Absolutely amazing experience! The general manager Jason Keranen, RJ Currey, Jonathan Crook, and Sean Donnelly went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top notch. Very professional & honest. If you're in the market to purchase a BMW or used car this is the dealership for you. Hands down the best car experience. I love my new car! I purchased a 2022 M330I X drive. I built the car. I love everything about it. Beautiful car!

Bought my first BMW today. Carlos was great to work with. He was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't use any pressure tactics. I could tell that he takes pride in what he does and really wants to help his customers. I searched dealerships across the state and Flow was the most responsive and seemed like they wanted my business. Katie in finance was also super helpful. Also have to mention that this was the quickest I have ever completed a car purchase. They don't leave you sitting there waiting all day like most dealerships.

Stopped in yesterday undecided on which vehicle that I was really interested in. Had a few different options in mind. It was by far one of the best buying experiences we've ever had. Carlos was very patient as I thoroughly checked out five different vehicles. He listened to me and helped me search for the perfect vehicle. He made sure to answer all questions I had and if he couldn't he found someone who could.

He told me multiple times that his goal is to help me find the perfect vehicle and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He worked with the managers in getting any concerns that we had addressed. The managers were also super nice and sweet to work with. I never at any point during the entire process felt like they were trying to just get a sale in.

Everyone was transparent. Finance was smooth to work with and didn't pressure us into things we didn't want. I will definitely be back when it is time to trade in. Thank you guys for the excellent service!

Had a great experience on my CPO purchase. I was contacted quickly and the team worked with me to complete the purchase while out of town. They were willing to assist when needed and buttoned up everything to a T for me to leave happy and excited for the new vehicle. My sales associate Carlos was fantastic and took care of everything for me. Worked with both Katie (Finance manager) and Avdo (Pre owned sales manager) who were both great and kind. Will absolutely purchase again.

Nearly flawless car buying experience. Jonathan Crook was attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. Despite some miscommunication between members of the finance team that lead to a delay in the negotiations, the Flow team rectified the mistake and were able to negotiate better terms that left me satisfied. I look forward to returning to the dealership for a weather delayed delivery-detailing and all subsequent service visits. And yes, most importantly, the car is spectacular.

I am now a believer in the "Ultimate Driving Machine" thanks to an amazing salesman named Miles at Flow BMW- WS! His service, expertise and training helped me quickly decide to transition from a Cadillac XT5 owner to a 2022 X5 with The M- Sport Package. I'm so thankful he was the first to approach me while I was "just looking" at the insistence of my son who had just bought his first BMW M340 at 26!

Trust me you can make the switch.you can't go wrong in these brand new 2022's! And let me say EVERY person I came in contact with at Flow BMW was amazing! Miles also just helped me find my 18 yr old daughter a Flow '21 Altima! Thank you Miles for all of your help! I can't wait to work with you again when my 20 yr old son gets home from Korea!

I have to say this is the best place to order any parts you need for BMW or Mini Cooper. I live in California and they had the lowest prices I could find on any part. Everyone in the parts dept is just amazing. Very helpful and professional. I had a issue and it was solved in no time and the prices are crazy. You want to save money order all your parts from them. Ask for Dick. Just awesome people.

I found a 2012 Nissan Frontier online at Flow BMW Winston Salem. I contacted them on a Fri night. I was contacted back a few minutes later to set up an appointment for Sat morning. Advo called me first thing in the morning and had me approved in 20 minutes and paperwork ready to go because it was a 1.5 hour drive to the dealership. When I arrived I was greeted by Patrick Beam who took me for my test drive and handled all my paperwork.

Spending only 40 minutes at the dealer is a blessing. Professional and courteous from the first phone call to walking me out after everything was done. Looks like I'm driving 1.5 hours to Flow BMW in Winston Salem if I need another vehicle. Great job everyone. Keep up the great work.

Every time I come to the Flow BMW Dealership in Winston-Salem for service on my vehicle, I receive the highest quality service and am treated with the utmost respect. I've had the privilege of being assisted by Corey, Nikki and Kenny and these are some awesome folks. It doesn't matter if I need a car wash or air in my tires, I always leave the dealership feeling special. And by the way, 'they treat my vehicle pretty special too'!

