Thee worst experience ever. I was told if I put $500 down when the Nissan came in it would be ours and nobody will be able to buy it. I went and they sold it while I was there talking to our salesman. This was very unprofessional. You can imagine how upset I was because we had been waiting for months for this car. I asked for a Managers card & I was given a card for Edward Sharrer Nissan Director of Sales.

I called him and I was very upset, so while I'm yelling about the situation he yells at me and tells me to shut up. I couldn't believe my ears. A Director of Sales. This place is very unprofessional and disrespectful. These people don't keep their word and for having Edward Sharrer as a Director says a lot. He has no respect for the customers and told me "oh well that's the way the game is played".

Everyone was extremely nice and Showed great customer service from the person answering the phone when I first called to the service manager who speaks with me all the way down to Jonathan when I arrived. The work to my car was done fast and timely and was ready for pick up before I expected. Many thanks to the whole IPAC team For doing such a great job each time I bring my Nissan.

The entire team was very attentive and understanding even during these times of Covid. I appreciate that I can trust the Nissan team to complete honest repairs or maintenance to my car.

I had a very pleasant experience with purchasing my first car here. My salesman Nick Smith was super helpful and very professional. He was super helpful and helped me throughout the whole process considering it was my first time purchasing a car. He made it such a smooth process for me and I got the car that I wanted with the help of Nick. He was also very patient with me all up to the end of the process, which I truly appreciate. I want to thank Nick for this experience!

Spent more than three hours there was very exhausted tired mentally drained. I signed a contract thinking numbers weren't adding up. But I trusted you guys. Carlos was awesome! but I believe I was manipulated and I was planning on paying 37,000+ taxes, minus my trade-in. I ended up paying an extra four grand. I will never return to Ingram Nissan. And as a matter fact I thought Ingram was a place I purchased my last car, it wasn't it was the Nissan on I 10. My credit was excellent and expected 0% interest and didn't even get that. I should've walked away so definitely my fault.

I had a great experience purchasing MY FIRST vehicle here at Ingram Park Nissian last week. My representative, Jacob Gonzalez, guided me through the process and answered all of the questions that I had. Everyone else throughout the process was helpful, kind and extremely transparent. I was nervous coming in (first time at a dealership) but I will be coming back here in the future.

My purchase ended up taking a lot longer than I had expected so Jacob happily dropped the car off for me later in the evening. He went above and beyond and I'm genuinely looking forward to coming back.

My husband James and I didn't think we would be able to get into something nice. We're always getting turned down. However Dwight Dunkley, proved to be a miracle worker. Not only was Dwight kind and friendly but we didn't get "just another car salesman". We got someone who understood our needs and genuinely wanted to see us get into a car! We have hope again because of Dwight! Please take the time to sit with him about your vehicle needs. Help him to help you. Thank you Nissan Family Dwight needs a raise and a promotion! Great guy!

Took my 2021 Nissan Kicks SV in for the first oil change after I had the vehicle for 6 months, although it only had ran 4,780 miles in it. The oil & filter change went without a hitch. I have gotten a K & N Washable Air Filter so, I will not have to replace an air filter every 10,000 miles, that would be even more of a cost. The service was great and I was very pleased.

I came in with a car ready to break down, and walked out with a brand new '22! Everyone was friendly as soon as I got on the lot, and Stephen was exceptional. He made everything easy to understand, I was more than happy to answer all of my questions as I had them. It was a long process as car buying usually is, but they made me feel right at home!

My wife just purchased a 21 rogue the sales rep Michael Mayer which was an awesome rep and answered all of or questions and info. However they told my wife to make an apt. To get the car detailed seeing that the team wasn't there on Saturday. She was waiting at the location for 3.5 hours to get the car "detailed" however the exterior doesn't look any different and interior looks like did nothing.

What pushed me over the edge was they left a razor blade on the driver seat I have a 1 year old that likes to help "clean" the cars and lucky I found this now then later very disappointed in the service department.
