Great customer service! I purchased my 2016 Camaro SS last August of 2021. Few months later my check engine line turned on for an emissions code. I called Tracy the finance manger at Premier Dealer. She was really helpful and very professional just as she was when she initially sold me the car. With no hesitation she set me up with Maurice the shop manager at Premier Motors Service shop in Hayward of Industrial PKWY.

We ran diagnostic no charge and determined car should be covered under CA emission warranty. I then took car to dealer to see if dealer would honor emissions warranty but u unfortunately they did not claiming after market parts were installed in car. Long story short I brought car back to Maurice and he took freak care of me. Great customer service. Handled the emissions code by installing new cats.

Really helped me out! Helped me avoid dealer cost which is crazy! Thanks Tracy and thank you Maurice for excellent service. I recommended buying a car here! Beautiful sports cars available!

Wanted to buy a vehicle yesterday. without hesitation, I had 26k cash on me or financing with my bank whichever they preferred. Looked at the vehicle, was excited to purchase. The salesman seemed uninterested, to talk to me and was possibly judging me due to my appearance. would've been the easiest sale of his life if he showed a little enthusiasm about selling a vehicle. Goes to show you, how terrible these people are with their customer service. Me and wife just left and are never coming back

I bought my GMC from Premier Motors almost 3 years ago. Have to say they were the most fair and no nonsense dealership I've ever been to. Would definitely go back for another car when it comes time.

Terrible service, made an appointment to see an specific car. The car was backed up against the wall, I could not even look over the rear of the vehicle. I felt like they did not want me there. Go somewhere else don't waste your time here.

I came here to test drive a 2017 Ford Focus RS not anticipating a purchase. After test driving the car I was never pressured by anyone to make a purchase and it was made clear that if the car was right for me then great but if not then no hard feelings. This was such a refreshing approach to not have a sales person pressure me into making such a big investment without strong consideration first.

Before I test drove the car they needed to jump the car which I didn't think much of at first, but turned out the car had a bad battery. The team switched out the battery without hesitation which is to be expected from a good dealership, but where they really won my respect is when my shifter became loose. I thought the transmission went out and had the car towed to a Ford dealership to be fixed under manufacturer's warranty, but turned out it was the shifter that went out.

Since it was after market they did not cover it under warranty, but Tracy from Premier Motors covered the expense without hesitation. She also payed for an alignment of the car to be sure this wasn't what caused the shifter to pop loose. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality sports car with the peace of mind that they will have your back if something comes up. Thank you Tracy and company!

Came here to look at a GT350. Allan was very kind and professional and low pressure. When he had to help another customer he very professionally past me to another associate. Unfortunately, despite the fact that I was very seriously shopping, I was denied a test drive without confirming that I would buy the car same day. I apologized and said that I could not lie and guarantee I would drive a car I had never driven, and that put us at an impasse. I left without getting to drive the car.

I work in the automotive industry and I would have to say the customer service with this company hit five stars for me. Everyone was super friendly the environment was CAR I CANDY! If you're looking for that rare vehicle or just an unbelievably clean car this is the place for you. Almost forgot to mention the incredible rate they found and the representation of the car was spot on.

This dealership has been my family's go to. We have bought a few cars here and we always get great service. Right now due to covid appointments are necessary however, they allow you to test drive and also roam around their showroom. Overall, they're helpful, courteous, and Tina tries hard to get you a loan that works for you. I'm really happy with my new Range Rover!

Went to this "dealership" expecting a great experience but left with no words. The salesman was incredibly rude. I went to look at a 370z that was priced at 17k. They bought the car for less than 14k in the streets. I know this because it was posted on Craigslist by the owner! The out the door price in this "dealership" was 20k. There was many damages to the car and needed full maintenance/clutch. Do not come here! I am a salesperson myself at an actual dealership. DO NOT COME HERE! Pls come informed before getting robbed.

I recently bought a 2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV from Allen Shamshayoo. When I first arrived with my family I told my wife. This does not look like a dealership. I was greeted when I arrived by Allen. He is very professional and knows his stuff. He escorted me to the warehouse when the garaged opened up all I seen were nothing but top notch cars. All luxury Vehicles Everyone of them Super clean.

It was like being in a candy store. I felt like a little kid. The whole place and staff is very professional. Tracy was awesome too. She was able to get me Financed and ready to go. The service they provide is 2nd to none. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new used car. They really took good care of me.

Everyone was very kind and professional. The sales person was patient and polite. He simply showed me the car and answered my questions, no pushy sales pitch. The finance manager, Tracy, was friendly and competent. She worked really hard to find the terms I was satisfied with. I also appreciate how she effectively communicated every step of the process. My wife and I just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from Premier Motors and we're more than happy that we decided to stop by and take a look at that SUV. The truck was in mint condition, and we fell in love with it the very moment we saw it in person. We were going to trade in two cars, and the dealer offered a fair price for both. We had a very pleasant communication without any attempts to rip us off. I will certainly do business with them again!

People aren't very kind. When trying to negotiate a used car the sales rep was disrespectful, and made false promises (such as dealership wouldn't charge unnecessary fees, yet they did). Additionally, the dealership set the car's oil life to 100% WITHOUT actually changing the oil. who does this? This was later confirmed by the actual Cadillac dealership. I would NOT recommend using Premier motors as a dealer. please search elsewhere - it'll be worth it to avoid deceit and lies.

Bought a car from this place. Car looked very clean but afte the purchase it became quickly evident that it was a polished turd. Missing front fender liners bad brakes that were glazed and eventually needed a full pad and rotor swap, bad front wheel bearings and all four rims dented. I replaced all these things within the first few months of ownership.

