The parts department is amazing! The service department clerks are great. The technicians and desk people in the service department don't do their jobs well. They are horrible at following up. I took my 2013 Dodge Charger there because it was leaking transmission fluid, after paying upwards of 4 grand, my charger was still leaking transmission fluid.
They did other jobs too, they fixed my suspension which came out really good! And they fixed a cylinder misfire, but come on, I took the car there for a leak in the transmission. After paying as much as I paid I'd expect a decent job. I'm sure the parts were under warranty, however they kept my charger for over 3 months. I needed my transmission leak issue fixed ASAP.
I ended up taking it to Midas for the transmission leak, they fixed it same day. After I opened the hood of the car I noticed the fan and radiator were loose, so much so that they rattled when I drove my car. I'd still visit the part department, but I'll never take my charger there again for services.

My Sales Consultant David "Joey" Kearney was amazing. He made sure to explain everything in detail so I had the full understanding of what features the truck had and he made sure I was 100% confident with my purchase. He was respectful of my decisions and always had a smile on his face through the entire process. I'll definitely be telling friends and family to purchase their vehicles from North Star Dodge and to ask for Mr. Kearney for a positive experience!

Worse experience ever! I was firm on what I wanted and the salesman Micheal told me to come in that everything was fine and that he could get me into what I wanted. Went up there and it was the complete opposite! My credit was good and told me I didn't need No down payment and aloud me to test drive the car knowing I didn't care to cause who wants to test drive something if there not going to be able to get it. Got back after test driving just to tell me that they aren't able to work with me and if I could put $5000 down.
Mind you I was told while test driving it that I don't need to put nothing down but it would be recommended. Then asked if I could find a co signer. Did exactly that just to be told it wouldn't work even though the credit and income was what they was looking for. Then asked me if I could put $10,000 down! My credit was almost 700 and it got ran for no reason because they wasn't able to help like they claimed. I wouldn't recommend to anyone! Waste of time and dropped my credit for no reason! I wouldn't even give them 1 star

Let me start by saying, I did not buy a vehicle from North Star Dodge, but I had the very best sales experience dealing with this staff. I was looking for a used 3500 Ram Dually. I put an inquiry in and was called by a gentleman named BB Lara. This guy was up beat, very positive and helpful. His goal was to make my buying experience the best ever.
He was able to show me a few rigs that did not meet my needs and in the end I was not able to make a deal with them, however the buying experience was so good, I felt compelled to write this review and let other to give North Star a look.

The best sales man and sales manager there. my sales man joey was amazing great attitude and very professional. he very helpful in the buying process. the sales manager was amazing as well and was very help full and professional. and made the car buying easy. and the other sales men were so nice. if you go deal with joey great guy.

I took my Jeep in for warranty work in July '21. Service advisor told me parts where on order and they'd call me when they came in. I waited and waited, and even went by a few times and was assured that parts were still backordered but Jeep was okay to drive, and that they'd call me when parts came in to perform the service. I went this past week, six months later, and was informed that my order had been cancelled out and that they showed no open req's, etc., plus my service advisor was "no longer with the company".
New guy helped me out and scheduled appointment to look at again and confirm problems and fix one of my two issues and I informed him about extended warranty and that I'd need a loaner car due to my work travel and he said "no problem, I got you covered". Well, of course they had no loaner vehicles and didn't do any repair work to my Jeep, or even look at it, for the entire day that I was "scheduled" for.
No apologies, no trying to make it right, no nothing. If you don't need your vehicle actually fixed, this is the service center for you. If getting your vehicle repaired matters to you, take it elsewhere.

This review is in reference to the service department: I checked in online and put in all the requested work and the price that I was quoted online for service was below $100 (and no charge for the factory recall). When I went to pickup my car I was charged over $200 with no prior explanation of the charges and I was charged for the recall and nobody called me to tell me that my vehicle was ready. The work was completed and looks fine, but due to a lack of communication and transparency I will not bring my car back here for service.
