This place has deteriorated rapidly. I have used a Earnhardt Lexus since 2004 with the same service person, his name will be saved for another time. However this person and the rest of the dealership has become customer on friendly, overcharging and most importantly will try to rip you off if you try to buy a car. this January I was looking for a new Lexus, they wanted 10,000 over sticker and I got the same exact vehicle for $10,000 less than that they wanted to charge. The service department is awful nowadays, used to be fantastic, but my guy an older gentleman has turned into a grumpy mean old man. Do not go here ever!

Robert made my car buying experience a breeze. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out it was the best service I had ever received. He wasn't pushy at all and he was very accommodating as to where I had said I wanted to be and he made it happen. I purchased a brand new vehicle and he had a bow on it, took pictures, and explained all of the new features of the car. I've been to many different dealerships and I've had horrible experiences but hands down I will be back to this dealership and will be purchasing more. 10/10 would recommend. All of the paperwork was super quick as well with Cleva and all around just a great group of people.

Rick Johnson is by far the best service guy I have ever had and is the number 1 reason I go to Earnhardt Lexus and even why I bought my last car from there. There is absolutely no one better. He takes care of it, is quick, efficient, kind and always makes sure get any discounts, any recalls, etc. He really takes care of his customers in every sense. He has even offered to come get my car! Outstanding! Can't say enough good things.

This was the second Lexus dealership we went to in the valley. They are professional and to the point. We didn't need to negotiate. I've had the car for 4 months and have gotten two services done at the same location. It's easy and fast.

We bought a pre-owned car from Ken and the team at Earnhardt Lexus this week and we're able to do most of it remotely (on line) including valuing our trade, negotiating the price of the car, financing and the like. When we came in to actually pick the vehicle up we were in and out in a little more than an hour. We appreciate their effort to make the process quick and relatively easy. We're totally happy with the car and the process. Thanks to Ken and the Earnhardt team.

I have always believed that getting a car serviced at the dealership was the way to go until now. Friends have told me it's overpriced and I always said they were wrong. But, yesterday, when I was getting ready to pay my bill, I remembered that I had a 15% off all parts and labor coupon in my car. When I told Tom, my service guy, that, he didn't say anything - no response or acknowledgment of any kind.

He just acted like he had to look the bill over again. Well, to his surprise, he said they forgot to put a charge on my bill. Really? He said he would have to rework the bill to reflect the actual charge. He did so by working on his computer to change some numbers around. Then, when I gave him the coupon (which was kind of a joke at this point) he said he couldn't honor it because he already took $81 off of my bill. Again, really? Tom said I have to present the coupon at the beginning. Well, I mean, it seems to me, and I could be wrong here, but if you present a coupon at the beginning, there is a chance that the price will jump up to account for the discount.

I have been going to Earnhardt for 15 years and yesterday was the last time I will make the long trek down there. So disappointed. I am now a customer of Bell Lexus. It is much, much closer to my house.

My service advisor Ryan Hasse is the absolute best. He is always polite and professional and is able to answer all my questions to where I understand him. He's a hard worker and always keeps me updated on the progress of my vehicle. The dealership is a great place clean with polite, professional staff. All the sales people are very friendly and not pushy at all, like other dealerships.

If you say you are just looking they are okay with that and will answer any questions you may have about the vehicles. They are all amazing and I highly recommend them. I will never go anywhere else.

I always feel like a valued customer at Earnhardt Lexus. From the time I pull up to the drop-off area to when I arrive back after my car service is completed, I feel informed and know that my car is in great hands. I've had nothing but great experiences in the past year and a half (bought my car new in Sept. 2020).

Great experience buying a new Lexus. Fast, efficient, they had exactly what we wanted. The salesman whose name is Angel was fantastic! He was helpful and forthright. The management and finance people didn't pressure us to buy more than we wanted. We were in and out with a brand new car in under 2 hours. We will buy there again.

