I have to say that I am very disappointed with this dealership, I wasted my time and the owner was very arrogant. I wanted to buy one of their cars, a Carrera cab 2012 listed at $90k but as I am located in Los Angeles I called them to get more information about the car before flying to Arizona to see it in person. I requested to get a copy of the window sticker or a built sheet to see the different options and packages this car is equipped, but they did not have one.
The car has only 5k miles and looks beautiful online, but the price they asked looks very high compare to the same model & same year we could find elsewhere. At this price we can get one from 2013 with the same options but with more miles. So, even if this car was definitely overpriced, I was still interested in it and I called this dealership again to discuss about the price and the warranty. John Miraglia who looks to be the owner confirmed me he does not have the original documents from this particular car concerning the options, he just confirmed me the information he listed online and gave me $2000 discount on the car.
I was concerned about the manufactory warranty because only one year remained on this particular car. Then he told me he has some plans to extend the warranty when the manufacture one will be expired. So, I tried to find the details of this warranty on their website but nothing pops-up, then, I called them back and I discuss with a pleasant guy from the service department who supposed to send me all the details by email concerning this extension of warranty. 3 days later, I called them back because I did not receive these infos and I also wanted to finalise the purchase by phone before flying and take the car. John Miraglia picked up the phone and told me he decided not to send me anything because for him I was not enough familiar with the " 911 " to request an extension of warranty for a 911.
He also expressed that for him I was not seriously interested in buying the car, but he promised to call me back, and of course he did not. For me, spending around 100k with taxes and having only less than one year of manufacture warranty remaining, is a high risk and I wanted to be sure my car would be fixed in case something happens to it. Anyway, I did not really understood this unprofessional behavior due probably to the fact that this guy is simply not motivated to sell a car in the 90k price range only. So, in front of this arrogant and pretentious behavior, I ended up to buy a brand new car elsewhere.

Great Experience working with John and his staff! I purchased a 911 4S Cab sight unseen and did a trade from Florida on my 911 S Cab. John was a pleasure to work with and we built trust to ship my car before the new one delivered. My 911 4 S Cab delivered today and it was just as described and delivered beyond my expectations! I was trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They were great communicating with me. I live in a different state and requested that a car inspection company come and inspect the vehicle for me before I buy it because I could not check it out myself before buying. The tone changed immediately after the request and they refused to sell it to me anymore.
Basically they wanted me to buy the car without seeing it in person or hiring a professional inspection company to inspect it or send me photos. Very shady and arrogant dealership.

I have been in the market for a low mileage Ferrari for a while but had not found what I had been looking for, a low mileage car in Immaculate condition mechanically & cosmetically, until I walked into Scottsdale Sport & Classic Motorcars. The entire Dealership is a reflection of the pride that Principal John Miraglia has in his Inventory & his building, you could literally eat off the showroom floor & his service bay!

Fantastic luxury dealership! Scottsdale Sport is a wonderful alternative to the new car dealers! "Scottsdale Sport & Classic Motorcars and especially the sales team led by John provided me the highest standard of customer service that I've experienced in decades. After several months, I found the car I was searching for (a 2010 BMW 650i convertible) with the exact exterior and interior colors I wanted posted by Scottsdale Sport & Classic Motorcars on multiple [Cars for Sale] websites.
Each listing along with Scottsdale's own website provided the details and photos I needed to know that their 650i was the one I wanted to buy. An added bonus was that their 650i had only 10K miles on it. I actually negotiated the sale price over the Internet with one of John's sales agents (Jake), and the first time I spoke with Jake was when I called to provide my deposit information after we (and John) agreed on the very reasonable sale price.
All sale documentation between Scottsdale and me was promptly handled via FedEx including temporary AZ non-resident vehicle registration as well as final official title in my name. Scottsdale also arranged enclosed shipping to northern Virginia at a reasonable price for the 2,300-mile journey. I tend to agree with Jerry Friedman. Can't believe some of the reviews. If you're the kind of buyer who needs someone to hold their hand and tell you how good you look, then this is not the place for you. However, if you're a car guy or girl looking for the best low mileage exotic cars available then you need to come to Scottsdale Sports & Classic Motorcars.
These people know their cars are honest and straight forward. I'm not new to this. I'm living in Scottsdale AZ for 16 years and have purchased 56 cars. This was my first experience with John and believe me it won't be my last. These guys share a passion for cars which makes it so easy to do business. Thanks again guys. Very pleased with my Mercedes Benz purchase!
