This was probably the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had (and I have purchased many vehicles). This is a no haggle price so that's nice, I did my research so I knew what I was willing to pay. Chris Pool was very knowledgeable and helpful when I found this car online. The finance team did a great job finding me a great rate and the payment I needed.

I live in El Paso and they did everything in thier power to get me the right car for the budget we had and delivered the car to me within days of agreement. I am definitely recommending this dealership to all my Texas friends even some willing to travel for a car. We bought a certified pre owned and it comes with a couple services so we just have to figure out how to long distance these to El Paso from San Antonio. Ask for Chris Pool if you need a car hes got your back.

Be sure to take images of your next vehicle before they take it back to have final touches done before finalizing purchase. Buyer beware of tires being changed out. Purchased a used vehicle with 15k miles and they placed older tires on it that now have to be replaced. I told them right away. They refused to place the originals back onto it while I was there.

I drove home and my tire expert even said they should not be required to be changed out already at that low of miles on the vehicle. The salesperson was nice and very kind. I noticed the changes & no one would reply back regarding my concern after I found proof and verified it again. So beware!

BE VERY CAREFUL! They are providing market values that do NOT reflect the Cars they are selling. Example.2013 Subaru BRZ Premium they say is valued at $16900+, however, it is a manual and the NADA drops to $15050. Check it for yourself, 2013 Subaru BRZ 2D Premium with $19,500 miles.

Ji Oh is the way to go if you have any car foes, I should know after all she got my son on the go. Mr Gunn she made us have so much fun you would have thought she made us run as quickly as it was done. Before it all be Gunn and all the fun on the run. I must give you a stun Mr Gunn I was set to walk away much to my dismay. In enters Mark Anthony no wonder you get all the thunder he brings the heat from down under, before It had a chance to plunder like lightning, all gone was the chance to have any flighting. Isaac Chacon he is like the BIG Patron no wonder everyone goes to Gunn I have never had so much fun Mr. Gunn but before it was all done and I was to be gone.

Let's have some Moe fun at Gunn he did all the financing you would have thought we were dancing surely he has done some Romancing. If anything happens to me or my Son's car we won't have to walk far, because Ji Oh suggested we get vested so we were not to be bested in what we have invested. So we bought the protection which has made you WIN our affection.

Thank you Mr. Gunn for all the fun this story is not done. I must tell you, I drove all night to make this happen for my Son. He is so very happy with his truck. I must tell you your staff has made this the number one best consumer experience of my life, thank you so much. His mother and I are so proud to have had this experience at Gunn and I just had to let you know. Ji Oh is truly a shining star in your organization under the management of Mark Anthony.

She made sure I didn't go hungry I had not eaten in over 24 hour's so she got me a steak in the from Salt Grass before I left. I must give a special thank you to Ji Mr Gunn. She is truly the best which makes her better than all the rest! Thank you to the Gunnauto family Mr. Brew Not to be confused

I have been a customer of Gunn since 1987 but will no longer be purchasing any other cars from them. Gunn has changed and unfortunately it has not changed for the better in terms of customer service. As long as we had a warranty, the service was good, but as soon as the warranty expired, it was like they were trying to find ways to recoup all they had lost on providing services under the warranty we had.

We have been dealing with Gunn Buick/GMC specifically lately. We have had very bad experiences in the past year. At one point, the salesman tried to switch the sign in the car and essentially called us liars when we questioned the new price we were given. The service department seems to change the price they quote every time they contact us on our car when it is in there for something.

This time around they tried to tell us we needed some new parts that they themselves had just replaced within the past two months. The final straw was today when a service guy got snippy with us because we weren't excited that he had found a way for us to spend even more money on a car we are trading in. It's very sad to me. It's kind of like getting a divorce because I have been with Gunn for so many years & have always loved working with them.

I tried to contact Corporate, but even that doesn't work. When I went to their site to click on the contact information, it said to fill out the form (which doesn't exist) and send it in. Guess they have been getting so many complaints they don't want to hear anymore about it. Well, we are moving on to another dealer. Hopefully, we will have a better relationship with the new one. I am disappointed in the service that I received at your Gunn Nissan dealership. On March 31, 2017 I dropped off my vehicle at the dealership at 7:50 am for a appointment for a recall for my 2014 Nissan Murano I was told by the service rep (Albert Cantu) that this process would take about 4 hours. I waited patiently for Alberts call which never happened so at 1:30 pm I called the service department to find out the status of the repair and got his voicemail.

I called right back and spoke to service department receptionist who told me he was at lunch, I asked her when he will be back in the office and was told that he would be back in 30 minutes. I called back in 30 minutes and he still was not there. I waited another 30 minutes and again he was not there. I called again 30 minutes later and he still was not available I then spoke to the service receptionist.

I informed her that I had heard nothing from anyone in regards to my vehicle and that I was told it would take 4 hrs to complete the recall and that I needed my car because I needed to pick my children up from school. She transferred me to his coworker who apologized saying that Albert was detained and he could assist me. He informed me that the part was not in stock and it would be ordered and it will take three days, my husband than asked to speak to him.

He informed him that we had purchased 2 vehicles from Gunn and when he had a issue with his 2016 Chevy Silverado they gave him a rental and they called him to update him on the process of repairs. The gentleman told him that my vehicle was not being held I could come get it at anytime, which was not the point. My husband also told him that someone should have called us to inform of that the vehicle could not be fixed.

The gentleman than said he would check to see if he could get a rental and call us back. He promptly called us back and said that he has a rental for us. My husband drove me back to Gunn Nissan which is not a short drive seeing that we live in Schertz and he was due at work in less than 40 minutes. The traffic was horrible once I arrived at the dealership Albert was there I informed him that I was there to pick up a rental car seeing that no one called me to inform me that they had no part. Albert at that point made a joke that I found not amusing at all after the poor service he had given me.

I left in the rental. I called one Monday April 3 at 11am because I was told on Saturday when I called regarding the rental that Albert would call me by 10 am on Monday regarding my vehicle and once again I received no call from Albert. The service receptionist told me that he was not available again, I begin to tell her my problem and she told me the part would take 3 days and Albert would call me when my vehicle is ready. Needless to say that on Friday April 7th, 2017 11:00 am I called to speak to Albert and again he was unavailable. Frustrated I asked for the service manager Ernesto who was not available so I left him a message informing him of the poor service that I had received. Ernesto called me back promptly and informed me that Albert said that he called me two days ago and left a message which was a lie. Albert never called me at all period. Ernesto told me that the part came in Friday April 7,2017 and that vehicle would be ready for pickup by 6 pm.

He apologized regarding the fact that Albert had never contacted me and said he would look into it. I told Ernesto that I would pick up my vehicle on Saturday April 8, 2017 because I had a cheer banquet to attend at 6pm Friday. Around 4pm Albert finally called me to say my vehicle would be ready at 6:30 pm April 7,2017 and the part came in Thursday April 6,2017 and that he called me on Wednesday.

I informed him that he didn't call me at all and that I would be there on Saturday before 3:30 pm per the conversation I had with Ernesto. I have never been treated so poorly. This was terrible customer service in my opinion. I was treated like my experience didn't matter. I will never purchase another vehicle from Gunn Nissan or any other Gunn dealership.
