Nice Car

I bought four cars from The Nice Car Company in my lifetime, three of them in the past 5 months. I couldn't be happier with my vehicles and experience. The entire team, Dave, Paul, Kevin other Dave, Jan and the rest are easy going, no hassle, and honest. Jan is an extension of the Secretary of State making the title transfers, plate transfers etc. go very smoothly.

The show room is impeccable and I believe Dave goes to great efforts to put quality vehicles in his showroom that he's proud to sell. The 100 point inspection makes it convenient to get as best of an idea of what your purchasing, tire life, break pad life etc. I would drive from hours away to do business with them, had I lived further away. I had a small concern with one of my vehicles, and drove back to the dealership the next day.

They absolutely assured me, expressed concern and were more than willing to take care of anything. It turned out to be nothing, however, their approach to address and resolve it was professional. I again recommend anybody within a few hours drive that may be in the market for a used vehicle to visit The Nice Car Company.

2-26-21, I purchased a 2020 Ford Edge. with many safety features listed including 360 Surround View Camera I called and said how do I activate the 360 Surround View Camera? I was told there was a listing mistake and car does not have 360 Surround View Camera. I left 3-4 messages for the Nice Car Company owner that made this listing mistake to call. Never received a call!

While shopping for a car for my daughter, we found something she liked and it was in pretty good shape for the year of the car. While almost closing the deal I went and looked under the car and there was oil leaking under the car. The car salesman was like " what what there is no way." I said come look. He was like walking around frantic. Took the car to get it looked at and told us they would give us a deal to still buy the car.

The deal was $450 off the car. I just laughed at them and said with an oil leak it is going to cost way more than that to fix. He was like so is that a no on the car? I was like yes we will have to pass. The salesman there are take calls while working with you, they don't really know anything about the cars and if you ask them questions they say let me ask my manager. What kind of car place is this?

By far the absolute best car buying experience I've ever experienced. From walking the show room to test driving, it was a zero pressure buying experience. Kevin was great to work with and guided us along the whole buying process. We will definitely be buying our future vehicles from here. Each car had a folder with all the Car facts and final costs and warranty info, which was very helpful. Their warranty is easy to understand and is well worth it! Everything was clean and the employees were very nice and helpful. If you need a new vehicle, go check them out!

My family just bought a wonderful car with extremely low miles for a great price. This is our third car from The Nice Car Company and we wouldn't want go anywhere else to purchase. While visiting from Florida, we had the opportunity to visit Nice Car Company. Our friends had highly recommended it. What a great place to shop for a car, all indoors out of the sun and rain. They have like new, low mileage cars. No pressure shopping, great experience, we will be back!

This place is pretty nice. No and I mean no pressure sales. Upfront pricing. They don't really budge on their prices. But I believe it's because they lead with their best foot forward. No junk. Clean, well kept low and I mean low miles cars, SUVs, and trucks. Definitely plan on being a customer for life.

Our Nice Car Company Experience. This was the most fun we have ever enjoyed car shopping. This place is like a Candy Shop for Cars with low mileage. When you shop there are information packets in every vehicle. We loved the sales people so nice and helpful, with so many choices it was a difficult decision. The Cars and Show Rooms are so clean. I'm from Missouri. I worked out a deal with the owner, Dave, before flying over to Detroit to do the paperwork and pick up the car. They picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership to complete the transaction. The entire experience was great! I got an awesome car at a good price without the typical car dealer BS. The staff at Nice Car Co. couldn't have been nicer.

They were so easy to work with. No high pressure sales or hours in the finance office. They let me test drive the car by myself without a sales rep hanging over my shoulder. The car was clean both inside and out. It was a quick in and out. This place is such a hidden gem.