Ed Hammers is one of the reasons for the 5 stars. I seldom give 5 stars because I feel room for improvement is always there. Not this time. This is a 5 star place! I've been getting my car serviced here for a few years now. Everyone has always been courteous but my last visit on 01/06/22 was outstanding! Ed explained everything in terms I could understand.

The texts, online inspection reports allowed me to decide what repairs I wanted to make. Ed explained what was most important and had suggestions for me. I can't express enough how pleased I am with Ed and his service. In the past I did put off maintenance but now I won't. I was even given the option of paying online. I appreciate the ease of it all. Jared was the service tech I didn't meet him but wanted to give a shout out to him for making my car run like new. I recommend Earnhardt Lexus, ask for Ed.

I'm doing this review because of Holly and Richard. Holly from sales still says hello to me till this day and still apologizes to me for what had happened in the past when I had bad service. She's such a sweet person. Richard on the other hand, every time I have issues with my car. He's always willing to help me without hesitation. I always look for him every time I need service with my Lexus.

He goes above and beyond to meet my expectations and needs. He's honestly the only service guy I like there. Thank you Holly and Richard for making me feel welcomed to the Lexus family. You both changed my mind on not giving up on this car and not going back to Audi or VW. I appreciate both of you for what you guys do for me.

RICK is simply the most outstanding Lexus service advisor. Our family has at least 2 Lexus vehicles at any given time and they routinely need service. We've been with Rick at Lexus for 15+ years and although we have tried other Lexus dealerships either closer to our home or because we purchased a Lexus at a different dealership and were given free services on new purchases or leased vehicles, we have used other service reps but no one compares to his 5-star personality and accommodations.

He's humble yet immensely qualified. He will not over charge us and will refer us elsewhere when needed. Love his attitude and abilities. Rick you are the BEST and we continue to follow you where ever you go. We are lucky and blessed. So is Earnhardt Lexus.

Finally I'm making time to send a much deserved shout out to Shaun D. It's never too late to send a great Salesman what they deserve! Shaun took his time out to assist me over so many people waiting for assistance after walking in! Shaun made me feel welcomed! He pulled up many vehicles from me to choose from and didn't rush me or did he make me feel anxiety from pressure. he put just enough pressure on me to make me have to decide between 4 awesome rides. Thank you Shaun. you ROCK! STOP in and tell Shaun that I sent you and tell him hi for me! Definitely a recommendable Sales person.

I needed a regular service appointment for my Lexus Rx350 and happen to be in the area so I called and was able to get an appointment immediately. My battery was low so they replaced it, no charge, since still under warranty. I wouldn't have known this if I didn't have my car serviced on a regular basis so I was grateful! Very quick and thorough.thank you!

Great experience at Earnhardt Lexus! I got my dream car! No hard sale, straight forward, courteous professional. Salesperson and Manager were awesome! Holly listened and answered questions truthfully. Dealership was recommended by my brother. Holly was very responsive when he reached out to her on my behalf. I went to another dealership the previous day and just did not get the same level of service. I felt like a valued customer the moment I walked through the doors of Earnhardt Lexus.

This dealership truly cares about providing their customers with excellent customer service. I normally am able to use a loaner car when I have my car serviced, but recently I wasn't able to obtain one after driving a 45 minute distance. They are short on loaners as are all the dealerships now. I had to leave without getting the service because of that.

They went out of their way to make it right and came to my home with a loaner and picked up my car for the service. They drove back later and returned my car with a full tank. That's truly outstanding!

Mike Testani was an excellent sales person. I had just stop in o look at a Ram they had in stock and ended up leaving in it. I have bought many cars in my life and I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had. Usually you have a good to ok experience until you get into finance and then all hell breaks loose, but I have to say the whole process was amazing. they stood by there promises and over delivered. Incredible car buying experience. I'd recommend Illyah Boris for your sales associate. We discussed much of the sale over the phone and when I arrived she did not play games with me. Everything was as discussed and my family left in a new car at record speed.

