Everyone at this location was the most helpful and easy to work with people I have ever met. Anthony knocked it out of the park finding me a Jeep Wrangler that worked in my price range, with the trade in of my truck. 10/10 would recommend anyone to come by and see what they can do for you!

Update- Josh reached out to me with great concern over the vehicle issues. GOOD news they will help with the bill once I receive it from the dealership. On my part I misunderstood the policy and in future when you purchase a vehicle please contact them first to help solve the issues. Especially, if it's in a reasonable time frame! The staff is very friendly and I appreciate the easy transaction.

They fixed the windshield and the battery on the purchased vehicle. The only thing is I had to get a new horn and a transmission seal replaced with in less than 8 days. The warranty states 7 days and as you notice 8 days when this was finally noticed. The horn and leak probably should have been caught by their fleet/auto inspection in the first place. So, on top of a extra key fob, plastic piece missing and no manual which I was expecting for cost, I had an additional $1,000.00 I was not expecting to pay for this vehicle. Definitely, great staff but vehicles might be questionable with their fleet technicians.

The Sales Manager Jeff Dray is the absolute best, he went out of his way to help me with a few things while purchasing my car and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. This car lot is amazing from the time you pull in till you leave everyone is so helpful and polite, the owner Mike was amazing throughout the deal and our opinion of him and his business is He is the best we have never had better. And our salesman Mr Patrick Ellis was absolutely perfect from start to end! If you are needing a vehicle this is the place to go you will be so glad you did and will be took very good care of.

The salesman was very cordial, helpful, respectful and patient as we worked through getting my credit rating UNLOCKED from when I had locked it after having my accounts hacked into 6 months ago. But we got it done And got me a very good interest rate on my loan with a no early pay off penalty. Great people to deal with

Phenomenal experience. I have been searching for a vehicle for a while now, and I have to say the staff at RC&TC were the most pleasant to deal with. Josh was knowledgeable and friendly, and even stayed after closing to make sure me and my fiance drove the vehicle home that night. I have known the owner, Mike, for a long time and it was refreshing to do business his group. Honest, helpful, and integral. The financial process was made to be relaxed and understandable by Jeff. We will definitely purchase our next vehicle from here in the future.

David and the staff at RCTC were excellent! I talked to a lot of other dealerships this week and David was by far the most helpful and friendly one I spoke to. I drove 3 + hrs to see them and couldn't be happier. All the staff were excellent. The Jeep I bought was exactly as described, immaculate shape and drove great on way home. This place should be the ONLY used car place you visit. They aren't like your typical dealership, every vehicle is below market value to make sure you get the greatest deal possible. I recently bought a car from RCTC (11/06/2021). A beautiful 2019 Chevy Impala. I live in Virginia and this was my first out of state buying experience. The entire process, from my initial inquiry to delivery of the vehicle, was seamless and painless. Communication from their staff was prompt, professional and I could tell I was dealing with straight up people.
