Absolute best service my family has ever received! The salesman Ahamed AKA AC is the greatest salesman I've ever dealt with! He purchased my mom a drink out of the vending machine before he even knew that she was going to be approved to purchase the car. Now if that's not customer service I don't know what it is? This guy deserves a raise and a promotion! Everyone there was extremely kind and they got everything done quickly. The vehicle repurchased was detailed nicely and they filled up the tank with gas for us.

I had a very pleasant experience at Brown Honda while getting my car serviced. The staff was very polite and helpful. Service was quicker than anticipated and though this time I did not use all the amenities at my disposal, it was nice to know I could rely i them if I were to need any of them. I enjoyed a great cup of coffee there, and was happy to get my car washed prior to my leaving. I highly recommend Brown Honda for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or get a vehicle serviced at Brown Honda. Sincerely, Sherri Anderson

Edit: Though I had a great customer service experience with Brown, I unfortunately would not bring any of my vehicles for repairs/servicing. In the pictures you can see dirt got under the paint on my fuel door, I have "orange peel" on my bumper, rear driver's side quarter panel, and my front bumper (front bumper not pictured). In my repair for the rear quart panel, I had asked to have the fuel door looked at/repositioned, but it was left alone.
All in all the repairs done to my car turned out well mechanically. And though i had a good experience, customer service wise, I unfortunately would not return nor do not recommend Brown Honda Body and Paint. My car has been in the shop due to an accident, and the service has been great. Mark was able to help me with a problem one of the mechanics and I had, and even provided me a rental car when my insurance coverage ran out.

Came in for a coolant flush and was greeted outside. Sam was very friendly and welcoming as it was my first time being serviced there. He gave me a price before the work was started and gave me updates while the service was being done. I dropped the car late morning and it was done before lunchtime! I would highly recommend this service center to anyone!

All the higher end customer service is present, thats true. However I'm never left feeling good about my interactions with the sales staff. A little too "wham bam" for me, and not enough genuine care. Maybe they're just to busy to care that much, idk. But our family stopped doing business here year after 15 years of buying vehicles. Too bad cause I loved honda for so long. Things change, businesses change, and we've changed too.
Good luck Brown, we wish you well. Mark, I didn't purchase a previous protection package. Where is that in my negative review? Did you even read it? My goodness! I didn't take any call from you this afternoon or any afternoon, but nice try saying you did on the public review forum. Makes it look like your taking my complaint very seriously but your definitely not.
I don't have a leased vehicle. So basically, you didn't say one single thing correctly in your response except my name. Btw, I go by Tony. I would have told you that if you had called.

We have bought five vehicles over the past twenty years from Brown Honda in Toledo, Ohio. We have a dedicated salesperson in Arthur S. He is friendly, personable and attentive to the customers needs. I've always been impressed by Art's knowledge of the product he sells. He knows everything about the intricate features of todays Honda models and can explain and show set up of those details. Arthur makes the buying process simple and efficient. I would highly recommend him and the team at Brown Honda for any future automotive needs. Thank you Arthur for yet, another purchase from your fine dealership.

I ordered a new crv on November 20 2021. It was suppose to be assembled on Dec 3 and arrive at Bown Honda the last week in December. Then we were told it would be assembled December 17-23. We finally received the car January 27. We had placed a 500$ deposit on the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership to pay for and receive our new car we were told the price had increased $689!
The paper we signed was meaningless! We were told that the price for all Hondas had risen by 2% starting January 2022. But We ordered the car in November of 2021! I don't understand how our signed paper and the balance they quoted us meant nothing. I can't believe this is legal. So beware.

When looking for a new car, AC took amazing care of us and helped us find a car that will help accommodate all of our needs. He was trustworthy, kind, and felt like he really wanted the best for our family. We appreciate everything he did for our family! In addition, the service department has been nothing but helpful with any of our concerns.