I leased a Lexus in 2017 from Earnhardt Lexus, great car Lexus knows how to make exceptional vehicles. Review is more about Earnhardt and the way they treat loyal customers. In 2017 I was a single guy no kids, 2020 all changed with about a year left on the lease and having to need more space for a car seat and 2 other people, my fun IS became and inconvenience. I've purchased and leased two times from other Earnhardt locations, since being a loyal customer I thought it would be a good idea to speak with them and purchase a truck and help me out of my least and into a purchase of a bigger vehicle since the company owns multiple dealerships.

They crunched the numbers and saw they would loose out about $1500 so they rather turn away a repeat customer and stop him from purchasing a 4th car and more than likely a 5th and so on. That's fine they are free do to as they wish at Earnhardt Lexus and other Earnhardt dealerships I will never go to them again. They expect and desire a loyal customer base but do not return it to you or your new family.

This isn't a knock on Lexus but the brand Earnhardt. I doubt a taking a loss off a few hundred dollars to support a loyal customer would sink their company. Way to jump over a dollar to get a quarter Earnhardt Lexus sales manager. He really knows how to turn buyers at Earnhardt Lexus into shoppers at other dealerships. My service manager was wonderful at his job if I may add, he is the only redeeming quality at Earnhardt Lexus.

RIPOFF ARTISTS! Lexus.com is advertising an RX350 lease of $449 per month. So, I inquired about it at this dealership. Apparently, they are not participating in the promotion. And, they marked the lease up another $350 to $400 per month. When I asked why, they said it is because there is a limited supply of cars right now. Using that logic, I guess it's ok to charge people $10 per roll of toilet paper when there's a shortage.

Message to Earnhardt: what you are doing is price gouging! I bought a vehicle somewhere else yesterday. My family and I will NEVER consider buying anything from you. #shameful

Horrible customer service. We were treated like we didn't know anything and the guy had such a cocky attitude. Did not seem overly willing to help us at all. Looking to buy a new car and this put such a bad taste in our mouths. Expect more out of a luxury dealership.

Quite happy with the service provided by Suk Chang at Earnhardt Lexus on the purchase of my RX 450H F-Sport Handling. Could always count on Suk to respond within a few minutes over text and he was able to coordinate out-of-state delivery seemingly with ease. I got my car in less than a day from when it was picked up. Finance and internet sales also had their ducks in a row. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I don't know what it is about some of these car dealers if I were a car dealer I would totally not try to fit the stereo typical example of what a car dealer is like. I wanted to buy a $60,000 car and when I asked a few questions regarding several issues was given A rude response To a very fair question. Condescending and rude is no way to treat customers.

Funny thing is They continue to follow up and see if I want to buy a car from them! Young lady that was working with us Saw how one of the managers spoke to me and saw my response to what I took as a very rude response to a question. Ever notice sometimes when you walk into a luxury shop either car jewelry etc. that the staff there thinks that they are the wealthy people and you are intruding into their space and doing you a favor speaking to you! When the sales person followed up they didn't apologize or even mention anything which would've gone a long way. Sorry I took my business to another show room.

Awesome team here. I come here for service on my Camry and Lexus regularly for service and they're always quick, honest and the loaner car option is a great perk. The service staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was hesitant to come to a dealership at first but after pricing repairs elsewhere and having a couple people recommend visiting Rick, I found out Earnhardt is pretty competitive especially when factoring in mfg warranties/parts. Plus, knowing an actual Lexus mechanic is working on your vehicle is reassuring. I will definitely continue to be a customer while I have Toyota and Lexus vehicles!

I have to say that this is probably the best experience that I have ever had in buying a car; something that is usually quite painful. I had a great online experience with Marisa Hartman and she was very responsive and clear about the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. Upon arriving at the dealership, Anthony Tomasello handled the transaction. Anthony was polite, informative and attentive. I was out of the dealership in short order with the vehicle that I had desired at a price that was fair. It was definitely worth the drive from Texas!