They gave me some money to cover the cost of these items back but it definitely didnt cover everything and the time, headaches and annoyances I had having to prove and show the issues to them. It was a true pain the ass. They're lucky I'm a mechanic because otherwise id be out thousands by now. The people doing the appraisals and or inspections of the cars here missed a lot of things like another review mentioned.

Everyone was friendly and polite, but I dont think I'd buy a car from here again. I'm writing thiis review much later after finally getting the car to where it should have been at the purchase price.

I went to Premier Motors to test drive a Subaru wrx sti. I've been eyeing this car for a while but have yet to drive one so I scheduled a test drive. I was helped by their salesman, Alan and he was very quick to ask me how I plan on purchasing the vehicle. I told him that I wanted to get a feel of the vehicle and I'll be ready to buy soon but not today.

He immediately told me to turn around right after we left the driveway. He was extremely rude and stern with me about not letting me drive the car and left me with a terrible experience with them. I tried some small talk to ease the drive but he still did not care to be in the car with me. I will not be returning to this dealership to purchase a car.

I've made some bad choices in life but buying a car here was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made. Do yourself a favor and buy a car anywhere else than here. The amount of time and effort I have put in to fix the sleezey stuff these dirt bags did ruined the fun of owning a new car. Don't make the same mistakes I did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

First things first; I barely write any reviews, but when I do, it's either a really good experience or a bad one. Unfortunately it was the latter. Came in to their location as there was a specific car that I was pretty much gonna buy the same day. All i'm looking for was a nice person to somewhat work with me when it comes to the actual price.

First thing that I noticed was a guy barely coming in to work and asked me what I want. By the way, the salespersons name is PATRICK. Told him 'this car' and immediately just gave me the keys for test drive. We finally got to talk and as you would already know, nobody wants to walk out the door with msrp plus fees and taxes out the door, so I came with a number that is more than reasonable for him. Responded (Rudely) and basically said no, as if my offer was insulting.

I asked him then if he can at least somewhat work with the current price, and responded again, this time in a condescending manner. He basically said "bye bye" straight to my face to push me away. It was so disrespectful I immediately left the place. now take note that I'm still finding a way to be fair with my words as I am writing this review, but trust me, if you were in my position at the time, the way he talks will probably disgust and insult you too.

How can you not make the a simple sale? I was already sold, and he didn't need to actually 'sell' me the car. Also, its not like I was lowballing the price. I was dead serious about getting the car but the way he talked down on me was more than enough to not make the transaction. I also understand you want a big paycheck/ commission, as I'm also a salesperson myself, but you are just downright greedy.

The store just lost a sale and it's all because of him. He has absolutely no place in the car business as he has no people skills, rude, disrespectful and talks down to people. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. To the manager/supervisor that runs this place, you guys will CONTINUE to lose business if you continue with this mentality. Make sure to check out how your sales people talk to your customers. Hopefully you can also check the other reviews as they are pretty much legit.

All the one star reviews are perfectly legit and the only reason why it's a one star is because yelp doesn't have a 0 star option. I would also recommend taking your business and spend your money wisely somewhere else.

I recently purchased a beautiful Honda S2000 from Premier Motors. It is in pristine condition and low miles. The entire team was a dream to work with. I also got a wonderful trade in on my car. I've never had such an enjoyable experience purchasing a car. I hope others will stop by and check out the show room. You just might find the car of YOUR dreams

I was lucky to find a fairly uniquely optioned and low mileage car of the specific model I was searching for here. It's sort of one-of-a-kind which is what brought me to Premier after searching lots of inventories around the bay area. I was elsewhere seeing mostly mediocre options for trim levels and paint colors offered for the same model. Needless to say, after deliberation I traded in my once beloved sports sedan and left in a shiny muscle car.

Out of paranoia I had the car inspected at a local dealer but it got a clean bill of health to my relief. I had a couple snafus on my paperwork that I noticed after a few days of buying the car. When I let my salesman know, he had the office manager fix everything with a quick turnaround. The team was generally helpful and receptive to my followup questions by email and phone, at least more so than new car dealers are in my experience.

Had a good experience here, I purchased my vehicle almost a year ago and have had no issues with it. Not sure why so many people are upset about having to fill out a credit application to buy a car, if you need a loan, you have to do it or find some other bank or credit union to give you money. They are pretty firm on their list prices, however, I thought the tires on the vehicle they were selling were a couple months away from replacement, and they didn't want to budge. Still solid service, finance lady was very helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

I purchased a Chevrolet Silverado from this Dealership. The truck has a lot of extras. Very well taken care of, ran my own CarFax report and it matched the dealership's (clean). I got it for a very reasonable price, with zero hassle. I even enjoyed talking with the friendly staff. Every single question I asked the salesman, was politely answered with no attitude.

My personal experience has been wonderful and I have recommended the Dealer to friends. Generally they sale fairly high end vehicles, and I was lucky enough to find the truck I've been looking to purchase for a while now. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I bought a thirteen year old AUDI from Premier and had a fine experience. The paperwork portion of a car purchase is highly indicative of the experience. Premier made it all easy. Their document fees are very reasonable and Collette who handles the paperwork is a pleasure to work with. Jae Young was my salesperson, he was also easy to deal with. In terms of price, I had done a lot of research prior to purchasing.

I felt the price was appropriate. I bought the car from out of state and they were great at helping me with the shipping. I am happy with the car, it was fairly described. I would buy a car here again. They do have a pretty impressive selection of upper end vehicles.
