I Got Hit August 2020 I Kept Up With Them Asking Them To Come Get The Car Because My Friend Was Moving And She Lived Close To Where I Had The Accident At. The CarLot Didn't Ask For Anything But My INSURANCE INFORMATION. I PROVDIED That To Them On Top Of The Police Report They Called Me A Whole Month Later Asking If I Wanted To Continue Making Payments (KEEP IN MIND THE CAR IS STILL SITTING IN FRONT OF MY FRIEND HOUSE) I Told Them No Because I Wasn't Able To Drive The Car.

Didn't Hear From Them Again. I Kept Asking Them To Pick Up Their Car No Response. March 2021 I Get A Angry Call Saying Where's The Car When I Told Them My Friend Was Moving Out Her House And That They Have To Come Pick It Up. They Lost Their Car And They're Blaming Me For It Saying It Was MY RESPONSIBILITY When I Asked Them To Come Get The Car Plenty Of Times.

They Didn't Even Call Me About The Car Again Until 7 Months Later. HOW TF DOES THIS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ME IF I DID MY PART? If You're Looking To Mess Up Your Credit Have Fun Because This Is The Right Place Idc How Nice The Cars Look They Dont Care About Their Customers.

My son bought a car here last October and it has been messed up since he drove it off the lot. The minute we got home it wouldn't start. Yes they'll have you take it to a shop and pay to fix it but it will be added to your note. My son's car has been in the shop several times over this year. These ppl are crooks they take advantage of a college student working two jobs.

It's sad. DON'T BUY THESE LEMONS THE CAR WILL BREAK DOWN AS SOON AS YOU DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT. No worries they'll fix it for and before you know it a car that was supposed to cost 3,000 will end up costing you over 5,000 in repairs. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Bad Experience. When the guy there found out I wanted to test drive a vehicle before I signed over any of my personal info besides my liscence. He flipped completely out. He honestly scared me. I didn't know what he was gonna do. And where in America can you not test drive a vehicle until they have all of your credit info. This guy is only after your money and not happy customers. This all took all of two mins before his explosion.

I paid down on a vehicle about a month ago. On the second day of driving, the check engine light came on and coolant was spraying out of the firewall. I took the vehicle back and the coolant leak was fixed but the only check engine light was only reset. Took it back again and the same thing only reset the light. Also, take heed from other reviews.terrible customer service. My fault for not reading the reviews which is something that I usually do. Once they get your that's it.
