what was going on with my vehicle.
She kept my informed throughout the day on service and they took care of the issue immediately. There were no pushy service sales and they didn't try to tack on additional service work irrelevant to the reason why I came in. I'll definitely visit this location for future maintenance, would recommend to other Honda users, and was very impressed with their team/location!

$2000 + in repairs! TIM HIGGINS, your dealership SARATOGA HONDA performs EXTENSIVE REPAIRS to used junk cars and sells them without telling the buyer, then MORE REPAIRS are needed after the sale. DO NOT TRUST. DON'T BE FOOLED: The amount of 5 star Google Reviews usually means the dealer is sending every new car buyer to the post a review. BEWARE.

I've heard a lot about Saratoga Honda since moving to the area in 2014, but as a 2000 Toyota owner at the time, had no need to visit the dealership. After my great grandfather decided to stop driving last year (at 96!), he gifted me his 2016 Honda Fit and I'd heard from others that the dealership had fair prices for oil changes, so when I was due for an oil change and had some dash lights popping on, I called to make an appointment and got in the next day at 9AM.
Service was excellent and fast, but honestly my favorite part may have been the waiting area at the dealership! Loved the space, the fact that HGTV was on, there were lots of people there chatting, it was clean, light & bright, upbeat, had a great refreshment area. I wanted to come back later with a book or some work -- it felt like a fun cafe, not a car dealership! Thank you

Having a hard time getting approved, or getting that low rate? Look no further, Saratoga Honda is the place to go! Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff who will work with you to get you the car to want. I've bought several new cars over the years, and this dealership, more than any other was by far the most accommodating and easiest to work with, to get me the vehicle and deal I wanted. I can say without any doubt, that all my future Honda purchases will be from Saratoga Honda.

I haven't been to Honda in forever because I bought a new car in 2010 and I went with a non Honda dealership ( it had nothing to do with not liking Honda it had to do with what I was comfortable with driving and they revamped the Honda so it wasn't comfortable for my body and I'm disabled so I have specific requirements). What did I dislike about Honda?
When I went on a test drive I was given a different car then the one I took home; how do I know because I could open the door handles easy on the car I drove and I had trouble opening the door handles on the car I bought and I'm disabled so this makes a difference. And it was one of my first car by so I don't know what to say or what to do. I'm still not good at buying car.
I don't go by myself either. I did however always like their service. They would schedule a time I could come in one of the service center people would go over the printout of all the entire itemized list of what they would take care of. And I would do the maintenance schedule they had so I can be sure my car was getting its "Health" inspections because just like people cars need to be taken care of beyond oil changes and simple repairs.
So they check the fluids, I think they rotated tires, they check the tires and the brakes, they looked at the belts and most the time whenever that was getting done there was an oil change involved. I always felt that they were very clear on what was getting Don and what it would cost me. The service area had decent cushy seats along with tea, coffee and soda.
The bathroom is clean and I got to get out of there reasonably quickly. If I thought the job would take longer I arranged to drop the car off the day before and pick it up the next day and again they went over all repairs with me. And they were good about answering questions like why do you think I'll need brakes or when do you think I'll need tires.
I never had any issues with my car after I paid. The only other advice I can give for people buying cars and future repairs and maintenance when you buy a car make sure there's a dealership near where you live it can be a nuisance to travel far, even 30 to 40 minutes can be far to get your repairs done. What a waste of time! Very poor customer service. Sold me a vehicle missing rear seat head rests. Safety equipment - very critical! When I requested they provide them manager tells me 1) Go get them on internet! and 2) The emails you send back to a salesman go to general mail box and aren't really read or acted on. Then - I get a follow up from head honcho asking how recent request was handled.
I reply back with details and that it was totally unsatisfactory - and guess what - no answer back! I guess my response went to their general box that they don't read! Imagine selling a vehicle missing critical safety equipment! My recommendation - stay away from this dealership!

Got an email from the sales guy asking me if I was still interested in their car. I've noticed they had to drop the price considerably after the car sat there for a few months. Told them it was too late, I bought from their competitor down the road, got a much better deal and was much more comfortable with the competitors openness. SH seems to have good inventory but lousy sales practices.

The family and I were in Saratoga Springs visiting from Philadelphia when the infamous check engine light came on followed by almost every other light on my 2009 Pilot. Called into Saratoga Honda who told me to come right over. Within a few minutes they had diagnose the problem. They had it fixed after an hour, and turned out to be something covered by the extended warranty and so the service was free. Enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, snacks and soda in the very comfortable lounge while I waited for my car.
The associate kept me updated throughout the process. It's a beautiful and new looking shop attached to the dealership. Everyone was so nice. Highly recommend Saratoga Honda.

While we were travelling through Saratoga Springs, the 'low tire pressure' light went on. We went to Saratoga Honda to have the car checked. The performed a multi point inspection, and set all tire pressures to spec. They did not charge us at all, and gave us a free car wash. The took us at the scheduled appointment time, were efficient and honest. I highly recommend Saratoga Honda.

I brought my mom's car here for an air bag recall. The staff here are great, but that's about the only good thing I can find here RIGHT NOW. This dealer is having growing pains - very necessary growing pains. So at the moment, it's a little cramped and unpleasant. The parking lot is uneven and packed. The waiting room is too small. The service guys hardly have enough room for themselves and to navigate back and forth to things like printers, and they don't have room for customer chairs. My review is based on that experience. I have no clue how much longer it will take for the expansion to complete. I'm sure it will be a lot better once it's done.
