The sale itself was smooth and fast. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My salesman is hands down the best. I was extremely satisfied and would have have given 5 stars, however this was my first purchase of a brand new vehicle and it was amazing until not one week later I attempted to use my washer fluid and had to visit a different dealership due to living out of town.
I already have to have my 2022 dodge charger into the shop to have it worked on. I'm very disappointed that after years of struggling to put vehicles in and out of the shop that I'm paying this much money for a vehicle to already have to go and have something corrected. I understand this isn't due to anything in regards to the dealership, but on dodge themselves. Meanwhile the issue does reflect back onto the dealership. The warranty will correct the issue I just never dreamt that I would already have to have it into the shop.

I had the best experience this past weekend with buying my new Dodge Charger! Alan was very informative and so awesome to work with! I didn't feel pressured at all and he was very patient with me and all of my questions. I highly recommend Ilderton Dodge in High Point and Alan Campbell is the man you should see!

Jayden Adonis was the first person to assist me and I am so thankful he did! Exceptional customer service. He was very patient with me and made sure that I left the dealership with the vehicle that I wanted. Even though this was my first time purchasing a car he made the process so much easier for me especially when I felt nervous. I have always had great experiences at this location. It's also where I bought my Chrysler two years ago. I was scheduled for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Mr. James after pulling in. He got me set up for service and also advised me on specific needs that my car would need currently and in the near future. Once service was completed he walked me out to my vehicle and advised me on when to set up my next service appointment. I was having a challenging day and receiving such good service truly helped. Thank Mr. James!

Adam! Stan the man! And Edgar! I came in to get an oil change & to see what customer service was about before I have another one of my vehicles towed in. Nothing shy of Pure Excellence! I even came in with the motion of a rush I was pressed for time my kid was hungry so Adam patiently got my information and contacted Stan the "man" the shuttle "man" to take me & my hungry kid to grab food!
By the time we got back we met Edgar, he was so polite to me and my child and he was definitely the right salesman to deliver Great customer service! That Adam tho, I'm loving how knowledgeable he was when I couldn't exactly explain what I needed with my towed vehicle but he knew exactly what I was saying that he even knew the keys that went to my vehicle as I was trying to explain! Definitely looking forward to towing my vehicle Ilderton because of my 5star experience Starting with Adam!

First I did everything online via there website. I valued my trade in using their trade in tool and as I have experience the used car business I provided details on the cautious side for the the worst case scenario. I then did the Capital One finance check (soft credit pull) to confirm I was approved for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. With this information in hand, I drove over an hour to the dealership to purchase the vehicle.
Once I got to the dealership, I looked at the vehicle and then started the paperwork for purchasing. The salesperson had my vehicle looked at and came back with a value $8,000 less that what the online system from their website gave me. He explained why it was different and at that point I said I am did not want to proceed. He said he would look to see if he could get a better deal on the trade in.
Next thing, I know they are hitting my credit (hard credit pull) and not doing a thing about the value of the trade in. I was told I would have to wait until Monday for additional details on the trade in from their appraiser. On Monday, I saw even more hard credit pulls and received a call with new finance numbers, but no change in the trade in value.
I told them I did not want to proceed and when asked explained I wanted something close to what I brought them. They promised to call me back. The next call I got was from the online/scheduling person (not even the salesperson or the manager working the numbers) to inform me that they had SOLD the vehicle they were still hitting my credit for. Absolutely unacceptable business practice.

Took days to get my Jeep serviced after dropping it off. come to find out my service employee was out for some days. Someone else handle my jeep and was great Marcus called me he followed up several times and got the job done! Very professional and I like working with him. I wasn't informed that a diagnostic fee was an extra charge after accepting services.
It wasn't explained to me clearly on how that work. Marcus made some adjustments and understood what was told to me. Almost $200 just to look at my vehicle. Over all the staff was great everyone was nice and helpful! Awesome service department! My only issue was the diagnostic fee! I also was duck by an employee that was awesome too.

Patience was the first person to come out before closing and we are so thankful she did! Exceptional customer service which made this vehicle purchase a complete delight!
