We were treated well as we shopped for and purchased a vehicle. They were transparent in their pricing and showed us national comps. Once we had a deal, we noticed that this was the smoothest, quickest car-buying process we've ever experienced. Every member of the staff was helpful and kind. Eric even loaned us his own child-wagon to use while we waited on service so we could pull our kids around at a local zoo. This is a quality dealer with quality people. We recommend them without reservation.

We do not live in Ohio but after the significant frustration we experienced with two dealerships in our home state of Michigan, we returned to the White family of dealerships. Daryl was extremely easy to work with, responsive and completely up front (ie no last minute surprises). We also had our older car serviced while in town and walked away pleased (no unnecessary repairs). Trust is key when working with a dealership and for that reason I will have no hesitation in driving the extra distance again when we are ready for another purchase.

I recently bought a new to me 2009 Infinity Q37 from Mike and the service was awesome! Everything went smooth, very knowledgeable stuff, dealership was very clean and comfortable, was able to test drive the vehicle alone and I liked that. I will definitely keep Dave White Acura in mind when it comes time to shop for the next vehicle!

Daryl and the rest of the team were just great! For example, while we had the weekend to test drive a preowned Buick Enclave, a noise developed that we felt needed to be addressed before moving forward. They didn't hesitate to make sure it was taken care of for us. Thank you Daryl, Eric and the whole team!

Easy dealership to work with, will most likely return, I will recommend to the dealership to be upfront and knowledgeable about your new vehicles. There were several things I was told, and found out after the papers were signed that the car did not feature. Now I will be with the lease for 3 years without the features I was truly looking forward to.

Thought they were great to work with. They did find the Apex Blue A Spec I wanted and even had it ready early. Everyone was friendly and helpful but. Amending my review: Purchased a wheel & tire warranty with my new Acura lease. Tried to use the warranty 3 months later only to be told it was cancelled.the day after I bought the car! When I confronted them about it I got a lot of run around and insinuation I chose to cancel.
Why would I call you angry if I chose to cancel it? I pay extra on my lease payment for it, why would I cancel it with no refund? Also had issues with the title because I live in MI. I was told they could take care of the plate transfer/title then when I get there it's a different story. Had to lose a day of work to go resolve myself. Then the dealer calls me 2 months later asking where the title is (Acura was looking for it) Long story short, the woman that called me says they could of done the transfer themselves and that my salesman says I had a personalized plate and I'd "do it myself" I do not have a personalized plate.

I ran over a large piece of metal on the turnpike while visiting Toledo. Jose, the service manager at Dave White, fit me in to his busy schedule to inspect my Acura for damage. Larry Sampson gave it a thorough look over, told me what I had to do when I got home, and assured me my car was safe to drive. Thank you both for your professionalism, friendliness and honesty!

I found the used car I wanted on Autotrader and gave Dave White Acura a call to get more info. I spoke to Michael Spinks to get some basic info on the car and then set up an appointment for my wife and I to test drive the car. The car was exactly as described in the ad and we bought it shortly after the test drive. The price was the best I found for the model and trim I was looking for! Michael made the buying experience very easy and low stress and Eric, the finance manager was able to get me a rate that was very close to what my credit union offered. Perfect!

Buyer Beware of this dealership The used car manager told many lies to me when i purcahsed a used Accura. They should me a multi point inspection that was fake. I made the mistake of taking his word. They said they had put new brakes on it and serviced the vehicle. This was all untrue as i have had to replace the barkes and transmission as they were bad. Ive spent many thousands of dollars now trying to keep it drivable and on the road.
Thank you Dave, I hope this alerts your customers not to believe you and have a different mechanic inspect any vehicle they want to buy from your dealership. Youd think a new car dealership could be trusted. We had electrical problems the day after purchase and they would do nothing. So buyer beware.

Dave White Acura was a godsend for me! I was traveling from Chicago to NY when the check engine light came on my car with an error code. For any travelers, this is the absolute worst scenario to have mid-trip. To further complicate things, I was driving with my cat. I used my Acura's navigation system to find the nearest dealer and thankfully it was Dave White Acura.
I called and explained my situation and Scott informed me that they will get me right in and prioritize my vehicle. True to their word, I was taken right in and about an hour later I was on my way to NY. The entire staff was incredible, the bill was affordable and they even washed my car for me. Just a great experience and I am very thankful that I came across Dave White Acura. They are reliable, trustworthy, honest, fair and helpful. Highest recommendation!

Our '14 MDX lease was coming up soon and one fine Saturday I received a call from Jose Sosa with a great offer. After stopping by the dealership and going for a ride I was pleasantly surprised that Jose was on my side and extremely helpful and transparent about finding a new vehicle for my family. He knew everything there is to know about the new '16 MDX.

Highly recommended! Chad (Sales Mgr) and Jose (Sales Consultant) at Dave White Acura were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and straightforward in our discussions.
