Outstanding customer service from Sales Advisor Kim Reid. She got me a decent trade in value for my Mercedes, orchestrated my financing and worked diligently to get us in a beautiful BMW 430i. What sets her apart from others, is her conscientious reply's to all my texts, e-mails and phones in a timely manner. #2. Delivering the car to our home and #3 She is genuinely a good person who sincerely cares about her customers happiness. Chapman BMW is very lucky to have her!

We purchased a used BMW X3 from Nicolas Falcon. Although, the car was a little ruff and had a undetermined oil leak, it was in good shape. I asked Nick what would it be like at delivery, because I saw it before mechanical inspection and detailing. He said "this is a BMW dealership, it will be in perfect order before you take ownership". Now some folks may be skeptical at such a claim nowadays.
My wife was like "did you get that in writing?". But with the way Nick said it made me believe that it was a matter of fact. Nick kept me updated on all processes, even apologized for needing to keep it an extra day because some parts needed to be ordered. Delivery day came and everything was first class. This car looked and ran like a new car. I have purchased cars from Toyota, Ford, and Dodge dealerships. Chapman BMW does not cut corners, puts the customer first, and treats everyone with respect. I can't say enough about this operation.

Unfortunately didn't end up purchasing a car here due to lack of inventory but I wanted to say how excellent the service was. I worked with the saleslady China. She was outstanding. Very polite, attentive, and personable. When the time is right, I will not hesitate to return here for business. Thank you! This is what car shopping should be like

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership, and the salesman's Cameron and Pre Owned sales manager Robert Mills was excellent throughout the process. They helped me with any concerns or issues I had in a timely matter. I bought the car from out of state, and it got shipped to me quickly and safely. I love the car and am beyond happy with the experience!

I made a call to the Sales manager Tom W. at about 9am and was out of the dealership with the new car I had inquired about by later that same afternoon. An absolutely fantastic experience. Tom was direct and fair with the negotiations. Ray, the sales rep who assisted was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Eloy, the BMW genius was very helpful and explained all of the gadgets in great detail. Giuseppe, the financing manger, was an absolute gem to work with.
I have purchased many cars from dealerships before and this was the VERY first time I can honestly say that my experience was hassle free. Kudos to Team Chapman BMW. I highly recommend using them for your future purchases. Cheers!

I saw the amazing reviews and decided to bring in my car for a diagnosis I called to get an appointment and was very surprised to be given an appointment the next day. When I arrived for the appointment I walked through the front door no greeting that's fine with me but interesting. I walked up to the first person I was who was a salesman and wasn't very thrilled to help me find the service department.
Once he brought me there was very concerned about who my service advisor was after showing him the email from BMW he couldn't figure it out himself. I was told to pull my car around and be helped from there. Once I pulled my car around someone grabbed my keys and I asked to get my stuff out really quickly so I wouldn't have to return. I was told to wait here by my car outside after waiting there 15 minutes staring at the sky I asked the 2 other people waiting next to their cars how long they have been waiting and was told 30 minutes.
I asked for my keys back and drove off 45 minutes spend and didn't even get my car dropped off. I called my service advisor afterward and was told he was never notified I arrived and was told that's just how our system work. Which may or may not be their car but when I come to drop my car off for service I want to leave my keys and go. Once the service advisor wasn't very apologetic I decided just to go somewhere else in total. (Employees names won't be given but the time I was in the location was December 1st, 11:20am)

I bought a 2022 x5 xdrive 45e from Chapman BMW on Camelback on 8/28. Ray Small, the salesman, is excellent and extremely knowledgeable. My experience from the initial buying process to finance was great. The team at Chapman BMW on Camelback clearly excel at customer satisfaction. I do not reside in Arizona but will definitely do business with them in the future.