My salesman Miles is AMAZING! He was the 1st to greet me and provided the best service/attention to detail. Hung up on me twice while waiting for someone to come and answer my question. If I pay for this quality of vehicle I expect the customer service to be fast acting and responsive to match the cost. And this company has never provided me with that level service. They are slow and lazy on the phones.

One of the best BMW dealerships. This was my second purchase at this location. Love how staff goes the extra mile to take care of customers. The management is very professional and willing to listen to the buyer. Jonathan C was my sales agent and he knew what he was doing and is an honest man!

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a car from their loaner fleet (only owned by Flow prior to selling to me) and they were administratively incompetent and nickeled and dimed me. Falsely represented "all in, out the door cost" so I ended up paying more for registration. Then within six months when I brought the car to my local dealer in Durham for an oil change and service I learned they failed to transfer the appropriate paper work which cost me extra to get the car warrantees and maintenance plan under my name despite being "included" in my purchase. Again, falsely representing that my car was fully under warranty. Don't trust them. Terrible dealer. Terrible communication. Unethical.

My experience was with their online BMW parts sales department. The overall results of my dealings with Flow were decidedly mixed. A few individuals (such as "Angel") were super friendly, immensely helpful, and much appreciated. Experiences with other employees ranged from simply "unhelpful" to rude and even incompetent. My order took well over 8 weeks to fill.

At first one of the four parts was on backorder, but there were very few updates unless I called or emailed them. Later, I found out the parts were in stock, but no one told me. They weren't going to ship these parts because my credit card info was declined - and apparently they told me that this was the case. The email that the employee forwarded as evidence of this communication didn't mention the credit card and actually said that the parts were on back-order. Needless to say, this consumed nearly 4 weeks of inactivity with no communication unless I initiated it.

In the end, there was no problem with my credit card and Angel finally went out of his way after hours to get it sorted. My parts were fine, the website worked fine, but it took way too long and the communication was inexcusably poor. If this is how they run the rest of the dealership, I would not feel comfortable shopping here or recommending it to a friend.

Went into the parts counter today & the blonde headed lady must be having a super bad day. Wow, rude is to put it mildly. She kept talking over me & my son, I guess this dealership has so many customers they don't need anymore business. It's ok I left and went straight to Hendrick BMW where I was treated the way a customer should be treated.

I also got the part I needed without the attitude and mouth. This is why I had stopped years ago dealing with this dealership. I hate the drive to Hendrick but it's worth the service & knowledge! Thanks for the reminder Flow BMW old habits die hard!

I had my BMW carried to Flow because it was the nearest dealership and I felt confident I would get the the ultimate care for the ultimate driven machine. After about 4 attempts to complete the repair and a month later, I got my car back. Now, 8 months later the same repair has failed again and Flow is not honoring their repair guarantee.

Absolutely the best experience that I have ever had purchasing an automobile. Our salesman David Rowan was a complete joy to work with! He was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. I have also dealt with the service department many times in previous years and they are top notch! Overall, buying a car at Flow BMW was an enjoyable experience!

I was looking for a certain model hybrid car and Flow had what I was looking for. I drove from Charlotte, about 1 1/2 hrs. away, to do a test drive. Jim the sales general manager greeted me when I arrived and introduced me to Larry Harris who was the salesperson who helped me. I would recommend him if you are at the dealership. In the big picture it was a smooth process and about as seamless as possible.

A day later I drove my trade to the dealership and completed the paperwork. A couple of days later I had a question about the license plates and my inquiry was answered promptly. Larry has followed up twice in the past couple of weeks to make sure I was satisfiled with everything. Overall I was impressed with the dealership and would consider them when purchasing my next car.

We purchased a 2 series BMW from Flow over Labor Day weekend. Since we are out of state, Flow required us to pay a nonnegotiable $800 fee for both title and registration. It is now 11/17 and we have yet to get our permanent license plate. As an active duty military family, my husband's license is in the state of Pennsylvania and we are stationed in New Jersey.

