Welcome to Byers Ford Lincoln Mercury Founded in 1897, Byers' service to the transportation requirements of central Ohio pre-dates even the invention of the automobile. What most folks don't realize is that Byers' 1st involvement in transportation was in selling horses and buggies to the traveling public in the late 1800s.

Keaton and Bob were amazing! They were extremely helpful with my situation. They worked with me on pricing and my trade in value. They were genuinely interested in what would work for me, and they made the entire process very easy. I would highly recommend going to talk with them about your next car purchase!

My experience with Byers Ford service was a very positive one! Many thanks to Carson Trafzer who was my service point of contact. He listened to me and understood what was important to this car enthusiast - thank you! I also want to thank those that took good care of my car while in their possession. For people like me, it can be somewhat stressful taking your pride and joy in for service. Carson kept me informed and communicated important information to the service team members working on my car. Getting the car back on-time, as-promised without any issues had me relieved and very happy. I look forward to working with Carson and the Byers Ford team for my next service.

I recently bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee here. I worked with Alexis Skinner and she did an amazing job helping to get me the best possible rate and make the buying experience so easy for me. It's 3 hours away from my hometown and all of the details were sorted out on the phone. It was pouring down rain the day I drove 3 hours to pick up my jeep and Alexis made sure to come outside with me to go over every detail she possibly could about my new vehicle.
She definitely did her research to make sure I knew everything possible about my car. The finance team was amazing as well and made everything about signing a billion papers for a vehicle purchase go very smoothly! Would definitely recommend purchasing with Byers Ford!

I special ordered a new truck back in July 2021. Due to Ford/Covid/supply chain issues (not Byers fault), the truck production was delayed. I had not previously ordered from Byers so did not know what to expect when picking up the truck. I was VERY relieved and pleased that Byers kept their word and honored the pricing that we discussed when I ordered the truck. Nick, Keaton, and Steve were all great! NO PRESSURE to purchase anything that I did not want. I would highly recommend Byers Ford.

I worked with Keaton and the staff at Byers Ford on the purchase of a Mustang Mach E. It took nearly a year for the car to be delivered and Keaton was always available to give me updates throughout. While some dealers have been marking up these high demand vehicles, even on orders, Byers Ford honored all of their commitments and did things the right way.
I had bought a new vehicle from Byers Volvo a couple of years ago and had a similar top notch experience. I will continue to give Byers dealerships preference when in the market for new vehicles in the future. Highly recommended.

I have purchased my last three vehicles from Byers. I live 90 miles away, and still do not hesitate to make the trip. The staff have all been consistent with all three sales. They have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure customer satisfaction is achieved. I can say enough positive things about these guys. I will definitely shop here again when I need another vehicle.

My truck was towed there. Next day a Byers representative contacted me about my truck. We discussed what I thought was wrong. They analyzed the truck and created a quote with parts needed. The timeline was so fast and effective. The parts were ordered. When they arrived the truck was done over the weekend. Only took 8 days total including ordering parts. Great experience highly to recommend!

I drove almost 4 hours to get to the dealership and I was not disappointed. This was the best car sales experience I have ever had! John G. went the extra mile to make sure I knew what I was getting before I took the trip to see the suv. In addition to the Nissan being a great price, they made sure it was fully serviced and detailed before I purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend purchasing from this dealership even if you have to drive a couple of hours to get there.

Just took delivery of my 2022 Maverick XLT. Ordered back in August and was a bit nervous having seen some forum posts about dealer markups and other such funny business. I loved how everyone at Byers was no nonsense and straight forward, nothing weird. Jeff Ashbrook was awesome to work with and made the delivery process super easy and pleasant. Very happy to have ordered with this dealership and would highly recommend! Would certainly work with them again and again for any new vehicle order.

