This place is shaaaaady! Taryn an employee at this location, tried ripping off my insurance company by trying to overcharge $1100,. My insurance didn't fall for it so she and this company conspired to get me to pay for it! Needless to say it did not happen, and they deserve this 1 star rating, Teague Shaaaaady Business

Over the past 2 years have had the opportunity to work with Eli in the body shop, I can say he is extremely professional and cares about his clientele and the work product they produce. If you need body work done to any of your work trucks do not hesitate to go to Industrial Power on beach in Fort Worth make sure you ask for Eli.

Very disappointed with the way our warranty work was handled for our truck. The vehicle having warranty and for them to say that they need maintenance records to honor warranty is just a joke! We do maintenance in house and provided records and then said the idle hours plus PTO hours combined equal an additional 139,895 engine hours and if you added these miles plus our vehicle miles our vehicle had 253,508 miles and wont be able to honor warranty for engine work REALLY!
The odometer at the time read 120,303 how is this possible! An owner of a truck is suppose to know this come on. When you buy a truck with warranty it should be covered. The supposed reason reason they didn't want to cover the engine was due to lack of maintenance according to HINO. I will be contacting HINO corporate and Better Business Bureau. Stated that using non Hino parts and oil require oil changes sooner and this is just nonsense.
The truck was at their lot for almost a month. We finally agreed to the $4,500 plus to repair engine since nothing could be done to get some warranty done. The HINO rep goes on to say alert has been put on this vehicle and warranty has been notified and if we decide to pay the bill then they would update warranty. The truck was already loosing money being parked.
When I went to pay the bill they did not take the check saying they did not take checks from us. When I asked Lucio that I've paid with checks before he went to the back I assume to ask his manager and came back saying they don't take checks above $1,500. I then asked him that I've used checks to pay high amounts and just said they wont take checks.
Not sure why they didn't want to take checks since they always take checks and I can prove that! Especially high amounts and being a long time customer I'd expect better. We will never use industrial power again just feel that they left us in the dark on this one very disappointed! Need better management at least to post whatever methods of payment are accepted is a start!

Bought a used truck from them and the service is beyond stellar. It is not just a sale of a vehicle but they actually care about the client and they make sure to take care of you. Highly recommend buying trucks from here as they are very experienced and honest. The sales associate Albert Gomez proved to be an major asset to the company. Great follow up, excellent communication, top notch customer service. Defenitely will but another truck from them when needed.