We have gone through Penn Dot for numerous other license/registration issues and they have always been helpful. The agency in which Flow has chosen to use, changed my husband's car registration and address "to make easier for them". Unknowing to him and had he been pulled over before we discovered this, he could have been in a serious amount of trouble.

After purchasing the vehicle, Flow hasn't been responsive to helping us resolve the issue. We have gone through almost 3 sets of temporary plates. Flow continues to send us information to the wrong address in PA, despite us continuously giving our New Jersey home address and having the car shipped to our house. At the very least, Flow should refund us the $800 to register our vehicle.

We would have had the car registered over 2 months ago. Now we are stuck correcting the errors, they've caused including creating a new drivers license for my husband. We are both extremely disappointed in the entire process and hope it's not a reflection on the company of BMW.

I recently brought a cpo-certified used X5 from them. The sales manager Jim Hodges was very responsive till I signed the paperwork, but I haven't received any communication from him since. As soon as I received the car, it was found that the battery was busted, and the service department refuses to replace it because it was apparently previous owner's neglect.

There were also several oil leaks which the CPO certification did not catch. I explicitly paid a premium to purchase a car within the service warranty so that I don't have to deal with such issues - but that's exactly what I'm doing now. Shame on flow bmw for not standing behind their CPO certification process.

I recently bought a used car from Flow BMW in Winston-Salem and wanted to comment on the experience. I did have an appointment to view/ drive/ buy the car because I drove in from Asheville, NC. I had a warm greeting when I arrived and was paired with one of the client advisors, Nick T. Nick was professional and courteous and I could tell he was enthusiastic about making sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed and I never felt like I was being pushed into anything.

The test drive and the purchase was seamless and I left with my new (used) car! I made the 5 hour round trip to buy this car because I specifically liked the warranties they offer and (of course everyone's primary concern) getting a clean well maintained vehicle for the best price I could find in a several hour radius of Asheville. I would recommend Flow BMW to any family or friend and ask for Nick T, he's great to work with!

I have three BMW's that have been serviced exclusively at Flow BMW. The entire team has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to provide me with a great experience. Over the years there have been a few serious and known issues that could have been pretty unpleasant were it not for the complimentary service loaners, professional service advisors and supportive management.

I was concerned to hear that they have recently reduced the number of loaners available. I hope they come around to realize that the convenience afforded by the availability of these vehicles will more than return their investment by ensuring the loyalty of valuable customers.

I visited Flow BMW to view cars on my list, i ended up buying a car and loving Flow BMW. Sara and Shawn were so detailed and professional. They were not pushy and helped me to find something in my price bracket. I was able to find a good deal, got rid of some negative equity and the outcome saved me almost $200 from the previous payments. As well, the entire team entertained my kids, while answering questions, got fancy coffee and hot chocolate.

My kids felt at home and did not complain once. I would recommend them to everyone. SN - i drove past another BMW dealership that was 20 mins to my home and drove an hour to Flow.

In looking at late model used cars, I just happened to have seen Flow had a certified pre-owned 335i in stock. I stopped by at 9:30 on a Monday morn and told them I wanted to see the car. A very friendly and cordial salesman walked me out on the lot. We found the car, he put a tag on it and we went for a test drive. No pressure, no pitch, he just let the driving experience speak for itself.

We came back, I gave him the keys to my potential trade-in (knowing this would be the hard part of the experience -(insulting low offer). I was pleasantly surprised that their offer was in-line with what the major on-line services were quoting. I agreed and we quickly closed the deal. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience ever! Highly recommend them!

After a pretty terrible experience to start (detailed in my prior review) Kelvin, the general manager, reached out to try to make things right. After working with him, we wound up getting everything worked out and walked away quite happy with a great car and a fair deal. Had everything gone the way it did from when Kelvin got involved, I'd rate Flow highly (4+ stars). I was impressed by Kelvin's dedication to turn a very negative experience into a positive one.