A) Rewarding Buying Process from beginning to final purchase, at Byers Ford, Delaware, Ohio 43015. B) Having bought many foreign cars over many years, this time I bought my first American-made FORD vehicle [Expedition 4x4 2021, White SUV]. Critical thoughts: Subaru, e.g., offers AWD + Torque Converter Assist automatically when bought; in contrast, FORD Motor Company begins with a 2WD, rear power source, and when one buys a 4x4 one also needs to pay extra for the Torque Converter addition, an engineering necessity in my opinion. C) After visiting with a number of FORD Dealerships I finally went to Byers Ford, away from my immediate community. Results: welcoming, friendly staff, 'active listeners' [that is, never interrupting, and then fully and patiently answering each of my many questions], the best trade-in allowance for my KIA Telluride + best prices for additional warrantees.
Total difference from the other Dealerships: over $5,000.00. No 'high pressure' sales methods, none whatsoever. D) John Grijak, Sales Manager--who directly sold me my new Insolent Chariot--Bill Thorpe, Finance Manager, who effortlessly processed the many necessary documents needed to complete the sale, and Dan Perry, General Sales Manager [intervened expertly in the Service Dept. to immediately resolve a problem]. Excellent, professional staff. E) I highly recommend Byers Ford Dealership without any reservations, to other consumers. F) Small tip: the rear, required license plate section already has four [4] predrilled holes with metal 'female inserts' if you would like your license plate to be maximally supported against snow, ice, wind and so forth. Most cordially, Fred, Worthington, Ohio resident

To start off if I could give more than five stars I definitely would. I recently purchased a truck from Byers Ford and hands-down received the best Service I have ever had buying a vehicle. I had looked at a few trucks at different dealerships and not a single sales person would take me seriously until I went to Byers. It seems like being in your 20s at times when you go to buy things you are definitely not took seriously, as soon as I walked in the door Mark U had me test driving the exact super duty I had been trying to find for months.
After the test drive the whole team in sales started right away in helping me get extremely reasonable trade in value on the vehicle I currently had and got me set up and financed where I felt comfortable. I am extremely grateful for the people at Byers that helped me purchase my 2019 F350.

I purchased a 2021 F150 Lariat PowerBoost. The purchase was simple due to the fact that I was purchasing a difficult to find vehicle so negotiation was very minimal. They offered a fair trade allowance without a hassle. There seemed to be vert little effort towards making us feel like valued customers or retain us for future purchases. I realize that there is not a lot of motivation for a dealer to invest in that effort but on a $70k truck you would expect at least a cup or a hat.
A bed liner would also have been nice. When I asked about it I was told they are cheap, go get one. I also asked about tires, I was told they aren't a tire company. They said they can't register my truck for me with the state due to an out-of-state trade. One reason I bought now was to avoid a trip to the BMV to register a vehicle for a month.
I have traded out-of-state multiple times in the past with no issue. They still charged a doc fee for the trade but I got the feeling that they just didn't want to mess with the registering the truck, especially since it was late on a Saturday. The salesman's knowledge of the truck was limited, possibly due to them moving through the lot so fast that the salespeople don't have time to acclimate themselves.
I had Googled most things before arriving but there are some options that are tricky. The keyless entry number pad code is still missing. I can get it by pulling up a trim piece inside the cab but I shouldn't have to risk breaking a retainer clip to get my code. Would I recommend this dealer? I can honestly say I would not send someone there specifically. Would I go there again? Yes, if they had a vehicle I wanted but I wouldn't make a special trip to Delaware based on anything Byer's Ford did.

My experience wasn't all that great. My salesman Tim was very nice and knowledgeable, but I did not realize that they were like Carmax, their listing price is their selling price. No one told me that there was not any wiggle room from where they had the car listed. After wasting a couple days of my time, I ended up buying essentially the same car at another dealership for less money.

They have a traditional buying experience but that is not the issue with the Byers Ford. They lack attention to cleanliness and respect for the coronavirus standards. The entire sales team did not practice social distancing and masks were more optional than standard. The sales agent handed me pens, his dirty key board without cleaning it before I use the same tools.
There was zero wiping of the car with disinfectant prior to the test drive or before taking the car home. The general cleaning practices of the office are missing let alone enhanced cleaning protections to the customer in these new times. If you take the current standards to prevent the spread of Covis-19 serious do not buy a car here.