Let me start off by saying I wouldn't recommend Brown Honda to MY WORST ENEMY! It's been a nightmare from the beginning. The first Certified Pre Owned 2019 Civic I purchased ended up having been in 2 accidents that were NEVER DISCLOSED to me. After the fact I found out that I was supposed to be given a Carfax report, but never was. Car had several issues.
They agreed to buy it back from me. I traded it back into them with the understanding that I would not inherit any negative equity. That was a lie. I ended up purchasing a 2021 Civic as I wanted a vehicle that I knew the history of. All was well for about 500 miles. My infotainment unit went out. I took the vehicle in to the service center. I was told it shouldn't take long, so I decided to wait. 6 hours later, I finally was done.
I demanded to talk to a manager. I got to talk to a manager alright. One of the most condescending jerks I've ever encountered. I believe his name was Mark. He proceeds to start telling me how my aftermarket alarm was going to void my warranty and all this hoopla. Mind you, the vehicle has less than 1000 miles! They offered to get me a rental so I agreed.
They had my car for almost a week and put 15 miles on it AFTER I asked them not to drive it. They eventually found that it was a loose wire from the alarm that just needed to be snapped in. While they had the car though, they pulled out the screen which also requires removal of the climate controls. Well, when they removed that, they scratched the crap out of the surrounding area. Then, to top it all off, they parked my car under a pine tree, so I spent a good 5 hours trying to clean off sap! THIS IS A BRAND NEW CAR!
I went back and demanded to speak to a manager. The owner, Drew Hamilton came out. I showed him the damage caused by the tech and he said he'd see what they could do. I began telling him how the whole experience had just been foul and instantly became a complete prick. No apologies for all the crap I'd been through. Instead he starts berating me and talking down to me as if I were a child about how they had to do this and that and it's all my fault because I had an aftermarket alarm installed.
Maybe if Honda didn't put worthless alarms on their vehicles, I wouldn't have had to. So sorry I don't want my car stolen! Regardless, it ended with me telling him exactly where to go! Between the rude, lying people who work there, the service techs who just don't give two craps about peoples cars and an owner who is just a walking piece of crap. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! There are other Honda dealerships. DO NOT SHOP BROWN HONDA!

Brown Honda's service department is top notch. I took my car to them with a problem with my steering. I didn't have a firm idea of what was wrong other than the car was wobbling. They could have over sold me a bunch of unneed things but instead just rotated my tires which solved the problem. This is not the first time that they just repaired what was wrong without over selling uneeded items. Granted they are a little more expensive than Bob's garage, but they know what they are doing. They also keep track of service done to my car and make "reasonable" recommendations on how to keep my car running right.

The wait was a little long but I was prepared to wait an hour or two. The woman who checked me in was very polite, informative and made the process much easier especially with Covid-19 regulations. I went for an oil change and was given a printout of everything I need to have done to my car in the next couple of months. I did not feel pressured to buy anything other then my oil change which was appreciated.

Very unhappy with this dealership. Bought a car that needed service. Mark and branch worked well at getting someone to come get the car and return it after being fixed as it was over 3 hour drive one way. I was nice and filled the tank for the person however they returned my van with under 1/4 gas costing me 29.50. Along with multiple chips in my paint that were not there!
I paid to have a special coating for nothing since now the car looks Like it was stoned! Iv had nothing but a horrible experience with buying a car from Honda. Over 20 small chips and Iv heard nothing back from them! I would be held responsible if I did this to a rental.

Great experience. Drove from Cleveland to Toledo to purchase a car. Called ahead to make sure the cars I were interested in seeing were still available. They were, made the drive and left in two hours with a 2016 Accord coupe. Martin, my salesman was easy to work with and not pushy. Gave me time to test drive the vehicle and answered all the questions I had regarding the car. Nick, who completed the financing paperwork was also very easy going.
I went in pre-approved with a great interest rate and he found a bank who offered an even lower interest rate. All in all I had an excellent experience, I would recommend Brown Honda for to anyone looking for a new or used Honda.

We went to many dealerships after my family and I were in an accident. Another driver ran a stop sign and totaled our 2016 Honda Odyssey. If you ever need a honest sales person go see Iain Frost. I contact 20 dealerships from the lower peninsula in Michigan to Dayton. Brown gave us the best price right out of the gate. He took his time to make sure he met all our needs. Iain was very understanding and helpful when we were dealing with our insurance company and gave us advice that help insure we got a fair amount.
My wife, who hates car shopping, said Iain made the process so easy and unpainful. I would high recommend Brown Honda and Iain Frost for any car buying need. They are absolutely the best. Thank you so much.

Vince came out to help today while looking for a car. Two young adults and two parents were out on the lot, one pair looking at one car and one pair at another. Vince walked to the older adults and addressed them instead of talking to us even after they pointed him in our direction because we are the ones looking for a car. We were looking at a car that was valued at $20,000 and one of the first things he said to us was "that's $400 a month". Assuming that we could not afford what was in front of us, he continued to undermine us and what we could afford based on his assumption of our appearances.
This was very disrespectful and when we pointed it out to him; his excuse was that he was newer there. It doesn't matter how long you've been working there, you should never assume things such as this especially if our business is helping your paycheck. We will never come back to this dealership. Vince needs some customer service training before he is allowed to communicate with any customer ever again. (Only put one star because it won't let me submit this review without it. If I could, it would be ZERO stars).

