I recently purchased a car at this dealership, and I was helped by the salesperson Jody Luman. She was incredibly knowledgeable and stayed patient with us throughout the entire sales process. She was very honest and was completely transparent with us throughout the whole time we were at this dealership. I cannot praise this location and Jody enough, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the place I chose to purchase at.

Of all the places I've ever taken my VW for service over the years, Flow VW of Winston-Salem has been the best, by far. Becky at the service desk was very helpful, communicative, and kept me in the loop via text messages and phone calls. Jacob, the technician, sent me a video with the things they suggested fixing and showed me exactly what was going on - this was super helpful. I was able to use a loaner while the part I needed came in, and overall, I am highly satisfied with the service here. Thank you!

It's a really a great experience buying my Tiguan from Flow. I didn't expect that, buying a Car in US would be this simple. I'm new to USA and this is my first car. I booked the same Tiguan with Hendrick's Volkswagen in Charlotte 2 months back and when the expected delivery date arrives, they behaved very worst and I even thought not buying a VolksWagen vehicle anymore and gave a last try with FLOW.

After having a bad experience with one of the other dealerships in the Flow network, I wasn't too keen on another one but Jody took any expectations I had and crushed them! She was excellent at communicating with me, and even though I ultimately decided to not go through with the purchase of a vehicle, there was no judgement or hostility passed and I had been given my deposit back within the hour! He was wonderful - very helpful, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and his follow-up and follow-through were exceptional.