I bought my car from here about 6 months ago and the walk through and signing of papers went very smooth! However, when I scheduled some work to be done I drove almost an hour for them to tell me they were unable to do any work on my car. Because they didn't do that work on Saturday's. I work all week long and only have weekends available to drive nearly an hour away and I was very frustrated when I specifically scheduled certain maintenances and the lady didn't bother to tell me!

Do not recommend there service department to anyone. Your vehicle will be there for 3 weeks no matter the repair. The advisors are always "with customers" never pick up the phone, never return voicemails left neither does the service manager. Bottom line is there is no communication what so ever about anything going on can't reach anyone.

I bought a 2017 Kia Optima at the end April from Byers Ford. The car papers mentioned that it was in a prior minor accident, but the sales people said everything was fixed. A few months later, I realized the break light on the same side where the previous accident was mentioned was not working properly. When I took a closer look I saw cracks on the side of the car all the way inside the door.
When I called the dealer (Byers Ford) Ron, the manager said they have nothing to do with the car or the fact that they sold me a car that was not properly fixed following a car accident. Dealerships should not be selling damaged cars that were in prior accidents and were not properly fixed. Also, this manager said that was my fault without even seeing the site. Sad, I will never buy from anyone who doesn't stand behind their commitment! Fortunately, Jim F. took great care of my car. Businesses should have more kind people like Jim.

Thank you to Josh Chadwick at BYERS FORD, DELAWARE! He went to lengths to get me ALL the EXACT features I wanted on the vehicle i had in mind. The process was easy after the vehicle arrived and I drove off, quite literally, i to the sunset in my new Ford Edge with all the bells and whistles I wanted. He shopped car loans for me and made fit it into my budget. I highly recommend Josh Chadwick as the guy you ASK FOR when you walk in today to get YOUR NEW RIDE!

Everyone was courteous and was extremely helpful. I also think the price for an oil change is much better than any jiffy lube type shops around my area and you know you are getting the right oil that is meant for your car. Also the sales people when buying a car don't jerk you around like other places. I will continue to buy from them in the future.

It's a fact: nobody actually enjoys the car-buying process. The staff at Byers Ford in Delaware did their very best to make the transaction as smooth as possible, and really went well out of their way to get exactly the car I wanted. The trade-in value for my non-Ford vehicle was more than fair, and at no time did I feel like I was not in control of the discussion.
The purchase experience was excellent. Service? Not so much. There was a major service incident months after the car was purchased, however. I had dropped the car off for a routine oil change, only to get a call from service manager Kevin the next day saying that the car had been "in an accident" and that I should start an insurance claim against it.
They wrecked my car, and wanted *ME* to start insurance? He said that it "must have popped out of gear sometime in the night" and rolled into another car. An insurance adjuster got to the bottom of it, though -- a service writer left it in neutral after checking the mileage that morning, causing it to roll away while sales staff watched. Nothing popped out of gear, it wasn't in the night, and they even watched it happen.
None of that knowledge prevented them from trying to push financial responsibility onto me for their negligence and resulting damage. Byers service wrecked my Mustang GT, lied about it, got caught, and had to pay. They offered me nothing as compensation for their mistake or for me to overlook their dishonesty, though they did fix the car. Be very careful with their service department, or better yet, don't even mess with them. I'll be taking mine to Krieger hereon.

I know that no one works harder than the team at Byers. Jeff Odebrecht, Josh Chadwick, Ron Boerner and Derek Newland are first class guys! Even though Jeff and Josh were taking care of us as salespersons, Mark Morgan and Nick Borgia were also extremely helpful in providing information that helped us make a sound decision. Nick does a stand up job in answering internet inquiries in an expedient and knowledgeable manner. And that GM, Chuck Greene, what a great guy! Great job Byers Ford.

I've always driven whatever cheap car my dad bought for me, until last year when I decided I needed a car that wasn't almost 20 years old. So I swung by Byers Ford and found myself the perfect car. I worked with John G. and he did an excellent job. He maintains a personal relationship with his clients and keeps in touch without being pushy.
I also get my car serviced there for oil changes and whatnot and it's always quality work with follow-up on any issues they see. When the time comes that I outgrow my current car I will definitely start with Byers Ford to get the next one.