Thank you BROWN HONDA for taking the time to check out our car before our trip! We are very happy that there is nothing wrong with this new car, just a "glitch" in the computer the other day, but you treated us with utmost respect and care! AND, you washed it for us too! WOW! Again thank you.you do know what customer service is supposed to be!

I went to Brown for a routine oil check knowing that with a coupon, the fee should come to $50. The gentleman who signed me in, Jonathan, suggested a $20 wheel rotation. I assumed this, to some degree, was an unncessary upsell, but I drive a lot, so I figured, why not. The service was completed quickly while I sat in the lounge plugged into my noise cancelling earbuds. (Why do all waiting rooms subject patrons to television news?
Quiet should be the default position; we all have phones now if we need news/noise.) When I went to pay, I notice a $2.90 charge had been added to my invoice for "shop supplies." What's this? I asked Jonathan. "Oh, it's just a standard fee, " he replied. "No one mentioned it to me, " I said. "Everyone does it, " he responded, implying he was just the messenger. "It's wrong, " I said. "I don't make the rules, " he shrugged as another of his colleagues said even he had to pay it "and I work here".
This is a frustrating and untransparent practice on the part of Brown and, if what I was told is true, other dealerships that charge a similar fee. I realize business across America scams consumers with hidden fees; it's a new American (and probably global) way of doing business, but that doesn't make it right. Had Brown not charged this paltry, but unnecessary fee, I would have awarded them five stars, but I'm dropping two for lack of transparency. Do the right thing, guys. Just because you can (get away with a tiny scam) doesn't mean you should.

Brown Honda is the best dealer in town. We have been more than highly satisfied with all of our experiences. A special shoutout to Mark Stevens he always goes above and beyond and is a very hardworking salesman who is committed to loyal customers. Couldn't thank him enough and would recommend him to everyone looking for a Honda. Make sure to see Mark you will not be disappointed! Thanks for all you do Brown Honda.

I was a little disgusted by the way I was treated. I scheduled an appointment for 7 AM to only find out later that they don't take appointments. The man told me to wait for 15-20 minutes before I could get my car's oil changed. He gave me the option of pulling my car inside the building, which I did. As I waited inside my car for them to be ready, I heard him make a comment about me being on my phone to another customer.
Apart from the fact that this was highly unprofessional, it was also rude. He then proceeded to knock on my door ( which I was completely fine with) and asked "are you ready for your oil change because I have another customer and if you don't get off your phone, she's going to have to wait for another 2 hours". His condescending tone was off putting enough, but let me tell you, the rude comment truly served as the icing on the cake.
He also told me that he couldn't "find my appointment" (calling me a liar), to which I responded, I can pull up the email for you. At first, I felt responsible for my actions, but I later realized that it wasn't even my fault. I don't care how bad of a customer someone is, ( which to be very clear, I wasn't) you do not treat your customers like that. I am truly disgusted by your poor treatment of your customers and will definitely not be returning.

We purchased our vehicle through Wendy after visiting four other Honda dealerships between OH and MI. She was direct and honest from the start and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new Honda vehicle. Karen and Eric also ensured the paperwork and delivery process was as seamless as possible - no drama or last minute shenanigans. The team made it easy to be the first place we go when looking for another vehicle.

I been doing business with Brown for over 10 years. I bought the nicest car there brand new ordered from Marysville. I currently buy my Honda Genuine parts there when needed. Staff are great and they sell the most reliable car and trucks in the world. I highly recommend this dealership for all your Honda needs.

Wow. I walked into the dealership today to find out where my plates were. When I purchased the car, I specifically asked the sales person if they would call when my plates were in. He told me yes. Now I am told, after my temp expired that I have to to the DMV to get my plates. When I asked to speak to someone (as I stood for 10 minutes wobbling on my cane), I ea told the sales manager was too busy to see me and my sales person had quit. Great service.

Let me preface this review by saying that the Brown Sales department was excellent to deal with. Could not have found a better salesman than Mark Fitzpatrick. This review is solely to warn other Honda owner about the Body Shop at Brown. I took my vehicle there for a maximum of 7 day repair. They ended up keeping my car for 14 days. My car was damaged by the body shop by leaving the windows open during the rain, causing water spots to get all over the interior. Paul Walker in the body shop promised to repair the damage, and to give me a loaner car.
No loaner car given, I was sent to Enterprise. I was billed by Enterprise. No response from Mr. Walker after several phone calls. The damage to the interior was not fixed properly after 2 more days in the body shop. Now I have a damaged car after a really long delay. Avoid the Brown Honda Body Shop at all costs,
